A truly stunning property with thoughtful details throughout. The pictures don’t actually do it justice which was hard to believe. Kari was very responsive and helpful in setting up activities and chef services for our group. We had an amazing stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how stunning the property, the views are even better than the photos. The home itself is thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt carefully considered, from the quality of the linens to the well-equipped kitchen and inviting outdoor spaces. We spent so much time enjoying the terrace, listening to the waves, and watching the sunsets, it was pure relaxation. Our host was fantastic, responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. This home is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort in an unbeatable location. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special beachfront getaway.

The house is spectacular, it is modern but cozy, very well equipped, you have spectacular views from every room. The terrace is quite comfortable and has an excellent view as well. The staff and the host were very friendly and made us feel at home. If in doubt, we'll be back.

An amazing beach house at the pacific with a unique view on the ocean and a private beach excess. The quality of the house and the furnitures are incredible. The housekeeping team does a super great service which is much more than extra ordinary- perfect and with heart! All prepared food ( from breakfast and all day service up to our grill evenings) was wonderful. We had a birthday celebration with a lovely help and engagement from all. The chilled spirit is the result of the people and the perfect real estate in an paradise location. We will return. Thanks again to you all! Jeni and Jan

Incredible home ! We enjoyed our 9 day stay. Kari was very communicative even late at night when we needed help with certain things ! Her house is one of the most beautiful and special properties ! Will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely stunning establishment. We had a five day retreat here and it was exactly as described. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is simply out of this world stunning. The cleaning staff were also proactive and engaged and incredibly friendly. Kari also gave us recommendations for a private chef service which we used, which was impeccable. I wish I could give it six out of five stars, but the best I can do is start planning my next trip back! Highly recommend.

I rented this home for Christmas and to celebrate my 50th birthday and it’s was nothing short of AMAZING!The home itself is stunning. The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. That view makes you not want to leave the house ever!!! Kari and her team are the perfect host. They were kind, thoughtful and went out of their way to ensure a good experience for me and my family. Don’t think twice about renting this home, you’ll have the time of your life.

Spectacular house

The accommodations and the staff were amazing! This is an incredible one of a kind home and the pictures simply can’t capture the full beauty of everything the place has to offer.

Absolutely incredible stay at Casa Karina for our group of 15. As others have mentioned, the pictures do not do Casa Karina justice and it is such a stunning space overlooking the ocean. We spent the majority of our 3 days and nights at the house by the pool and never got bored. The staff is also phenomenal, especially Rebecca, and went above and beyond to make the experience special for one of our guests celebrating a bachelorette and another celebrating a birthday. Manuel from Mita concierge was a breeze to work with and made every request we had materialize. Truly a special place in a special location which will many any group experience amazing!

Casa Karina is absolutely STUNNING. It is even more beautiful than the pictures, and a truly luxurious experience. Kari and the concierges took care of every ask and need that our group of 16 had. From seamless transfers from the airport, to welcome drinks at the house, and to the private chef we hired who created beautiful meals, to the daily cleaning (we didn't have to touch or do a thing). The staff function seamlessly and the service impeccable. And the house itself, the views, the property...it is hard to describe how beautiful and luxurious it is. I tend to go stir-crazy and get bored after a few days in a house, but I genuinely did not want to leave (ever). There were so many areas on the property to lounge and make use of. We arranged a boat trip one day, and had dinner in town the next, but truly, being at the house was the best. I hope to have the chance to stay again one day! Thank you for the wonderful memories and perfect, perfect trip and experience.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding in Punta Mita, and our stay at Casa Karina absolutely made the entire weekend. The house truly exceeded our expectations. Kari always responded to my messages within the hour, her staff was so kind and made us feel at home, and lastly, the chef service was incredible. Overall, we were well taken care of and felt safe the entire stay. The photos of the house don't even do the place justice! Casa Karina is the perfect getaway for a big group of friends or family - 16 of us all slept comfortably in the house for 3 nights. We wish we were able to extend our trip! We will absolutely be back at Casa Karina, and are counting down the days until our next vacation to Punta Mita!

Everything is amazing and the house is spectacular

I can’t even describe how magical this place is. From the breathtaking views to the incredible architecture to the stunning and spacious layout to the beyond lovely staff to the Sonos system and Byredo amenities, everything about this house has been incredibly well thought out and amazing for a group. It looks brand new and exceeds any hotel, including all of the luxury ones in the area. We have stayed in many houses and this is by far the best on Airbnb or elsewhere. Kari and her team are fabulous, booking many activities and transport and meals for us, and everyone in the group agreed that the house could not have been better. This is the rare case where pictures just cannot do justice for how special and rare the house and setting is. We are so grateful and wish we could have stayed here for longer. Do not hesitate to book this house - it is the absolute number one place in Mexico!

Casa Karina is a truly amazing property! From the stunning views, the private bedrooms (all are outstanding) to the open-air main level living room - the house is stunning and provided our group with a perfect vacation. The house accommodated our group of nine with ease - providing ample opportunities for relaxation, pool-side lounging and beach activities. If you want the best Punta Mita has to offer, this is your place!

Casa Karina was the absolute best house we have stayed in as a family of 8 adults with 2 babies. The aesthetic of the house is stunning. There is not a bad view in the house!! Ocean views are stunning from all 3 levels, and the beach access allowed us to go from pool to ocean to outside shower back to the pool. We had some guests that surfed and swam in the ocean everyday. We also walked down to the resort bar a short ways to enjoy a cocktail at bolongo hotel. The rooms are sound proof, which was a huge plus for us because we had toddlers and newborns staying with us. The Wi-Fi and technology in the house is top notch. We loved that the Sonos speakers were hardwired throughout the house and out by the pool. The staff at casa karina is attentive, kind, and hospitable. We felt the loving warmth and trust you want to feel in a host through all of them. Whatever you need, the hosts can arrange, transport, dinners, beach activities, etc. Thank you for the incredible stay! We will be back!
