We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is amazing, and the building itself is beautiful. The condo was so bright and open, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom — such a thoughtful and convenient feature for everyone’s comfort and privacy. The views were stunning, and the pools and beach area made the experience even more special. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The condo is lovely and as shown in the photos. It was clean and looked beautiful when we walked in. Alejandra met us at the reception to take us through the condo and answer any questions. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Every meal we ate at the condo we had on the balcony. This is our second time at The Maritima Playa and it doesn’t disappoint, the grounds are immaculate and the staff are very nice. Alejandra was very quick to respond and always helpful. There is construction beside The Maritima but it didn’t bother us.

Unfortunately, I was not able to make the trip. However the 2 other couples we were going with raved about the place. Definitely going to book again hopefully next year.

House was just what we were looking for.

We spent a week at this amazing condo and it couldn’t have been better. The property itself is immaculate, with everything you could want. Private beach area, multiple pools, well equipped gym and an excellent restaurant. We were able to walk to the grocery store and into Bucerias. The apartment is exactly like the photos and was plenty of space for 4 adults to move around and stay comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and the view from the balcony is stunning. There is construction right next door, but we didn’t find it that intrusive. Communication with Alejandra was always prompt and clear, even with the language barrier. One thing to note, despite it not being in the listing, there is an allotted amount of electricity per day with the rental. They are more than generous with the amount, so it was never an issue, but it would have been nice to know when booking as I was taking specific note of it elsewhere. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again if I come back to PV!

The apartment was perfect. It's just like the photos and everything was very clean. The view is also awesome. We only had two issues with the elevator that didn't work and we had to use the service elevator using the key they had given us at the entrance. The front desk sent staff to fix it. Precisely as depicted in photos. Very friendly staff and the host is responsive and provides thorough answers. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped with all of the necessities. The property was well-planned with plenty of seating/lounge chairs available at all times. The sound of the ocean from the condo is unbeatable! I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this condo.

Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment is located in a subdivision with direct beach access, which was ideal. The check-in process was clear and easy, without complications. In the mornings, it was a pleasure to go for a run or walk around the area. The condominium's amenities are very complete, with everything you need to enjoy a quiet week by the sea. In addition, all the building staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

This condo is absolutely wonderful! The view is jaw-dropping, the space is comfortable, and the amenities are like staying at a nice resort! I would absolutely recommend staying here. The property manager doesn’t speak English so that was a little tricky, but she was very friendly and tried to communicate with Google Translate.

We had the best stay at the apartment, the location is a dream, incredibly views and great light. I loved the easy access to the private beach. Would love to return.

Very nice apartment with great views of the sea. We traveled as a family with three adult children. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom, which was perfect. The beds and couch are cozy. We cooked at home every day, and everything was available for that. The beach is beautiful and there were always enough loungers available. The staff (overall) is very friendly and helpful. And you are not bothered by beach vendors on the beach, which was very pleasant. There is service on the beach. On the roof there is a gym, spa (good and affordable massages), several pools and a bar (happy hour from 5-7 pm). We felt pretty comfortable. The only thing I found negative is that the amenities such as the kitchen cabinets, the sideboard in the living room, clogged ventilation grilles, light switches, etc. are not particularly high quality or very outdated. Nevertheless, the stay was great and we would come back

Wonderful condo . Always a beach lounger available, quiet and clean. Restaurant had a good selection of foods, close to stores and a walk to Bucerias.

Overall, a very positive experience. The host was incredibly responsive and provided simple accurate instruction for the day of arrival. He also has a local property manager that was reachable all the time. The apartment is large , immaculate and very well maintained. Spectacular views from each balcony with 20 foot floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Rooftop pools were quiet and provided much needed relaxation. There is also a huge main pool on the ground level that opens up to the beach. We prefer to cook our meals and the kitchen is full equipped for all your needs. There is a large supermarket (La Comer) that is a 3 minutes Uber ride away. Tremendous value for the money we paid and would return again.

A lovely apartment, great ocean view, spacious, great choice for a quiet vacation

Every year we do a week somewhere with playa in Mexico , and undoubtedly the department of Memo is the best up to now , the residences are well located you have everything at your disposal . The view of the apartment is perfect . Alejandra was always available to us , from our arrival to our departure . Thank you and we will definitely be back !

We were a week in Memo's apartment and it is as shown in the photos; before arrival Memo was in constant communication and sent precise instructions for arrival and at the time of arrival everything very easy with the help of Alejandra the administrator; during the stay she was always attentive; we had a problem with the barbecue on the terrace and she resolved it quickly. We would definitely return

Spectacular 3 bed condo overlooking Banderas Bay. Breathtaking views of ocean, beach, and pools. 7th floor unit with at least 20 ft ceilings and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which make you feel like you’re sitting on the ocean. Fully loaded amenities including great grill and good blender for making margs ;-) All this in community that felt totally safe and secure. Can’t recommend enough…WILL be back.

Better than we expected! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The sound of the waves crashing in the morning & evenings was so peaceful. Communication was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better host. We had a couple of issues pop up and Alejandra was extremely fast to respond and super helpful. The building staff were also helpful and professional. The location is nice if you want to be outside the busyness of P.V. but close enough for day trips. The beach is nice and not crowded at all, with covered cabanas for use by guests but the water was murky. Highly recommend planning a trip here during off season. For the first few days of our stay we basically had the pools and beach to ourselves. Then the crowds came for Easter week! It got a lot busier so we spent more time away from the condo during that time. La Comer is the best grocery store and very close, Pancho’s Takos are THE Best street tacos, and San Pancho and Sayulita were worth a short drive.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my family to this extraordinary condominium - with modern design and an abundance of space that made us feel instantly at ease. With three bedrooms, there was ample room for everyone to unwind and find their own sanctuary. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the view of the ocean and stunning sun sets as well as the magnificent pool and lounge area. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cleanliness and contemporary aesthetic of the condo were truly impressive, leaving us with a sense of tranquility and serenity. Transportation is needed to explore local restaurants and activities. While this may require some additional planning, it did not overshadow the overall experience. However, it is worth mentioning that the Maritima restaurant, although boasting a beautiful ambiance, left much to be desired in terms of both service and culinary delights. I will be back!!

Great Stay! Comfortable beds, great amenities on-site, private location, excellent administrator/concierge Alejandra. Room is well appointed and readily accomodated our group of 7. Kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook meals (a must with toddlers). The floor to ceiling windows in all rooms are amazing, but the manual blinds in the bedrooms can be problematic. Also the place can heat up so we opened windows to be mindful of electricity usage (which they said they will charge if you exceed a certain allotment). The building and facilities are brand new. Nice private beach they manicure daily with palapas and lounge chairs. 2 heated rooftop pools (three total but 1 was out of commission) with sweeping views and a bar in between. 3 not heated pools on ground floor, ping pong tables, small paddle court and a space that looks like it will soon be a theater room potentially. Restaurant on site is a great perk and they can deliver food out to the beach or to your room.

Building is spot on for an Air BnB experience. Beach is perfect, private enough, public enough. Services inside the building are great; friendly staff, great amenities (pools, gym, bar, spa, paddle courts)- never felt crowded at all. Food and drink is available at one restaurant on site, but taste and quality is great, and menu options are extensive enough. Delivery services available from major supermarkets, and building location is perfect for other convenience errands. If planning to spend more time away from the property, Cab expenses can accumulate, and in this case I’d recommend renting a car. If your plan is to spend most of your time at the property, which I highly recommend, transport services will do. My trip was a family trip, and our kids enjoyed every single moment. Highly recommended. Thanks to Memo and his friendly team!

We enjoyed our stay! Lovely condo, well appointed. Stunning ocean view with ceiling to floor windows. Owners very responsive and the administradora Sra Alejandra was helpful with suggestions for reliable taxi and manicurist a domicilio! Food and beverages on site at restaurant and they bring to beach and condo. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a great stay! The condo was exactly as pictured, very comfortable, and spectacular views. Beautiful location with great beach, pools, and workout area. We enjoyed the walk to Bucerias and had no problem getting taxis back if we didn’t feel like walking. Alejandra was great and Memo was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return!

This place was perfect, with ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, comfortable lounge area and just amazing! We were sad to leave. Communication with host was excellent. The first couple of days were confusing on how to get around the building or what elevators to use but then got the hang of it. This area is really secured, they always keep track of who’s coming in or out. Our favorite part about this place was the 3 rooftop pools with the prettiest view and perfect sun sets. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything is great

Excellent luxury apartment with first level facilities, all the staff who work there make you feel at home, located in front of a very nice beach for swimming, it has a restaurant with very good food and very cheap prices, the attention from Memo is excellent, I highly recommend it, I will definitely return.

The apartment is in excellent condition and very well decorated. Memo is an excellent host and responds to requests immediately. I highly recommend the apartment and would definitely rent it again. Thank you very much.
