I loved the house. It's just as it appears in the photos! The house is very clean and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable, as are the sofa beds. The place is very private and quiet, ideal for resting and spending a few incredible days. The kitchen has all the tools you need for cooking, and there are two very well-stocked supermarkets very close by. I would definitely come back. 100% recommended. In addition, Mariana was always attentive to my stay and to whatever I might need.

Beautiful house! It exceeded all of our expectations. The home was very spacious and had plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate all of our guests. Everything was perfect for our stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to San Miguel as a family to get out of the routine and have a nice time. And we did it. Our stay was perfect. The house is super nice. We all enjoyed the pool and the comfortable facilities. We played a few games of pool and rested in the comfortable rooms. We would definitely go back.

Everything is very nice and Mariana is an excellent host. There was only a misunderstanding, since the publication said that it included hot water, but in the end we understood that it was not updated and I'll fix it. The house is very beautiful and has many areas to have fun.

Mariana's service was excellent. She was super professional, friendly and always attentive. The house is beautiful, with very nice spaces and very comfortable for relaxing. You feel like you're in an exclusive hotel. But it has many maintenance issues that could be improved. The fountain didn't work. The pool is very small and uncomfortable and the water was a little dirty as if it had been stagnant for a while or had not been changed, and the pool water jet was also off.... The Jacuzzi is very shallow and the hydromassage does not work... There are not many basic items in the pantry... nor complimentary coffee, which would be very nice for the price... there are doors that do not close well, lights that do not turn on and details that are missing to make it perfect. Either way, it's a wonderful place and we had a great time.

During our stay there was a problem with the lock that was not caused by us and the service was immediate; they sent maintenance and it was quickly resolved. An amazing stay, excellent value for money, you can tell that the house is well maintained and Mariana is attentive ALL the time. 10 min walk to Oxxo and 20 min walk to a City Market. In a quiet subdivision, zero noise and check-in and check-out was very easy and independent.

Mariana was VERY helpful and accommodating. She organized a private chef and face painter during our stay for Dia de los Muertos. The place is huge, and delivery and filling up, of the thermal natural spring water was worth EVERY dollar spent! Mariana and her team, especially Edu were EXCEPTIONAL! Will definitely stay with them again!

The house is in a good area, it needs maintenance, the roof gamping is broken, the bed is very uncomfortable and very hot, nobody wanted to sleep there, the pool had a lot of dirt, if someone went to half clean it before they filled it, one of the beds had bed bugs and I woke up full of bites, the other beds had zero comfortable mattresses, only the main bedroom, it is not what I expected, since when you go on vacation you expect to rest and enjoy, Mariana is always attentive to everything and very kind, only the bed bugs, she told me that they had fumigated the house for bed bugs days ago, I think they forgot to fumigate the bed where I slept, it was very disappointing.

We value every comment because it helps us improve and we understand that the most important thing when traveling is to be able to rest and enjoy fully. Regarding the bedbug issue, we want to clarify that we fumigated the entire property no more than two weeks before your arrival, which we even confirmed with Airbnb. Either way, after your departure we perform an additional intensive fumigation to ensure that everything is 100%. As is well known, these insects usually reach properties through people, but we understand that the comfort of our guests is what matters. That's why we found a solution and agreement between both parties. Regarding the glamping, unfortunately it suffered wear and tear from the recent rains and we are already working on its maintenance. The pool is always cleaned and maintained before and after each filling with thermal water. However, being in an open garden, leaves or soil may fall due to the weather, although we constantly check to keep it in optimal condition. Regarding the mattresses, we have never had any negative comments, as they are all top quality. We greatly appreciate the attention and follow-up of our team, as we always seek to be attentive to every detail and every guest. Again, we regret that your experience was not as expected and we will take into account each point to improve even more.

This was by far the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in. The design and attention to detail were incredible, making it feel like a true home away from home. Mariana was beyond helpful. So incredibly responsive, she helped organise tours, answered questions, she was wonderful. The place itself was great for my family of 4. I would say that 6 could sleep there super comfortably. If you are considering more than that, look at the pictures and ask ahead on the sleeping arrangements. It's a big fun place, secure too. I used Uber all the time for getting around. So glad I did. Was very easy and safe. But all up there couldn't be a more helpful host than Mariana

Great place. Beautiful big home. In a quiet and pretty and safe neighborhood. About 10 mins to city center. Ubers easily available. The house was perfect for my moms 80th Birthday. Spacious and great for our family reunion. Furniture needs a bit of updating. A lot of the closet spaces were locked and used by owner. Host was very responsive about a couple of issues. They were fixed immediately. Thank you! We had a great time at Mariana’s place. I recommend it. :)

Mariana was very responsive and proactive . She gave us very good local recommendations and set up transportation , she also booked me a few tee times at the course and that was awesome .. I highly recommend this house as a vacation get away in San Miguel de allende

Excellent home for a relaxing time. The finishes of the house are beautiful and has many amenities to enjoy a good time without leaving the house such as swimming pool with possibility to heated water, jacuzzi with hot water 24 hours a day, pool table, barbecue, horn, board games, resting areas with TV to watch series and movies, spacious rooms with own bathrooms, glamping room, etc. The host service is quick and very friendly and provide information and recommendations for activities and visiting places according to your travel plan in mind. I highly recommend hosting you in this or any of their accommodations that are located on the platform.

Beautiful home, the pool area and jacuzzi is very small. We enjoyed the pool table a lot! Since it was raining we were not able to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, so try to rent this house during a nice weather season, definitely not August, it was raining every day. Super open places, beautiful kitchen. The bathrooms had a funky smell but it’s not a big deal. Very clean beds and lots of blankets. The Solar dome was beautiful but since it was raining we couldn’t enjoy it as much. Great host, Camila was super friendly and made everything super easy. We would definitely go back.

This location was stunning both inside and outside, and it was roughly 15 minutes away from the parroquia. Photos don’t truly capture its beauty, and if you’re bringing the whole family, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The house resembled something right out of Disney’s Aladdin. My family and I had a fantastic time, and the host was very attentive and friendly.

Camila's attention is excellent, she is always friendly and tries to solve the inconveniences that arise. The manager takes a little to resolve since they apparently have more houses and they don't stock up, which can be a little uncomfortable, the house is beautiful, but if it's obvious that maintenance is lacking, especially the glamping area. The Wi-Fi is very bad and this was important because we were a family of 9 using it at the same time and because we wanted to see the Olympics. But it's definitely a place I would recommend.
