Great place to stay, spacious, right on the beach, incredible view, constant sound of the waves, good air conditioning, several bathrooms, all stocked with all needs, multiple spaces to spaces to sleep and to visit with family or friends. They had private bedrooms with separate bathrooms, open spaces and other spaces with optional sliding glass doors. Definitely worth it, will definitely go back. Beach access. There is a little store next door at Costa Sur for immediate needs.

The penthouse was so beautiful, the sounds of the waves were so soothing. It was very big, the pictures do not do justice to the decoration and art and it was so peaceful having the ocean view . The pool nobody was at the pool so I enjoyed it all to myself even though the ocean is a step away. I loved the whole town . All the people was so friendly . The taxi drivers were amazing at giving the best recommendations for eating and tours so helpful. I so recommend this place if you are wanting a peaceful time in Vallarta . It is in the south of Vallarta and water is clearer

Amazing view that's unbeatable. loved hanging out in the open space, watched the sunset every evening. able to see manta rays and dolphins from the balcony.Dryer was not working but a drying rack was provided. It was a 10-15 minute uber ride to town. Space felt homey, safe and private. would book again.

My family enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice private outdoor patio area in the condo and the pool area was basically private since we only saw people there once . Yes, there is some road noise but the waves drown that out, especially at night. We had a family of 5 so taxis usually cost around $10 to the Romantic Zone. If it's 2-3 people, then it's around $6-7. You can Uber back to the condo for cheaper but we generally only did that from town back to the condo as our phone reception was spotty outside the condo. Very easy to get around to anywhere you'd want to go in PV or surrounding area. The only negatives I think are worth mentioning is the typical state of plumbing in mexico. Showers drain slow and don't put anything down the toilet. But again this is typical for many of the places I've stayed in mexico. Overall great stay, I'd stay again.

Firsthand, the staff and host were so accommodating and friendly. I absolutely loved having some basic groceries waiting for us on arrival. Second, the VIEWS!! We saw whales every morning, and sometimes they came right into the bay near shore right in front of the condo. It was incredible. We got to see a baby whale “logging” about while mom was feeding. We even saw manta rays and porpoises. The beds were clean and very comfortable. I’m picky on this matter, and I was so pleased. Water pressure was excellent, water got nice and hot. Kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed. I appreciated the drinking water tap. Road noise was minimal, I travel with ear plugs anyway. Wave echoes are definitely louder in the room facing the water but our family found it soothing. The modest pool was surrounded by beautiful foliage and we were greeted by the sweetest gato that we named Blanco. It was paradise!

The Penthouse was possibly the BEST Airnb we have ever stayed at. The photos are accurate. The views are unmatched from the 9th floor with an outdoor area to walk around. The bedrooms were very roomy with comfortable beds and cotton linens. 4 bathrooms each with a shower and nice set up. The kitchen was well outfitted. To the center of town it was an easy 15 minute cab ride. The hotel next door has cabs waiting outside. We explored and found a few very nice walkable beaches plus two that are a very quick cab ride. A fabulous place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Alexander and Daniella were wonderful to work with. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations to enhance our experience. The breathtaking view added to the overall enjoyment. I am grateful to both of them for being excellent hosts. highly recommend this AIRBNB

Our family stay was amazing. The condo was perfect for us and beyond beautiful. Very spacious and many useful amenities. Close to the action in Puerto Vallarta which was easy to get to. We would certainly return. They arranged a few groceries to be there upon our arrival which was so convenient and allowed us to instantly enjoy the condo upon arrival. Alexander was fantastic to communicate which was extremely appreciated.

All the other reviews are correct. It's a really spectacular condo. One thing needs to be noted; the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are right on the main road and only have glass walls. It is incredibly loud all night with bus/semi truck/motorcycle traffic. I had to sleep on the couch in the living room the first night to get any sleep. The second night I got earplugs from the pharmacia and luckily I brought a little bluetooth speaker that I blasted white noise from my phone and I was able to drown out the traffic noise. Just be aware if you have light sleepers in your group.

We really liked being in front of the sea with such an incredible view of the bay. The sunset in the afternoon and the moon in the morning are beautiful and right in front of the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the building is very exclusive, we hardly saw anyone. The pool is very nice. Excellent beds, full kitchen. The only small problems we identified, but of minor relevance and without any impact on the quality of our stay: in 2 of the 4 bathrooms the shower drain is not fast enough and floods the shower during the bath. We couldn't find a bottle opener. The TV remote control is not working well. Otherwise, Alex was excellent and supported us in everything we needed. We definitely want to go back!

This truly the best air bnb we have ever stayed at. The views, the kitchen and bathrooms, the beds, the living space, all emaculate. If you ever get the chance to stay here, do it.

Hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! The views were breathtaking and despite its somewhat large size, the penthouse also felt cozy and comfortable. The location is fantastic if you are looking to be outside of the action, but still convenient enough. Having the groceries provided upon our arrival was also a super helpful perk. We definitely hope to return!

The view is unparalleled. The place is beautiful and very well located.

After our initial host had to cancel due to hurricane damage, I felt fortunate to be able to book this penthouse condo. We were visiting to help set up a destination wedding, so this stay was spacious for the 4 of us, and roomy enough to prep the decor ahead of time. And although we were visiting on business, we got to enjoy the amenities that this space provided, especially the views! Being at the top floor of the condo, you could see the mountains, jungle and the beautiful waters in Banderas Bay, especially enjoying the sound of the waves, and waking up one morning to a rainbow. Check in was nice as Eric greeted us and went over instructions, even got us groceries for our breakfasts. Loved that extra element! Check out was also nice, as we had large boxes of flower clippings to dispose of but our host was gracious enough to help take care of them, as well as make us feel at ease in any check out responsibly. We enjoyed every bit of this beautiful place.

Excellent apartment to spend the week we definitely take the condominium again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The room and view were stunning. You are not walking distance to town but the Ubers were extremely cheap and there was a decent restaurant and nice bar next door at the hotel that you are allowed to go to. We bought snorkel gear and snorkeled right outside the place and fished daily. It was perfect for our trip with 5 adults and one child. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, we were so happy

First let me say, this is, hands down the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We prefer to stay outside of PVR a few miles to get away from the business of the city. The view from this penthouse is just incredible, and the outdoor area complete with seating and an outdoor kitchen is where we spent most of our time. The entire condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need and we spent a week feeling like we were at home. Alex was gracious enough to pick up groceries for our week stay and we cooked together as a family the entire trip. We hope to stay again at this Airbnb on our next visit to PVR.

To reiterate what another reviewer said, the pictures do not do this place justice!! It is by far the coolest Air B&B that we have ever stayed in! Each of the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen/common area open up to a huge Al Fresco patio where there is plenty of seating, a bar and grill. We enjoyed sitting out there listening to the water hit the beach directly below. We also enjoyed watching the spectacular sunsets every night! We even grilled out steaks while watching the sunset! This home had more than enough room for my husband and I and our 3 teenage sons. We felt very safe in the neighborhood! We really enjoyed the pool that is on the property. The landscaping was absolutely gorgeous! We can’t wait to come back and stay again! I can not recommend this home enough!

This penthouse was absolutely perfect for our stay. We all had very large rooms and our own bathrooms. The house had everything you could think of (except paper towels). The view is spectacular and listening to the waves crashing was wonderful. I can't wait to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The location is great, a cheap taxi ride from anything you would want to do, but far enough away from the city center to get some true R&R. The view was just amazing and we all loved spending our evenings and mornings on the terrace or by the pool. The value for the location was incredible.

This penthouse on the ocean was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay immensely. The views from all of the bedrooms, patio, kitchen, living room and the pool was unparalleled. We felt so at home here and had so much room, as the place is very large. The pool was rarely used and we felt like it was our own. What an excellent place to stay for a week or longer. I hope it's available the next time we visit. Parking was plentiful and the unit very secure. The nature and sound of the crashing waves was such a delight!

amazing views, we saw whales almost every day and other wildlife, very comfortable beds, great kitchen, everything worked except the toilet paper holder in the south bedroom, no big deal. Absolutely loved the place!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! We loved everything about this condo. Waking up to see whales off the patio (we stayed in March), plus dolphins and what may have been a shark was such a treat. The sunrises and sunsets were fabulous. It is even better than the photos. The hosts are so responsive and accommodated our late checkout as we had a late flight. We all slept really well with the ocean sounds. Our son (age 4.5) really loved the pool - it felt so private and was the perfect size. My parents felt comfortable going down and we only saw a couple of other people the whole week. We didn't need the A/C often, but they all work great (the host had them turned on for arrival). We went next door to Costa Sur a couple of times for meals (breakfast, dinner, HH) and used their beach (they didn't charge us the day fee as we ordered drinks on the beach). We had massages/facials at CS, the spa is fabulous. It was so easy to use the taxi stand at the hotel or uber. We can't wait to come back!!!

The big draw for this place is the breathtaking oceanfront view from the unit. It was spacious and we loved hearing the sounds of the waves at night. But the location has pros and cons. Other than the hotel right next door with pool, restaurant and mini-mart, there is nothing else within walking distance unless you want to walk on the main highway. There are no sidewalks. The food at the hotel was good (not overpriced), and the bus/uber/taxi into town were convenient, but we missed being able to walk other places. We had problems with the internet, but did not contact the host right away as we assumed it was just the location. But he said he will be checking that out. He also was very nice and purchased a few groceries for us so they would be there when we checked in. I wished we had asked him to show us how the microwave worked, but we didn't and then couldn't figure it out. Our problem, not his. The washer and dryer were an extra plus that we had no problem figuring out.

Everything about this place is 5 stars. The Penthouse and location are absolutely breathtaking. This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Planning my next trip here!

It was overall a great stay. The location was great, and the place was as described.

The penthouse was fantastic. Such a wonderful open air space. Views were breathtaking whether it was the ocean or the mountains. The place was clean with plenty of amenities and personal touches. The small pool on the property was really nice and almost like having your own private pool at times. The only small drawback is that wifi doesn’t extend to all rooms but this is a minor issue. Location is quiet, secure and a ten minute taxi or Uber ride to restaurants and shops in Zona Romantica. We felt so relaxed, falling asleep to crashing waves every night. Truly a slice of paradise. We would love to return.

Alex and Daniella are great hosts and their place is great! The ocean views are breathtaking and totally worth for a relaxing stay. The apartment is very comfy, well located and enjoyable to the point we barely left the place. The sewer system could use some maintenance as the showers tend to get a bit flooded. However, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back when in Puerto Vallarta.

Our first time out of the country and we couldn’t of asked for a better place to call home away from home. The view so so beautiful. My favorite thing was to listen to the waves at night. If you have the opportunity to book this penthouse, DO IT!!!!! The pictures don’t capture the true beauty that you see with your eyes. The in/out door spaces are so comfortable. I stayed in the master bedroom and I never had to turn the air conditioner on. The views are unmatched. This is my second time with this host and the second property. You can’t go wrong, thank me later.

Very accommodating hosts. They granted us an early check in and check out without hesitation. The home is exactly as the pictures show if not better. The home was very clean, well kept and has plenty of supplies for a comfortable stay. The location is very close to the center. It’s not walkable but is a quick 6 minute Uber drive. We all had a excellent stay and I highly recommend this place if you want a chill vibe.

A wonderful accommodation in a beautiful place. We were so happy to have chosen this abode, it was home from home for us and we were grateful it is set a little apart from downtown Vallarta as it afforded us lots of tranquility with just the sounds of the ocean for company. There’s air, space and light in the apartment so that nobody is on top of one another, at least for a family of 4. The decor is pretty with all facilities and mod cons and the views, of course, are stunning. Watching the lightning streak across the sky every evening was electrifying, and the sound of the thunder and the rain, primal. There’s a regular little bus across the road that runs into downtown in about 10 mins. It’s cheap and cheerful, and the little convenience store in the hotel next door is very useful too. There are books, playing cards, banana grams and a tv with Netflix, more than enough for down time in a warm, welcoming and very hospitable country. If you’d like to find balance after busy beaches, numerous tours, spectacular adventure and intense humidity, this Airbnb comes highly recommended.

This place is absolutely beautiful. So much space and literally you are right in the ocean. The view is breathtaking and so relaxing. Easy access to the taxi station and restaurant at the hotel next door. Our group of 6 had plenty of room. Could of fit 1-2 more. Everything you need!

The photos don’t do Alexander & Daniella’s place justice. The Penthouse has such a warm and inviting feel to it. The indoor/outdoor lounge is a perfect area to unwind. Theres a bar and a grill. There’s a full kitchen with all the cookware, and utensils you would need. All of the bedrooms are roomie and decorated with an ocean peninsula vibe. Watching the sunset and the sunrise from the balcony was so tranquil. The area is perfect. There are lots of restaurants and things to do and it’s not far from city centro and romantic zone. Also taxis are always available. They are usually next door at the resort.

The view and decor was breathtaking. Very cozy and relaxing to be able to sleep with the fresh air and waves from the beach. Very spacious. In addition, having easy access to other venues within minutes was very much appreciated. We will definitely be coming back.

The view of his place is amazing, we were able to see dolphins swimming close by and even a whale from a distance. Place is just as you see it on the pictures and even better in person. Love that is has 4 restrooms, one in each of the 3 bedrooms and an xtra one by the washer/dryer. Sunsets at this place was also amazing!!!! The only thing that was missing for us is a first aid kit, next time I will take my own for sure since one of our kids cut their toe on the broken tiles at the community swimming pool. This was the only drawback for us. But other than that everything was perfect. We didn't even need to go into the pool since the ocean was right in front of us and we had access to the beach from the hotel next door. We would definitely stay at this place again.

This place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures if not more! We were greeted immediately upon arrival and given a small tour of the amenities. There is a staff that serves the condominiums and the neighboring hotel (Seperate staff) but both offer support to the hotel guests and our Airbnb. Both are kind and willing to help with any needs. We received a guidebook with many great recommendations for nearby restaurants and outings. The environment at the penthouse was absolutely tranquil and the panoramic veiws offered through the indoor/outdoor patio did not disappoint. The place was clean and truly held all the accomodations needed to make our stay comfortable. We would highly recommend Alexander & Danielle's place for your next trip to Puerta Vallarta!

Amazing views.

This villa is beautiful feels very homy! There is lots of space and amenities it is away from downtown and ubers take a while to come but you are surrounded by the beautiful ocean! The vybe of this villa is beautiful. There is tv and a kitchen to cook :) alex responds asap and makes sure you have all you need! Keep in mind u or on the ocean and not a beach with sand. There is no sand. The pool is beautiful as well. Reccomend for a super private getaway!!

Alexander & Daniella’s place is so beautiful - the photos don’t do it justice whatsoever. It was just myself and my girlfriend which was a total treat - a whole family could easily and comfortably stay. It has a big indoor lounge, TV, kitchen, all the utensils you would need plus an outdoor seating area with a bar and grill, the bedrooms are also all tasteful, peaceful little oasis’ from the day. The view is phenomenal... it’s just sea, as far as the eye can reach, we saw whales every morning and read by the communal pool on lazy afternoons we weren’t exploring town or the coast. It was an easy and cheap Uber ride to town and so many fab restaurants within 15 min taxi. I’m extremely critical of Airbnb’s and this has been one of our favourites - open, bright, sea facing, tasteful, cosy, special. We will miss falling asleep to the sound of waves. Thank you for being so accommodating A & D!

helpful for our entire stay. Thank you for going the extra mile to provide us with bottled water and also to get the issue resolved with the clogged pipes relating to the disposal. Thank you for all your communication whenever needed. The condo is lovely. We enjoyed our time there. A couple of suggestions...perhaps a bit too much furniture makes the space very hard to move around. Furniture is so close together that you cannot get through without bumping into things. Also condo was a bit dusty when we arrived. Could have used a dusting of all the furniture, surfaces and floors. Overall it was very clean just dusty throughout. Loved the grille outside. Used it numerous times and being able to use the services next door was such an added bonus. We cannot wait to come back to Vallarta.
