Place is terrific and Frederico is a responsive and very helpful host. He provided us with lots of recommendations from surfing guides to local trail maps. Place is exactly as described, just be aware the pool is semi-private. It is beautiful, but could be a challenge if others are staying in the second unit at the same time.

We stayed at Federico’s place with our family of 4 and had an amazing time. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and had a very comfortable layout for us with two kids. The kids loved the pool so we ended up spending a bunch of time there! The location of the property is good with everything in terms of beach / restaurants just a few minutes drive away. Federico was a great host, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! If we are ever back in Nosara we would love to stay at Federico’s place again.
