Very nice apartment right by the ocean. For swimming, you have to walk a little to get away from the rocks. A little is a minute though, so no issue. The beach to the right is perfect for surfing and swimming. The apartment is very spacious and has a good layout. Only weird setup is no bathroom door in the main bedroom. Otherwise great for a group of 4 - 6 people.

Quiet place with amenities. All the amenities are working. Clean. A spectacular view and you feel right at home.

Excellent choice. The apartment is very clean, well stocked in terms of the kitchen, and well located. We went fishing, and the marina is practically 5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot... undoubtedly a good choice!

We very much enjoyed staying at Gordon's place. Our condo was on the pool level, beach below, with a nice deck for lunch and hanging out on lounge chairs in the shade. It's walking distance to downtown for grocery store, wonderful bakery, ice cream store, restaurants, shops. Very comfortable and spacious. We will return and definitely recommend.

The location can't be beat and we were lucky to basically have the pool area to ourselves most of the time, in late April. Plenty of clean towels and condiments, which make a stay a little more comfortable! We had a small issue with one AC unit and Gordon responded right away.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was so close to the beach and the veranda opens right to the pool. Ideal for families. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which my kids loved. The kitchen is super well stocked if you plan on cooking. 10-15 walk to the strip of restaurants a bit further up the beach.

Paradise found! This is the most incredible spot! One of the best airbnb stays we've had. The ground floor unit is so ideal, feels private enough but steps from pool and ocean. Inside is very open, spacious, welcoming and comfortable. All the amenities were great and beach right in front is quiet which is nice. Easy walk to town via the beach or through the neighborhood also a huge plus. We definitely recommend and would love to return one day. My only suggestion would be to have a printed doc in the house with restaurant/activity recommendations, tips for household appliances etc. Other than that is was perfect, thank you Gordon!

This is a great place. Good size, great location, nice to be steps from the pool and beach, and a short paddle out to the surf break out front. The house is well equipped, and the complex is clean and well maintained. The pool was great for our family with kids. We hope to be back.

Gordon’s home is ideally situated on a beautiful beach, steps away from great restaurants and even better taco stands. We had a car, which helped with groceries and the ability to do trips to neighbouring towns, but was not necessary if you stayed in Punta de Mita. The beach in front of the condo was sandy and enjoyable for morning and evening walks, and the gradual slope of the ocean made for easy swimming. Gordon’s home had all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen had every cooking instrument which allowed to make some delicious meals at home. The beds were comfortable and the showers and bathrooms were spotless. We were a family of 4 and had lots of space. I highly recommend Gordon’s home and would happily stay here again.

We appreciated the location and accommodations more everyday. Some of the things that made Gordon’s spot so special were: -the unit is on the beach, on a calm and sandy part of the beach. - beds and pillows were super comfortable - the kitchen had everything we needed - the condo pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas and hot tub were right off our patio and well maintained and very clean -the town, with all the restaurants and stores, was only a 5-10 minute walk - street parking was super easy - the property manager was based in the neighborhood and quick to respond to all of our questions and had many great suggestions

Excelente very nice place i would stay there again

I have been coming to Punta Mita for many years and this place makes our very short list of places we look forward to returning to in the future. The space is a perfect for 6 guests with perfect ocean front waters. It's rocky on the shore immediately in front of the condo, but upon entering the water there is no rocks. It's a magical place to experience Mexican beaches.

It has very spacious and comfortable spaces. Everything works very well and Gordon was always very attentive.

Great place to stay. We would love to go back.

Gorgeous condo. Couldn't recommend it more!

We had a great stay at Gordon's place. Loved the view from the patio and living room and easy to step down to the beach for a walk or to play in the waves. The pool was very clean and warm. Always easy to get a lawn chair. Kitchen fully stocked with lots of spices/oils for cooking, too. Excellent restaurants a short walk away. We really loved having the three chaise lounges on our own private patio (with great view of the surf break!) so we could enjoy the pool but also retreat to the shade if needed!

This place is amazing! We loved the town, being able to walk everywhere, ocean views, whale watching, the pool. Our best beach vacation yet! The unit is pristine and fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation.

We had a fabulous time in Punta Mita. The condo was perfect. Pool and beach out the back door and good restaurants all within walking distance.

This condo is a dream! We loved it and can’t wait to come back. It’s big, comfortable, spacious, and best of all two steps from the pool and 10 steps to the beautiful Punta Mita beach. Being ground floor with direct access to the pool and beach makes it even more perfect. The view just takes your breath away. The condo complex is small and we always had chairs available by the pool. There’s a massage parlor right next to the complex on the beach and the ladies are great. Everything is walking distance. The Casa del Pintor restaurant is right across the street and their pizzas are very good. 100% recommend this condo
