THE BEST BACHELORETTE PARTY 💍🌊 I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate my farewell. It's the nicest apartment I've ever stayed in in Vta. It is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, but above all, the view and the comfort of the terrace are perfect. Access to the beach is very easy and the security personnel/staff helped us a lot, always attentive to us (we were a group of 10 women traveling) Alvaro was always attentive to any questions and requests. Thank you so much!

My 8-year-old son says it was very "cool." I say we were very comfortable. The apartment was spectacular, and the view from the balcony was incredible. Alvaro was very friendly and responded quickly. We'll be back soon, God willing.

Excellent place. Sayan Beach is one of those places where the photos don't do it justice because it's much better! The apartment is amazing, spacious, comfortable, clean, with a spectacular view due to its height, with very enjoyable amenities, comfortable beds, electric blackout blinds, a dishwasher and, in my case, since I brought my 2 babies, even a crib for them. Regarding the common areas, the staff is very friendly and efficient, the infinity pools are spectacular and heated, and there are many shaded areas. The truth is that you don't miss having a wider beach with the pools (roof and ground level) that much. We used the spa for some delicious massages, and we also brought 2 elderly people, who were super comfortable and safe with 2 elevators and ramps. I would definitely love to go back. I hope to return soon to enjoy Álvaro's place to the fullest.

Excellent place to stay in Vallarta. It has a spectacular view of the sea and very good service from the condo staff.

Great space. Beautiful views, very nice furnishings, very secure building. The building has great pools and very easy access to the beautiful beach right out front. AC blows snowballs.

The place was amazing!. The terance with the ocean view was to die for. A couple of times I fell asleep outside with the sound of the waves, very relaxing. We were 4 adults and 3 children and had alot of room. Each room had its own private bathroom with a shower. We got some groceries and snacks for our 7 day day stay. Alvaro had all cooking essentials we need it. The last 2 days we juat spend it here relaxing and enjoying the views. The rooftop pool had a great view and felt more private. The drinks and food were good and reasonable price. The acces to the small private beach was great. Getting an Uber to go to Zonaromantica and El Centro was easy and reasonable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Shootout to Moises, who recommended his wife and sister for a relaxing massage at the appt terance. Highly recommend getting one outside on the terance hearing the waves, so relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. Great private Airbnb to get, you won't regret it.

The view is absolutely ridiculous — looks like a painting the moment you walk in. The condo was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked extremely well. It’s also very quiet, and the WiFi was solid. This place is all about the patio — you could spend your whole trip out there. The kitchen is fully stocked and they even have extras like towels and sunscreen if you forgot yours. The pools are fantastic, food and drinks on-site were great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Feels more like a luxury hotel than a condo. Elevators are fast too. Great location — about a 15-minute walk to the Los Muertos Pier and close to Zona Romántica. An OXXO is about a 6-minute walk if you want to grab snacks or booze. You can also give the front desk a grocery list and they’ll arrange delivery at no cost — super convenient. Only note: beach gate closes at 10pm, so late returns mean walking the road, which can feel a bit tight with traffic. Would absolutely stay again.

This was the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. I would return again and again. No problem with the unit, property staff are INCREDIBLE and Alvaro responded promptly the two times I had a question on day 1. Outstanding property.

Having been to Puerto Vallarta over a dozen times this is my second time staying in this same condominium complex and it's absolutely wonderful. This specific unit is family friendly, comfortable, refined with all the extra benefits of some snorkeling gear, games, fully loaded kitchen, etc. Absolutely wonderful and I am hoping to come back next year. Can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and amenities are. The beach feels very private with no one costing you to buy anything… The staff is very helpful and I feel totally taken care of. Very safe and fun and delicious.... and five stars all the way around.

Lovely place! Loved the open concept. Wonderful breeze and sound of the ocean. Easy to get to beaches south or north. Oxxo store not far from condo. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Quiet. Peaceful. Views of the fireworks. Rooftop pool and hot tub was divine. The condo is spacious and Perfect for up to 6 people. I wish I owned this condo because I’m going g to miss being there!

Not easy to put into words how incredibly gorgeous the setting is from the expansive open deck and living space. I have seen many gorgeous sunsets but none like the sunsets and sunrises from this home. Truly mind blowing. So nice to have so many bathrooms. Spent so much time on the deck which had comfortable furniture and hammocks. Loved hearing the ocean echo in our living space. Felt very spoiled in the space. The resorts itself surprised us as well. The amenities are incredible too with a great gym, pools that are pristine and gorgeous, was not expecting the food on site to be so delicious and reasonably priced. Grocery service was a huge bonus. Exceptional all around. Lastly the beach could not be beat. It was more private than the busier beaches closer to the city, easy to get in (sandy areas) and swim around, gorgeous with the rocks surrounding the edges of the property. This is a no brainer! I am so happy we booked it.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible! The place looks exactly like the photos—spacious, sparkling clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. What truly sets this place apart are the amenities. The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic for relaxing and ordering food with a view. On the ground floor, the second pool with direct beach access was such a luxury! The location is unbeatable. It’s within easy walking distance to the city center, which gave us the best of both worlds: it felt like a private boutique hotel experience, yet we were right next to all the action and activities. The staff was extremely helpful and service-oriented throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to this apartment in the future. Highly recommended!

Sayan Beach is our favorite building in PV. We stay here 2-3 times a year when traveling with a group. Alvaro’s space was perfect for us! We especially loved the doors that fully open to the outside and the hammocks. I fell asleep every night listening to the ocean. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, wonderful amenities; 2 pools, 2 restaurants, lovely somewhat secluded beach. All of the staff were super helpful, especially the front desk folks that helped our group with booking tours, getting cabs and more. Easy to hop on a bus, Uber or walk to old town. Highly recommend!

Alvaro’s unit was very nice and spacious. The appliances all worked very well and the kitchen/baths were clean. The patio is amazing and the views incredible. The building is great. We loved the pools, the bars, the restaurant. Very very nice to have on site. The security staff was OUTSTANDING!! They were always there when we needed something, they found my lost items, and they were so fun to visit with and made us feel so comfortable. The cleaning staff were amazing also. They kept the pool and common areas clean and inviting. The bar staff were very personable and professional. I didn’t always catch their names but thank them for all their help. Jose, Juan, Moises, Hector, Mel, were very spot on with their help, reactive and very proactive. We love the Pickleball court as well. I would recommend this location and will be coming back next year!!

Loved this condo! Just stayed 8 days with our family of 7 in this unit. Been to PV many times and this is our favorite condo and building. The unit has amazing views all of Banderas Bay and it might actually be the best location in Ll on PV. Will be back!

What an amazing spot! The unit was awesome with great views and everything you need. The host was kind and responsive. But the building amenities really did it for us! You can have drinks and food by the pool like in a hotel and the staff is so friendly and engaging! The gym was small but had everything I needed. The pools were breathtaking and we whale watched from them! Perfect trio and I'll book again for next year!

My family had a great stay at Sayan! The views from the balcony are unbelievable, the amenities in the building are great and the apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. The location is great cause it’s private but close to everything - so it’s walkable/short taxi ride away from things. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We could not have been happier or more impressed with this condo and the amenities. I feel very lucky to have found it and stayed there as long as we did. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in PV.

Excellent services, rooftop pool and downstairs pool. The beach is a bit dirty because we were affected by some people who lived on the beach, but it is not something that the property can control. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back.

Great view of the ocean from the condo! Please is clean and well maintained ! Food at both the roof top and lower level restaurant is pretty good. Best part is the location. You can walk into town along the beach!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and ocean views. The pool area was stunning, and the view was absolutely beautiful! The home itself is thoughtfully designed, with charming décor combined with modern finishes that made it both authentic and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and thorough, which made the stay even smoother. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

The condo is amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to the space. The view is fantastic, the grounds rival a high end resort. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here and we will be back next time we are in the area.

It’s not super walkable to all the restaurants and spots in Zona Romántica, but getting an Uber was very easy and affordable, so it wasn’t a problem at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

What made this place great was the services offered by the building, and the friendliness of the staff. It was very comparable to a hotel. The place itself was beautiful, with a great view of the ocean. I would have liked to seen a few more amenities included for the price paid, as what was provided was of low-quality (e.g. bulk shampoo/soap). We did enjoy the trip though.

The condo was exactly what we expected - and then some! The location was great, everything was super easy to Uber to and from. The staff on-site were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. Although we aimed to eat the local food in Puerto Vallarta, the restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient for our pool days. The drinks were pretty good too! The views from the balcony are amazing. All the outdoor furniture was nice, especially if you like to sit outside and listen to the ocean. Only downside was that we were not told the rooftop pool was going to be closed; this was an amenity we were looking forward to using and one of the reasons we booked, so needless to say we were a bit disappointed. Regardless, the ground level pool was very nice as well so it all worked out in the end. I'd return for sure!

Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

This is the place to stay!!! The condo is spacious and well-appointed, and the balcony is huge with amazing views! The building amenities were awesome (pools, gym, restaurants), clean, and the staff is so friendly! It is very safe with 24 hour security to let you in. The location is IDEAL. Very quiet but a short 15 minute walk from all the action in the zona romantica. I can't wait to go back!

Large well-equipped condo with exceptional views and an oversized terrace. The building amenities were fantastic, the rooftop really is the best in PV, and the food/drinks available onsite were incredibly convenient and quite delicious. Also, the location is quite good, a simple shortcut on the beach quickly brings you to all the action.

Alvaro's place was a fantastic space to spend with friends. The views and facilities including the rooftop pool was really spectacular.

Beautiful place! The views are simply spectacular. Jose Jesus checked us in at the front and was so friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are large and all have en suite large bathrooms. Water pressure in showers were great and AC worked great. The apartment could use some minor updates but trust me you won’t be bothered much with those details. Really nice perk to be able to order room service to the room! We loved having access to the beach via a private entrance and was easy walk into town from there. Nice restaurant at the rooftop too.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this condo. As always, it was in excellent condition and the view and amenities are unmatched.

Great condo. The views are even more incredible in person! Lots of space to gather with friends or family. The pools, restaurants, fitness center, and beach access were excellent.

What can I say other than spectacular place!

Place was beautiful and very peaceful. Restaurant food was good, service was also a plus, All the staff was super attentive and friendly. I'm definitely ready to come back and stay again soon.

Some electric plug-in have some problem espresso coffee machine were not functional hundred percent .

Spectacular condo with amazing views! The place is extremely spacious, great amenities, and close walk or Uber to Playa Los Muertos and Zona Romantica night life! We really enjoyed the pickleball courts, pools, both hot tubs, access to private beach, and restaurant/bar on the property. Concierge was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again!

The pictures of the apartment do not give it justice. We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. We would have stayed in the balcony the whole trip overlooking Banderas Bay, but we had all of the best parts of Puerto Vallarta at our fingertips. I didn't realize how close Zona Romantica was to this location. We also had an in room massage and we utilized the rooftop bar and ground level restaurant for breakfast. It was an amazing experience. We look forward to our return.

The location and staff was amazing! It felt more like we were at a resort than a condo.

The place was absolutely amazing, with great views and exceptional staff in the building. The pool in roof was being remodeled during our visit, which I would have liked to know before, but hopefully it'll be done soon for other guests because it has a stunning view. The restaurant in the building was great and extremely economical. I would definitely return.

Love the view and the pools also the beach spot was great. I would defiantly come and stay here again. Me encantó la vista , la alberca/ piscina y tambien el espacio que tiene de playa , me volvería a quedar aquí.

Seriously one of the best Air BnB’s properties we’ve stayed it. Can’t beat the 8th floor views and being on the corner unit with the wrap around balcony. Would definitely go back!

Had a fabulous stay. The condo was amazing. The views of the Bay, down the beach and Pier were incredible. The building is right on the water and the infinity pool was stunning. Couldn't have asked for a better unit to stay in. The rooftop, pools and restaurant were great. The staff was friendly and responsive and gave great recommendations for day trips. We hope to be back again soon.

Alvaro’s place was perfect—beautiful condo and incredible building amenities. The space was ideal for our family, including two young children. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Both the pools were resort-class, and the food and drinks were great. Also, the property staff were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Alvaro’s condo and would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay.

The condo was gorgeous and the view is astounding. There were a few items with wear and tear that I let Alvaro know about right away. We definitely would consider staying here again. The staff was the best!! They were so willing to help, the reserved a dinner for us, got us transportation several times and were very honest with questions we had.

The views are spectacular! They offer many amenities not listed. I will stay here again for my next visit to Puerta Vallarta.

I've stayed in this unit a couple of times now. It doesn't disappoint. They views are surreal, place is fantastic and Sayan has the best amenities you could ask for. The pools and restaurants make it great to spend your days relaxing on the property. Alvaro is very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. We look forward to staying at his place again.
