Ginger was a great host! She gave so many recommendations and provided so much detail for every aspect of the stay. Ginger checked in on us and made us feel comfortable to reach out. She was very accommodating and I would 100% book with her again!

Our stay at Ginger’s unit was beyond amazing! Ginger was super responsive and helpful with anything we could possibly need. Ginger and Joe’s penthouse is absolutely amazing! This was my family’s first time visiting Puerto Peñasco and we couldn’t have chosen a better property and host. Ginger and Joe provided us a comprehensive guide, before we left home, that simply covered everything and they continued to communicate to ensure any/all of our questions were answered. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze and the penthouse was perfect; they thought of everything (down to the smallest details) to make our beach vacation incredible. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice and the views from the balcony…words just cannot describe! Phenomenal penthouse and even better hosts; definitely want to stay again…10 stars!!!

This place was hands down the most home-like place we’ve ever stayed! They had everything you’d stick in your own personal home…q-tips, tons of towels, loofa’s for the shower, a huge welcome basket filed with all sorts of fun treats…literally anything you could think of and more! The place was breathtaking! Such a fun and special trip for us! Thank you so much!

Great space. We were a group of 5 in town for some beach and golf time and really liked the place. Wonderful communication from the host and easy check in. Well stocked and great views. You really can't go wrong here. Would definitely stay again.

Wow.. do not hesitate to book this penthouse! The pictures don’t even do it justice. We loved the view from the balcony and the sunsets were devine! Ginger was so friendly and checked in a few times to make sure we were getting along. They had so much great information on the penthouse, the complex, and the surrounding area. The penthouse was spotless, they left a welcome basket, the beds were comfy, they had so many towels, and we really enjoyed the movie room. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pots and pans we needed to cook most of our meals, and there was a good variety of spices available for use. We really enjoyed the pools, the pool bar, and the beach access. It was an easy walk to Diego’s Tiki Bar on the beach and a quick drive to Garfa’s Steakhouse. We will absolutely be back on future visits. Thanks so much for an incredible vacation spot, Ginger!

We all absolutely loved Gingers penthouse! My husband and I have traveled to Rocky Point several times through the years. This is our new favorite spot. Beautiful views and all of the amenities you can think of! Pictures don't compare to the real thing. We were blown away and it truly is a magical place. Thank you Ginger for everything! I don't even know where to start with this review. Everything about our stay at this penthouse exceeded our expectations. The service, communication, and information provided by Ginger was hands down the best I have experienced. She was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. The Penthouse looked exactly like the pictures and the balcony/back yard ;) was enormous and better than we could have imagined. We loved every minute of our stay. The only problem was I wish we had more time as the time flew in this beautiful place. I would definitely recommend booking this place to any and every big party!

Nice condo very secure property and extremely good host

The penthouse was beautiful and well equipped! The kitchen was incredible and had everything we needed to feed our large family. There were beach towels, beach toys, games and rackets for our use! The hot tub on the deck was a fam fav! The views were beautiful!

Amazing Penthouse. Everything was pristine. Lots of space for my family of 8 (5 Adults and 3 Kids). The Theater Room was a favorite and the views from the penthouse were breathtaking. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was equipped with "everything and anything" you could possibly need. There were even popcorn bowls for movie night. Beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy.

The place was amazing. Right next to the beach with the amenities and then some. The house was more than enough to accommodate 10 people. The jacuzzi and movie room was a plus.

First off this was such a lovely penthouse, with such a homely atmosphere and amazing views. I’ll be honest, when we weren’t at the beach or in the pools we were all snuggled up in the home theater room! Ginger has gone above and beyond providing you with everything that you need. After traveling for so many weeks and missing my family this place was just perfect for us couple of days short on time but it’s just perfect to reconnect. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time. Ginger was so helpful as well the thoughtful guidebook she put together. The movie theatre room was fantastic for a family movie night. The house was so well appointed with the RO water in unit that we found so valuable. The patio furniture and orientation was not ideal for the space so we didn’t find ourselves spending time outside utilizing for our group and the grill could use some TLC, as well as the pull out bed. Regardless, we spent our time at the beach and it did not detract from our wonderful time. They had every beach toy and the wagons helped us carry items down. I would highly reccomend this for a family vacation.

A little slice of paradise! This gorgeous penthouse was perfect for my large family! The views from the private balcony were absolutely stunning! All of the included amenities were perfect! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything a person could need. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The number of large beach towels in addition to bathroom linens was fantastic! The media room, games and beach toys kept my kids entertained the whole time! Everything about this place was just wonderful!

She gave very clear instructions for check in and gave recommendations for things to do and very responsive if you need anything. The place was amazing the movie room was such a great way to relax the little ones loved it. The condo was nice and big to accommodate the whole family. Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning rental beach house, and I cannot sing its praises enough. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean and the pristine sandy beach and pools. The house itself was not only beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in every room was evident, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The spacious layout was perfect for relaxing with family and friends, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light to fill the space. One of the highlights for me was the outdoor area. The private deck with a spa provided a perfect spot for enjoying my morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. In the evenings, watching the sun set over the water was a truly magical experience that I will never forget. Highly recommended!!!!

Probably my favorite Airbnb to date! The home was beautiful and well cared for. Had everything you need included beach chairs and a wagon! Amazing view and a great responsive host that gave us plenty of recommendations for local food and activities. Highly highly recommend!

The views were AMAZING! The hosts were incredible and thought of everything that we would want. It was very clean and well stocked. The resort was very safe with great security staff, lush grounds and several pool options. We enjoyed hanging out at the swim up pool bar where the food and service were awesome! There was a nice crowd, but not overly crowded, and a great live band. We loved relaxing in the hot tub on our deck and enjoying the views. Ginger connected us with fun activities and the guys went out deep sea fishing where they caught some big fish (grouper and yellowtail)! It was the best time ever!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday with the whole family. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and all the extras too! They used the beach wagon with all the goodie’s in it everyday. The jacuzzi was a big hit. Kids had plenty of room and luckily no drama! (My favorite part!) Thank you for everything and the great communication.

We felt right at home! The penthouse was beautiful & large enough to accommodate our family! The resort was beautiful. The only downfall about the resort was that they didn’t have any beach amenities like chairs & umbrellas which is something we would have liked. Ginger did have stuff available to use, it just wasn’t the same as having everything there at the beach. Overall we enjoyed everything!

Best view in Rocky Point! Being up high, you get a great breeze. The margarita deck was an added bonus! Great hot tub, very relaxing and worked well. Lots of prep/cook areas and seating for entertaining. There was also a wine room and movie room. Everything to do all the things you want to do on vacation! Our hosts were very responsive, helpful and nice. They gave us a digital guidebook for every question to make navigating the unit and area easy. I think Bella Sirena is the nicest resort in the area with a great swim up bar and beautiful surroundings. Lowkey, relaxation luxury style!

our stay was amazing!! we went for our family vacation and it was more that we could ask for. The Penthouse was in excellent condition, and the view was breathtaking. Ginger and Aaron are excellent hosts, always a text away. We had been to Peñasco on multiple occasions, but this was by far the best stay we have had.

Views, views and space! We were a party of eight and never felt more comfortable with the accommodations. Plenty of extras here like beach wagon, extra towels, and additional special touches. Anything we needed Hinger was right there and called immediately. We did enjoy are stay!

Amazing penthouse, responsive hosts. My family of 10 stayed here for a week to help celebrate my 50th birthday. Aaron and Ginger were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs. You literally just need to book, pack your clothes and go, they have thought of everything else you may need. The resort staff are also very friendly and helpful, 5 pools to choose from or the beach. Great restaurants. My guests stated that some of them had never stayed somewhere so nice. Cleanliness, security, privacy, are all A+++. Thank You Ginger and Aaron! We will definitely be returning.

Our stay at Bella Sirena was all we hoped for and more. The space was perfect for us, our 2 kids, and grandparents to enjoy a break after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Oh my goodness, we can’t say enough about this piece of Heaven on earth! What a wonderful place to stay with our kids and grandchild. The penthouse was worth every penny. It was so spacious, clean, and well stocked. and The views and views and views from the balcony! The hot tub and grill made us want to spend all of our time there. Ginger and Aaron were so responsive and helpful over the littlest things! The pool bar makes the best burger and nachos! The beach was wonderful, one of the pools was heated and the sand and weather was so nice! The hosts provided a wagon loaded with beach blankets, umbrellas, and beach chairs! We used it every day! We will stay here again! Wish we could live in that penthouse full time. It was literally heaven on earth! Thank you to the best hosts we’ve ever had using Air BnB!❤️❤️❤️

Very happy with our stay. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The patio/balcony was the best part. It’s huge, has a private jacuzzi and an absolutely gorgeous view. It’s only a short walk to the beach. Ginger and Aaron were amazing. They were available all the time and they are very accommodating and helpful. You can’t ask for better hosts. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the amenities at the resort. All of the pools close at 9pm every night and there’s no restaurant or little convenient store on the property. All in all, we had a great time.

We stayed at Ginger’s place for my wife’s birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better place. It’s everything you would want in a large (Penthouse) Condo. Views, amenities and great size. Ginger was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

The hospitality and penthouse was simply awesome! Everything was as advertised. Very clean, beautiful, and, spacious. Even though our trip was short we really did have a chance to reset. We also appreciated the flexibility and understanding from Ginger (Owner) during our family emergency. She also went above and beyond to provide helpful information about the local area and was available to answer any questions we came up with. We will definitely be returning to this location.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Sea & Sky Penthouse this past week. Wow! Talk about beachfront luxury and ample space to enjoy your time in Mexico! From the luxury kitchen (fully stocked) to the wine room and the gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms, this place truly exceeded expectations. The deck (the lower and the upper!) are huge and great to enjoy ocean breezes while dining outside. AMAZING! A jacuzzi on the deck was perfect while enjoying all the views: city lights, the Old Port, ocean views forever, sunsets and ocean breezes.. The resort property is stunning and lush and the pool bar and restaurant are great too! I highly recommend this property to do Rocky Point in luxury! Finally, the hosts are fantastic and are super attentive and available. Thanks Ginger and Aaron!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!. See you again soon.

This is a gorgeous penthouse condo w/every comfort you could ask for and it’s in a prime location on the beach in Rocky Point! Beautiful living spaces, spacious kitchen, lovely balcony w ocean views, comfortable bedrooms, and a huge home theater! And Bella Sirena is a premium RP resort w/great beach access, multiple pools, and gracious staff. Ginger was incredibly efficient in communicating w/me re any questions, and she & Joe have a wonderful digital guidebook for their place so all the details are at your fingertips! Highly recommend!!!

This place is a 10 out of 5! Looks just as beautiful as the pictures, if not better. Ginger is so easy to get a hold of, and doesn’t avoid assisting you with ANY questions. Kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there & more! Towels, bedding & everything very clean. Place is beautiful & communication w hosts was excellent!!

This penthouse was everything we wanted and more. We stayed here for a week with another family and 3 kids in total. The theatre room was a hit with the kids and the adults. There are extras everywhere - popcorn maker with popcorn bowls - keurigs on every floor, sand toys, beach chairs, wagons!! The views are breathtaking and really make the experience of the penthouse. Ginger was proactive in reaching out before we arrived and the guide she put together was so helpful! We ate at a bunch of her recommended restaurants and were so pleased with all of them. We are already planning our next stay.

First of all, Ginger is a fantastic host! She was very attentive and would always reply quickly, and was very helpful with anything we needed. We have stayed at many places in Puerto Peñasco, and she was the best host we have ever had. This is a beautiful condo! Great location and steps away from the beach. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms are very well divided, so one of us staying up late wasn’t disruptive to the other at all, and the wifi signal is strong, comfortable beds and an awesome theater room upstairs. We made wonderful new memories and will never forget this trip.

This stay was absolutely incredible!! We have stayed at Bella Sirena a few times and this was by far the best experience. The hot tub was such a great experience and the sunsets were spectacular. It was also stoked with everything you could think of which made the trip that much more enjoyable. Ginger is a phenomenal host and the communication was exceptional. Gingers place was my favorite Puerto Penasco airbnb thus far! Those penthouse was immaculate & had everything. The view was amazing and every square foot of the penthouse was designed beautifully. It includes beach towels, toys & everything you need for fun in the sun as well! The gift basket was so welcoming!! Me and my family will definitely return. Thank you Ginger for being such an amazing super host!!

By far the best place we have stayed at Rocky Point. Our family LOVED our time at Ginger's place at Bella Sirena. The place is a lovely as the pictures, and the attention to detail is found in every room of the condo. Both outer decks are nicely appointed and we enjoyed time on both the upper and lower floors of those. The theatre room was a big hit with everyone too. The chairs and the screen are amazing! Ginger's response time was quick and she helped us with every little thing we needed during our stay. The resort is gorgeous, quiet, and such a better choice than the other resort we have stayed at in the past. Great place for couples and families. No loud partiers. The SWIM bar is great too. The bartenders are pleasant, service is good, and the food was much better than we expected. The only downside we had during our stay was that the resort elevators were not working a couple of times during our time there, so a trek to the 8th floor was challenging, but both times, the maintenance crew fixed them quickly. We would definitely like to return again for our next big family get together and stay at Ginger's place. We loved our family time with our adult children and their wives, as well as our younger children. Amazing time was had by all!

Ginger was the best host I’ve dealt with on any home sharing app (I travel do a living). She responded quickly, was accommodating to our needs, and has one of the most gorgeous condos in all of Rocky Pointe. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! It’s one thing to have a spectacular spot, it’s another to have someone as communicative as Ginger and even more so when you’re in another country.
