The house is very nice. Everything matches the photos. It had everything you needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was a good temperature. Sergio was very nice. He always took the initiative to give us recommendations on what to do and how to get there. Respond quickly to our questions and needs. Everything was excellent. My family was fascinated. Yes, we plan to come back.

The stay and all the amenities are excellent; my family and I felt right at home. Truly beautiful. I recommend it with closed eyes I will rent it again as many times as necessary! You won't regret it

The property was fantastic, room for everyone with just enough privacy from the other rooms, the hot water worked great which was amazing. The WiFi worked well and the pool was well maintained. Sergio was responsive when we asked questions and very friendly. It’s mostly private except for a camera in the patio area which made some people uncomfortable but as long as you’re comfortable being filmed this place is amazing.

Sergio couldn’t have been more accommodating. The place is a haven and had plenty of room for our family to enjoy each other and have separate spaces to prepare for my daughter’s wedding. Just lovely

We were 7 gals in town for a wedding and we had a wonderful stay at Casa Latina. It had everything we needed and we loved all the decor. The beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool was the cherry on top especially after enjoying a hot afternoon in San Pancho. Highly recommend Sergio’s place!

The stay was exactly as shown in the photographs. From the beginning, the host gave clear instructions on how to get there and access. He also suggested good places to eat, beaches, coffee, bars, his welcome was very warm and he was available for any questions that arose. We felt very comfortable in all the rooms and the family agrees that we received excellent service, we would definitely stay at Casa Latino 4 again. Thank you so much, we are very happy.

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the photos. Easy to find, and walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)

Excellent place, everything was really nice and matched the photos, the only thing is that the air conditioning doesn't work in one room, but other than that everything is perfect!

We loved our time in San Pancho. The villa was spacious and a perfect little oasis to come home to or hang out in during the day. We would definitely return again. The villa was very private with each floor feeling like its own independent space. Great for group trips with extended family or friends. The place has been thoughtfully decorated with everything you could need and Sergio was very responsive.

This place is a gem! It looks just like the pictures and is the perfect place for a large group, offering a kitchen space on every floor as well as bathrooms in every room and plenty of communal spaces to hang out by the pool or up on the balcony of the top floor. It has modern amenities, comfortable beds and any extras you might need. It’s a 15 min walk to the beach and close to a bunch of restaurants and cafes but tucked away on a quieter street. Sergio was extremely easy to reach and work with - he was able to help with all of our questions and needs, even finding a pack&play for us last minute and being flexible with check in and check out times. I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to be back one day!

Sergio's place was excellent. Short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in San Pancho. The pool is excellent, as is the palapa on the top level of the house. We'll definitely return to stay here again! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful new house with all the amenities. Beautiful decorations & responsive host. We were a group of 5 women and it was great to have 5 bedrooms. The house has 3 stories and each has its own kitchen which gave us each some space. The pool is slightly smaller than it looks in the photos but is still very nice. It is a little under a mile to walk to the beach and you do feel like you are in more of a local neighborhood than a tourist center which is nice. We always felt safe and there is a little store around the corner where you can find the necessities. We did rent a golf cart one day and that was a nice way to get to the beach with all your stuff and drive around the little town. One callout that they mention in the description but there is construction of a house being built which is attached to this one. They seem to wait until 9A to start work but it is definitely loud when it kicks off. I"m sure it will get better over time. Overall, a great place to stay!

Six of us celebrated our 40th birthday in this house and it was perfect. Bathrooms on every floor and privacy when we needed it but beautiful and cozy common spaces too. We lived having coffee in the morning on the top level, and chilling by the pool in the afternoon. The place is walkable to the main street, and takes about 15 mins to get to the beach. Sergio was extremely responsive and got back to us within minutes when we had a question. Perfect spot for a small group!!
