The apartment is just as it is described and in the photos, Luz was very friendly and helpful. Very well located, close to commerce and a few minutes to the beach. At night you hear a noise from the pool machines, but Luz and the team that works in the building were on the lookout.

Luz’s condo far exceeded our expectations. Clean, beautiful, comfortable…. Luz was accommodating through the entirety of our stay. It was a joy!

We loved Luzs place! Perfect stay and situated so central and quiet! The facilities were amazing. We extended our stay and Luz was a great help! Will come back!

The things that were offered in photography were the ones that are in the apartment, everything was very accessible and comfortable, highly recommended, both the host and the facilities of the apartment

We really enjoyed our stay - the condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Location was very central and the roof top pools were amazing! Would stay again.

The place was amazing clean you got everything you need towel beach towel you provide a shampoo, soap, blow, dryer, and so much more. It was an amazing stay.

Luz's apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos -- and 100% has the best balcony in the entire complex! Luz is an amazing host and the property had many of the amenities we needed for an easy stay. It was also my second time staying in the Ipana complex and we loved it - the heated rooftop pools are amazing, parking was convenient, and location is great. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach, but far enough to be away from the noise. The only recommendations we have for improvement are cushions for the outdoor patio set and some more hot water for the shower :) Overall a perfect stay and we'd choose Luz's apartment again any time!

The apartment's location is incredible, the security and facilities inside it are just as good. Luz always responded to all my questions and responded immediately. I highly recommend this place and would definitely rent this place again, no doubt a 10/10

Luz was really responsive and quickly answering our request and always available to help! The place is amazing, just two blocks away from the 5th avenue and in the same street of the best restaurants of Playa! The rooftop is amazing, with four different pools, a gym and a bar. All the facility managers at the building were super helpful and nice too. The building is super quiet and new. Would definitely stay here next time 🤍

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. The pool area was awesome and the adults only area is a definite plus! Luz was quick to respond to any questions.

The place is very comfortable and new, it's in a great location. The host attended us at all times ! We will not hesitate to return Count on everything you need to spend incredible. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice, everything is new and very well decorated, just like the photos, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the balcony is very spacious, you can walk to the 5th avenue, excellent location, the rooftop we charm has large pools and bar service, we will definitely return

So I was really excited about visiting this place, especially because it's a part of the new Ipana construction. However, there were some issues that I think are pretty important to point out to travelers so they can make the best decisions for themselves. I'll start with the cons of the place first: CONS - Wifi did not work. This listing says Wifi, but it didn't work whatsoever for the first three days of our trip. Let host know as soon as we tried to connect, but she wasn't able to get someone out there until day three of our stay. Even after they came, the wifi was spotty at best. If you rely on internet for working remotely or don't have data, you won't want to stay here. - There is still a ton of active construction. While construction is everywhere in Playa, the actual building itself has construction from 8-5pm every day. You won't be able to enjoy your balcony until after those hours. - You have to pay extra for electric. The amount they give per day is very low. We were really conservative (all lights and electricity off except for night when we came back) and we still were over the limit. If you like the AC running or plan on using the place for more than sleeping, you'll incur the extra fee. - There are random maintenance projects happening you may not know about. We tried to leave the building at 4pm one day, but they told us not to even leave our room because they had sprayed the hallways and building for pesticides. We only had to wait an hour, but it would have helped to have a heads up. PROS - The staff at the building are super nice and helpful if you need anything or have questions - The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a great way to spend an afternoon - You're close to the end of 5th ave, which makes it a great location. - The space is nicely decorated. I really wanted to love this place because the pictures are so beautiful! But part of the reason you choose Airbnb is to be able to use the place, kitchen, wifi, and other amenities while traveling. The value just wasn't there. I'm sure once wifi and construction are finished or the electricity consumption limits are changed, this will be a lovely place to visit.

What a great stay! The unit is on the top floor with a beautiful balcony. It’s brand new so it has lots of modern features, is spacious, has reliable WiFi and is super clean. Luz is an amazing hostess- very responsive and accommodating. The building has many great amenities as well like a huge rooftop pool, business area, bar, friendly front desk staff, and an updated gym. I would recommend staying here to anyone!
