We had a great stat at Juan Carlos’s place with 8 friends from New Zealand. The place had everything you could need and lots of shared space. It was in a great location and Juan Carlos was very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bola in Coyoacán and would absolutely recommend it. The location was perfect for us — very walkable, with easy access to downtown Coyoacán, plenty of amazing restaurants and bakeries nearby, and convenient access to the stadium and Mexico City downtown area. Juan Carlos was an exceptional host — always responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. One of the most memorable touches was that the house was beautifully decorated for the World Cup, which made the experience feel even more special. He also welcomed us with snacks and thoughtful World Cup souvenirs, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our visit unforgettable. Casa Bola was the perfect place for our trip, and we would gladly stay again.

The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was beautiful, friendly, and close to delicious tacos! It’s a very good house to host families with kids and will definitely book if the opportunity presents itself again.

We had a great stay at Casa Bola. The house had exactly what we wanted with four bedrooms with adult-sized beds, 3.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was in a nice neighborhood location walkable to lots of dining options, and still close enough to the metro (1km) to go into the city center. Thanks for the great stay.

We had the most wonderful time at Juan Carlos's place. The location was perfect--walkable to all of Coyoacan and to the General Anaya Metro stop. The home itself fit the eight of us perfectly--there was plenty of space and we loved all of the windows and the courtyard. Juan Carlos met us to help us check in and was available easily to communicate. We had the best time, hope to come back, and happily recommend the place!

Juan Carlos was the perfect host! His house was comfortable and the ideal size for our family of 7. We enjoyed being able to explore the neighborhood, and found some great restaurants and a wonderful little bakery right around the corner!

We loved staying at Juan Carlos’s home. It feels like the true Mexican experience in Coyoacán - gorgeous home and nice location. Juan Carlos was super communicative - we needed an extra fan during our stay and he brought it the very next day. We knew if we needed anything at all we could count on him to reply promptly. The space is quite large - very comfortable with four full bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Awesome walking distance from all things in Coyoacan - further from the city center, which is to be expected, but we felt safe at all times catching Ubers back and forth. Would stay here again!

This is our second time coming to Casa Bola for a family reunion. Juan Carlos is an awesome host. We had a very warm welcome, fruit on the table, big smile and letting us know to reach out for anything we need, which we did, his prompt answers. Juan Carlos is dependable, reliable and easy to talk to. We had a lovely stay, great location, walking distance to the Coyoacan plaza, mercado, restaurants, transportation, etc. Right across the street there is a place with several restaurants and on Friday they have a "Karaoke Night" and live music during the weekends. End result: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and more Thank you Juan Carlos for making us feel welcomed and at home. Sincerely from me and my family.

Beautiful place, very spacious, full kitchen, washer and dryer at place, big patio , grill, many tv’s , huge living room We went to the oasis shows and rest very very well at place Love the place , lot of things to do and eat within minutes

We stayed here for a family reunion and for two of us to do the City Marathon. It was the perfect base for us. Coyoacán is a great location as it feels safe, is very walkable with a nice central plaza, markets, shops and restaurants. The house was truly a home from home and decorated in a welcoming way. There is a lot space with a living room, dining room, TV room and the kitchen along with an outdoor patio; perfect for long meals. The bedrooms are all generous sizes too, with comfy beds. The host, Juan Carlos, was always very quick to respond to questions before booking and during our stay. He was very attentive during our stay and had even stocked the fridge with some key items like milk and eggs which was very thoughtful. I can recommend Casa Bola 110%!

Great host, great place! Loved our short stay at Juan's place. He was responsive and helpful at all times. Even let us check in early because we had an early flight. It's a good location, getting cabs were easy and lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely book again!

We had three families and all enjoyed our stay. Quiet location. About ten minute walk to city center. Close to restaurants and quick Uber responses. Juan Carlos accommodated us very well with the requests we had.

My family and I were in Coyoacan for my daughter's Quinceañera. We had a wonderful stay in Casa Bola. From the moment we arrived and met with Juan Carlos, we felt welcomed and safe. The neighborhood is very well situated with lots of eateries and things to do. This house is very close to downtown Coyoacan, about a 10 minute walk. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay, the neighborhood is quiet and very emblematic of Mexico City. We had access to all amenities listed, and Juan Carlos was always responsive and offered assistance. Highly recommended for a large family or group visiting Mexico City and wanting to experience the colonial charm of Coyoacan.

I traveled to Coyoacan with a fellow teacher and three 13 year old students from Canada we were participating in the Flute Festival at the UNAM. Casa Bola was the perfect choice for our group. I needed a super safe space, close to all amenities, where we could also come back to rest after a long day in classes and concerts. This was the perfect place. Were were really lucky that it was available. I would highly recommend Casa Bola to any type of visitor, but specially people looking for a quiet, private and peaceful stay in Coyoacan. This house has the best possible location, which is around the corner from multiple restaurants, including one of the best vegan restaurants in the entire city. There are two of the best taquerias just one to two blocks away, but the tourist centre of Coyoacan it's just far away enough that the house is super private and quiet. We did not find a good supermarket nearby, but we recommend getting groceries delivered by Walmart! We loved Casa Bola!

Juan Carlos was very kind when he received us, showed us the house and gave us the relevant instructions for its use, in the end he recommended a place to go eat, which we enjoyed!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house, with plenty of space and character. The neighborhood is walkable and safe, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the main square. Our visit was during the week of Halloween and Day of the Dead, so the streets were bustling and noisy late into the night on a few days - if you're planning to come during the fiestas I'd recommend bringing earplugs! Outside of the events, it was a different place, tranquil and peaceful. Juan Carlos was a very helpful host - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

This was a great place for our group of 10. Bedrooms and baths were the right amount and the kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry area was perfect as well for our extended trip. If we have another large group, we would not hesitate to book with Juan Carlos.

This house is one of the best places I have stayed in (more than 30 Airbnb). The house is super well-preserved, built, and the owners have been very true to the architect's original idea. Super functional and nice to sit in the room which has a lot of light without compromising privacy. You can walk to many points of interest in Coyoacán. No noise at night yet on weekends. Super happy to have found this place. Many thanks to Juan Carlos, very attentive and responsible.

This was the perfect house for my family (6 adults and one toddler). It was very spacious, which was great when we wanted to relax after a day of playing tourist around the city. Juan Carlos was very responsive and super helpful. I highly recommend this house to large groups!

Juan Carlos’ place was absolutely wonderful. Easy access to get into, great location with lots to do in the community. Plenty of good restaurants to eat in the area. We walked over the Plaza, the mercados, and the Frida Kahlo Museum. I would definitely book again on my next visit.

We recently spent about 10 days at Casa Bola and it was absolutely wonderful! There were 4 adults and 2 kids and the house is lovely and was more than spacious enough with all the amenities to meet our needs. The neighborhood is great - cute and walkable to stores, restaurants, transit, and the center of Coyoacan. We had a great time!

One of the best experiences we've ever had with Airbnb--and we've had a lot! Casa Bola is beautiful in every way, and was an ideal home base for our family of five's (3 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 12) Mexico City adventure. With its four well-appointed bedrooms and 4 baths, spacious and well-stocked kitchen, and two beautifully decorated living rooms, it was a most uplifting and inviting environment. A friend native to Mexico City advised us that Coyoacan would be an excellent place to stay in the CDMX area and she was right. Quiet and charming, slightly on the periphery of the center city hubbub, Coyoacan provided a peaceful and homey oasis for our stay. Juan Carlos was a top-notch host in every way, from his communication and accessibility, to his flexibility with check-in and check-out (both were late), to his attention to every detail to make the environment at Casa Bola so lovely and appealing. Can't say enough great things about this place. A top tier Airbnb experience!

Casa Bola is a beautiful home, very confortable and is located walking distance to the Coyoacan city center, I got it for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding, our stay was amazing pictures don’t do justice, it is more beautiful in person, very nice neighborhood and cozy home, thanks Juan Carlos and Ms. Aurora for making us feel welcome and right at home.

Casa Bola is a beautiful, welcoming home, close to the most important tourist sites in the south of the City, with access to fast tracks and shuttle service to easily go to any other point in that great city. Getting to Casa Bola was like arriving at mom's house, with nice details all over the house, with super practical facilities and services, in excellent condition. We enjoyed our rest time in a cozy space that allowed us to feel out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Many thanks to our host! :)

We had a wonderful time at “Casa Bola,” a comfortable, well equipped clean home, convenient location, which has everything you need and more. Located at walking distance of restaurants, little eateries, 7 Eleven, etc. The Coyoacan plaza and market is within walking distance but if you prefer not to walk 😊, right there at the corner you can wait for a “microbus” that will take you there in no time, cost $ 6.00 pesos. Juan Carlos, our super host is friendly, is attentive, cordial, and responds fast to your text messages. He received us, gave us a house tour, and explained where everything was. There were fresh flowers all around the house, and a fruit basket in the kitchen. He also gave us tips where to go to eat nearby. Our family was delighted and pleasantly surprised, everybody comments of how well maintain, beautiful, roomy is “Casa Bola.” You feel at home away from home; it is a safe place to be. Juan Carlos, we thank you, and we definitely would love to come back here.

This was an amazing stay! Short enough distance to walk to the Centro of Coyoacan, far enough to have quieter streets. We loved our time here, we went to visit family and needed a bigger place to bring my grandpa and uncle along with those of us visiting and this place was great with the 6 total beds and 2.5 bathrooms. I whole heartedly recommend this place and will be booking when we come back as well (:

This place was amazing! It's located in a very calm area with good restaurants and shops nearby. My family and I really enjoyed the house, it's very spacious and nicely decorated. Juan Carlos was very communicative and waited for us as we arrived at 4 in the morning to give us a tour of the house. We definitely plan on staying here again someday.

The host's attention is amazing. The house is beautiful, it has plenty of space, it is in a great location, and my family, who came to visit, felt right at home. Excellent space for family travel in the heart of Coyoacán a few blocks from the main square. Juan Carlos was an excellent host, with a quick response in terms of communication. This house was perfect for me and my family. We highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Coyoacán. Juan was helpful and communicative, the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the rooms were comfortable, there are lots of spaces in the house to gather, and the main squares of Coyoacán are only 10-15 minutes away walking. There is a nice cafe and vegetarian restaurant across the street. I hope you will decide to stay here.

The alarm clock service is appreciated, which consists of the magical singing of a hummingbird in your window. A welcoming experience that immediately tunes you to the cultural setting of the beautiful coyotes place.

Stellar experience! We are a group of friends from 20 years ago all living in different parts of the world now. Met up in Mexico City for week of fun together. The house could not have been more perfect! The check-in was ultra thorough as the house is fully stocked. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host. I had many questions for him while planning the trip. He responded quickly with helpful info. The house is clean and cute. Although we ate out most of the time, there were plenty of dishes for hosting huge meals. Beds were comfy. It was really nice to have a little private yard and patio. Three bathrooms for a large group of people was key to getting everyone out of the house in the morning with good timing. Area was super quiet at night and active during the day. So many incredible restaurants on our street. Perfect area for walking around with Coyoacan Square, markets, Frida Kahlo House, etc. all within 10-15 minute walk. Each person in my group would absolutely stay here again!
