Lovely stay in a beautiful home perfectly suited for our family. Great location and easily walkable to everything in San Miguel.

Our expectations were extremely high, as we had been preparing for our wedding for over a year, and this was where our family pictures, bridesmaids, bridesmaids first look, and groomsmen pictures were going to take place. This house, the staff and our host Erika not only met our expectations but astronomically exceeded our expectations. She was an amazing host to work with and gave me recommendations for mariachis, where to go, and where not to go. Abi, the house manager, was extremely helpful throughout the week and especially in planning our Friday night event, and the house staff, OMG, all three ladies, were so nice. The breakfast was so amazing and everything offered from the fresh squeezed juices to the coffee was incredible. So awesome to have this ready as you wake up. I would definitely stay at this house over and over and over and over again. Thank you Erika, Abi and staff for your genuine commitment to making our wedding experience unforgettable, we felt right at home!

We loved staying here for my sister’s bachelorette - definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Erika and the house manager Abimael were so helpful and responsive, and the cooks who came in the morning made amazing food and were so friendly and sweet. All the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we liked how walkable it was to different areas of the city. Erika also helped us coordinate transportation and massages (which were amazing and relaxing) and even got us birthday candles for our friend’s celebration. They went above and beyond to make our celebration special! I would recommend anyone stay here and will certainly stay here again if we come back to San Miguel de Allende!

We were in San Miguel for a wedding. This house was Perfect. Erika was so gracious and recommended inviting a few friends for breakfast, which by the way was amazing every day. The staff did a great job and Abi, the house manager was so friendly and quickly responded to any of our requests. The staff will baby you and get anything you need. The location was great. Theres a beautiful park a few blocks away and a walkable market near the church. There were 10 of us in this house and it was so spacious. The men were thrilled that they could watch the Masters tournament on the TV during our down time and we loved the roof top deck. What a great experience we all had. If you are visiting San Miguel, I would strongly recommend staying at Casa Valentina!!

Beautiful house, excellent service, and a very good location

Our stay in this stunning San Miguel de Allende home was unforgettable. The house is absolutely breathtaking and perfectly located in the heart of town, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the space was both elegant and incredibly comfortable. We were on a girls’ trip, and the layout was ideal, plenty of beautiful shared spaces to gather together, along with private, restful bedrooms for everyone. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully. I highly recommend adding the hot breakfast. Waking up each morning to fresh coffee and a delicious meal prepared by such kind, attentive staff was a true luxury and one of our favorite parts of the stay. I would choose Erika’s home again without hesitation every time I visit San Miguel de Allende. It’s a special place that made our trip even more memorable.

Erika’s home is incredibly beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. We were warmly greeted by Abi, the house manager, who gave us a tour of the house and all the amenities. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Our delicious continental breakfast was prepared by three lovely ladies and we also ordered avocado toast from the menu (extra cost). The location of the house is very close to the central square. The rooftop seating area had great views and it was lovely to sit there late in the afternoon. We would definitely stay there if we come back to San Miguel.

Excellent property, we had an amazing time, the sheets on the beds were delicious, the attention of the magnificent staff, we felt at home, Erika was always attentive to what we needed, she gave us the opportunity to enter the house earlier, the pool was delicious, in general I highly recommend it to the Airbnb community.

A wonderful house for a girls long weekend away! We were greeted by the house manager who gave us a tour of the property and we met the kitchen staff who were amazing! Not only did they prepare breakfast every morning but they cleaned our bedrooms and bathrooms as well. The house was well decorated and we enjoyed downtime on cozy couches with plenty of blankets. We could walk to all the great shops and restaurants and returned home truly felt like coming back to an oasis. We loved catching the sunset from the roof terrace each night too. We cannot recommend this home enough! We are already planning our trip back!

Cannot recommend Casa Valentina enough. Erika went above and beyond as a host and her communication was clear, timely and helpful. The home is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and Abi (house manager) and staff, took such great cares of us. The beds were all very comfortable with beautiful linens and the house itself is a treat. The home is 300 years old and contains gorgeous art and antiques. We booked airport transportation, a private chef and massages through Erika. This house is a GEM and I highly recommend.

Our stay was unforgettable and magical. We had a small elopement and the staff went above and beyond to help us make a beautiful table setting and the food was delicious. It was so convenient to have breakfast in the house. We loved the bonus of having a masseuse come to house for massages on the rooftop. The bar/wine cellar was very convenient to be able to use/pay for the drinks we wanted on site. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was great, less than 10 minute walk into main square. I would highly recommend this home. The staff as attentive and friendly, the host was responsive to our needs.

This stunning 300-year-old home in San Miguel de Allende is even more breathtaking in person. The photos truly don’t do it justice. Every detail of the house is beautiful, full of character, and impeccably maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing: incredibly attentive, warm, and eager to help with anything we needed. We stayed with four other couples to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They helped us plan an incredible dinner party complete with mariachis, delicious food, and beautiful decorations. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you’re considering this property, don’t look any further. This house is the one. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful place to relax and be so close to all of the action!

If you ever have the chance to stay at Casa Valentina, you must! The villa is gorgeous and has all the amenities you could ever want or need, including spacious living rooms & bedrooms and an amazing rooftop with views of the town below. SMA's best shops & restaurants are only a short walk away...yet the villa itself is completely private and comes with wonderful options for food & drinks. The best part of our experience was the communication with Erika & her team- they were super responsive, helpful, and suggested excellent recommendations. The entire experience from check in to check out couldn't have been easier or more enjoyable. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in San Miguel de Allende! Three couples shared the home and it was perfect—plenty of space to enjoy privacy, but also great common areas to hang out and spend time together. The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done; all six of us loved it. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot with great water pressure, and the view was just stunning. A special highlight was the staff—the cooks were not only lovely people, but the food was absolutely terrific. They went above and beyond with special touches, too. I mentioned that I like cinnamon in my coffee, and the very next morning… cinnamon appeared! That kind of care made the stay feel extra special. The pool was so lovely and relaxing, and overall, the house felt welcoming, comfortable, and truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende!

Casa Valentina is a spacious and charming house, very comfortable, and within walking distance to the whole center of town. It was the perfect place for me and my 7 friends to stay. The staff took excellent care of us, and provided us with a memorable breakfast every day. They quickly learned our food preferences, and made sure to prepare our breakfast according to those preferences. Casa Valentina allowed us ample space to be comfortable and have both private time and fun gatherings. The rooftop desk provides a wonderful view of the town, something we really enjoyed in the evenings, as the day was winding down. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to San Miguel de Allende, truly a magical and special town. And Casa Valentina was definitely one of the highlights and contributed to making this trip extra special. A huge thank you to Erika, as well as Abimael, Andrea, Frida, and Tonita, the great staff at the house.

There is truly not one negative thing to say about our experience at Casa Valentina. There is a team of wonderful people that help with everything from getting to and from the airports to feeding you delicious meals. Graciela was who we interacted with the most at the house. She is so caring, friendly, thoughtful, and hardworking. She and her team came every morning to cook a delicious breakfast for our group on the beautiful patio next to a cozy fire. When we left the house, they provided maid services too. The house itself is truly one of a kind. The rooms/beds were very comfortable. The house was very large and open. The heated pool was a great addition too. Thank you Erika, Abimael, Graciela, and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend.

My husband and I booked this house for a family vacation. Once we arrived, we found that the house was far more majestic than was revealed in the photos. We were amazed lodging in such a historic home. Our grandchildren totally enjoyed exploring throughout the house. We enjoyed ending a day of shopping but taking a dive in the pool. Waking up to be to breakfast was such a wonderful treat for the entire family! It was our pleasure to pay extra for the breakfast and was entirely worth the expense. the house staff were exceptional as well. A much-added treat was that the town was buzzing with activities and festivities everywhere you turned. SMA is truly majestic! Spending time with my family in such a beautify home and town was so important to me and my husband, that we are planning our next trip. We took so many pictures and had great fun! For certain, I can say, that this vacation was a success.

Excellent place and service

Our stay was perfect! The host greeted us and made us feel so welcome. The kitchen staff ladies were there best! They were extremely hospitable and accommodating. We were pampered by their attentiveness and care with all the details.

Excellent stay, the house is really beautiful and very cozy, perfect for a nice vacation with friends or family, the cleanliness and attention of the staff who serve you is something remarkable in the accommodation, the location is perfect, we are delighted with the stay, it was really pleasant.

Erika is a great host and very easy to work with. We had a lovely dinner at the house one of the nights that we planned via Erika. She also gave recommendations for things nearby. The beds were very comfortable. every room had its own AC unit that could be controlled individually which was a huge plus for us! The only complaint we had was there not being enough light in several of the rooms. I'm sure they were trying to preserved the historic nature of the house but we had to use our phone flashlights to find things in our suitcases. Graciela and the other 2 ladies that were there every morning were so sweet! The were very accommodating including ironing clothes if needed! The daily turndown service is lovely. Every morning there is the option of the included continental breakfast (fruit, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices) or can order hot breakfast made to order! I would definitely recommend this airbnb!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Erika and her staff made our trip incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The house was always spotless, comfortable, and spacious—perfect for eight girls to relax and hang out together. Gorgeous home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our group of 6 friends to gather. Convenient and charming neighborhood walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We had a wonderful vacation at Casa Valentina. Everyone was very helpful and the food was delicious. Walkable area, felt very safe and comfortable.

The location and space couldn’t have been better for this 60th birthday celebration. The house is historic and beautiful with lots of space for our group of 10. The bed situation could have been better with us spoiled Americans liking beds Queen-sized and upwards…the double beds were a tad small for two ladies but probably just fine for couples who like to cuddle.

The staff at the home were fabulous. Graciela was so lovely to work with. The meals prepared for us were delicious. Abi was so helpful and lined up massages, brought me some coffee I wanted to bring back home and waited for us (late) to arrive because our plane was late coming in. They were all so good to us.

I can’t say enough about how lovely Casa Valentina is. The staff at the house made us a wonderful breakfast every morning and made sure the house was clean and had clean towels daily. The proximity to the city center was perfect. We walked to great shopping and restaurants. We also took advantage of the pool. We asked to have it heated one day and it was still very comfortable the following day. I highly recommend Casa Valentina.

Each morning started with a delicious breakfast, and the home was kept spotless throughout our stay. The location is also perfect—tucked into one of the most beautiful parts of San Miguel, close to everything but still peaceful and private. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable where everyone had their space and could join in many of the social areas. The most remarkable thing about the house was Erika and the staff. Graciela, Tonita a, Frida and Amibael do an outstanding job to make you feel at home. Their graciousness and attention to detail is remarkable. I would return a thousand times just because of the excellent staff!

Casa Valentina is a dream! The rooms were spacious and the communal spaces—especially the rooftop terrace and pool—were perfect for our large group. Casa Valentina exceeded our expectations! The place is even bigger and more luxurious than the photos. We were big group in SMDA for my sister’s wedding. We each had our own space and there were plenty of rooms to gather or get alone time. Drinking coffee on the rooftop at sunrise was my favorite. Swimming in the perfectly heated pool was my daughter’s favorite. The house staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely return to Casa Valentina!

The casa was magnificent. The staff kept it spotlessly cleaned and kept us well fed. The rooms were lovely and the pool was warm. The location could not have been better. We had walking access to the entire town center. And Taxis made the rest of the area very available. What a charming community and we all felt very safe the entire trip. Thank you, Erica.

Our stay at Casa Valentine was truly incredible and far surpassed the images shown online. The 300+ year-old home was gorgeous, with very comfortable living quarters, indoor/outdoor areas, a beautiful front patio, an outdoor dining area, and a pool. A delicious breakfast was prepared for our family of nine daily, and we opted for a Mexican feast on the back patio on our final evening. It’s situated in a relatively central location, just minutes away from food, parks, shopping, and stunning views. 10/10 highly recommend!

Excellence for great family memories

It's a fantastic house, very well maintained. The cleanliness of everything is impeccable. Especially the bathrooms and beds. There are 3 people who are there and do the cleaning every day. The breakfast you can choose from is very good. The terrace overlooking beautiful San Miguel. Erika, thank you for everything, we will definitely recommend it, we had such a good experience.

Paradise in SMA! Casa Valentina exceeded our expectations, from the booking process continuing until our departure. The casa was immaculate, luxurious yet cozy, offering diverse and comfortable gathering spaces that embraced us with the welcome of home. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms amply sized and well outfitted. Nine of us moved around without bumping into each other as we enjoyed the patios, terraces and comfy living areas. The staff, Frida and Toñita, cooked delicious breakfasts to order and saw to our every need, quickly and cheerfully, as did Graciela, the manager who greeted us warmly and kept in touch. Language was not a barrier. Every furnishing, from linens to glassware was of the highest quality. Location was perfect, truly the short walk to the parroquia every listing promises. Just an absolute incredible experience! We had no idea all the amazing amenities the house came with, including a full staff and cava bar to buy wine and alcohol. So gorgeous with pristine finishes. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. The continental breakfast every morning was gorgeous and fresh. The taco restaurant right next door was delicious. A unique experience, the service, design and interior of the house are amazing! The people who attended us, Chef Blanquita, Toñita, Frida... all super friendly, the house always sparkling, adorned with natural flowers, welcomed us with the decorated table, paper chopped for September 15, we were very happy, happy and satisfied by everything Erika and her house offered us at all times! We had lovely stay at Casa Valentina. Erika was a phenomenal host, and was always responsive to my messages. She helped me set up cocktails/special dinner with Chef Blanca and massages! The food was amazing. The cocktails were 10/10. I highly recommend Chef Blanca's Mescalina. I wish we learned how to make this because it was one of the best cocktails I have had! We had a little issue with the safe, but Erika was able to sort it out immediately. The house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. There are lots of areas of a large group to hang out. Every morning we started our day with a wonderful continental breakfast including freshly squeezed OJ, coffee/tea, fruit, and toast. The only one negative about the house is the lack of air-conditioning. The weather was beautiful so there was no issue during the day. However at night, we did get pretty hot.

The amazing staff are what make this place special. The home is lovely. Very historic with lots of character. Beautiful plants and unique architecture. Lots of history and interesting art and antiques. Very close to everything we wanted to see. They provided fans in every room to help with the warm outside temps. The fresh pastries and juices served on new place settings each day were a delightful surprise. Very spacious with lots of room to relax. The pool was warm and clean. We had an amazing time at Casa Valentina. It felt like we were staying in an 18th century Italian Villa filled with beautiful antiques and unique art. It accentuated the stay in beautiful San Miguel de Allende. Erika was communicative and Tonita and Frida, the staff that cleans and serves a picturesque continental breakfast every morning were amazing. There were only four of us staying in the home but up to 10 would feel very comfortable in this home. Everything was walkable from the house which was a huge plus too!

I have to say the salt water pool was wonderful when we returned in the heat of the afternoon. This was a family gathering, and our 5 year old grand daughter loved the pool, as did we all. The help were lovely and the rooftop spot was great for a view of the city and environs.

Casa Valentina was a dream for an extended family vacation. The house was beautiful; full of history and charm. Having the welcoming staff clean and fix breakfasts was an added bonus. San Miguel was just outside the door. Everything was just a short walk away.

We were so happy with our choice of Casa Valentina for our son's wedding in San Miguel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The home was beautiful and the view was spectacular. We had ample room for our whole family which made it so special. I highly recommend this home for a visit to San Miguel. We had an incredible stay for a week at Casa Valentina. The home is located in a quiet street with spectacular views of the Cathedral and town below and easily accommodated 4 couples with lots of space and privacy. Chef Blanca and her team of housekeepers, massage therapists and assistants made sure our trip especially memorable.

We just spent the most incredible long weekend in San Miguel de Allende! We were group of 5 girlfriends celebrating our 50th birthdays and Erika's place was perfection! It's so beautiful, large (a group of 5 couples would be very comfortable here), the house is in a great location. It's a beautiful short walk to town and quiet neighborhood. My room was facing the street it was always quiet at night. The neighborhood lovely and a short walk to the Jardin and a short walk to the park. The staff is so kind. Continental breakfast is included and we hired Chef Blanca for a dinner in the inner courtyard one night. Her food is delicious! Cannot recommend the town and this gorgeous home enough.

I rented Casa Valentina for my sister's 60th birthday. Everything about the house was incredible; location, cleanliness, privacy, staff and luxury. We heated the pool for 3 days since it was a bit chilly outside and it was so perfect, especially for my sisters 10 year old daughter. The beds were really comfortable and easily accommodated 6 of us. I asked Chef Blanca to cook a mexican breakfast the morning of my sisters birthday and also a Birthday happy hour with antojitos....The food and drinks were so flavorful and plentiful. My sister had the best birthday celebration and it was thanks to everyone at Casa Valentina. We even got massages in house and they were so good! We will definitely return and hopefully often!

We had an enchanting stay at Casa Valentina in San Miguel de Allende. The experience surpassed the pictures – a truly magical atmosphere. Doña Blanca's culinary skills exceeded any outside restaurant; dining in was a highlight. With such exceptional meals, there was hardly a reason to explore outside. A memorable retreat!

We spent a wonderful week in Casa Valentina with a houseful of family, three generations, nine in all. This is a wonderful setup for a large family with a pool, lots of places to lounge and talk. The upstairs terrace is made for evening drinks and snacks. I loved the downstairs fireplace with two long sofas for people to gather. Erika has a first-rate staff of cooks and cleaners. The food was just wonderful and the friendly spirit of the staff was very pleasing. The neighborhood is quiet and we all slept well each night. The house is several blocks up the hill from the town center, but it takes only minutes to walk there or to the other sites in town. SMA has lots to do for all ages. We took a walking tour of the city, a cooking class that took us to the market and a kitchen at a nearby hotel, and a tour to the pyramid nearby. It was a great week.

Traveled to San Miguel for Thanksgiving weekend with my family, Casa Valentina is a Beautiful house with very comfortable bedrooms, kitchen is great but did not have to use it since we had Chef Blanca cook Breakfast every day for us and it was amazing, excellent Breakfast and service from the staff at Casa Valentina. The house is also very well located, you can walk to virtually anywhere around the center of San Miguel. When we come back to San Miguel Casa Valentina will be our first choice. Incredible experience! Gorgeously designed house, more magical than the photos can demonstrate. The staff went above and beyond with meals and service, and even put on a gorgeous birthday dinner with decorations & delicious food, cocktails at the bar, etc! Erika helped with every small query & accommodation. We couldn’t recommend more enthusiastically.

Erika’s house is a beautiful, charming oasis in San Miguel! Every room and detail of the house was immaculate and surprising at every turn. The rooftop had beautiful views, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the pool was a nice perk! Erika also helped me host a delicious brunch and we have not stopped talking about it. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

The home is beautiful and great location. Quiet but very close to all the wonderful attractions and restaurants.

This Airbnb was amazing. It exceeded all expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even went to the store to grab items we needed during the trip. Every meal the made us was delicious. We traveled with a large group (100+ people in multiple Airbnbs and hotels) and this Airbnb was the talk of the trip. Far exceeded the others in the area. Well worth the $!

Amazing!! This house was in ultimate in charm, comfort, location and overall relaxation. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds,and fabulous outdoor areas to enjoy. Erika was amazing to work with and staff were wonderful. This is a must stay!!

We had a great 40th anniversary trip with our adult children and their spouses. Beautiful historic house that had plenty of space for all. Enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Blanca and the staff went out of their way to make our trip special. Food was delicious and we felt very spoiled! House is full of details that are not to be missed. Location was excellent. Erika was always quick to communicate. Festivals and fireworks happened many days and night. San Miguel is magical - highly recommend staying at this special home.

The house was all we expected it to be and more. Private, clean, with great ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Chef Blanca and Grace are extraordinarily attentive. We were in town for a family wedding and throughly enjoyed our time at Casa Valentina. Would book it again. Thanks to all. Five stars.

The place is stunning. The art on the walls are all originals including a small self portrait of Frida Kahlo! The staff are amazing! The chef can make you any meal you request! The food is delicious! Breakfast was severed everyday on a different decorative set of dishes! Beyond impressive!!

This house was phenomenal!! Easily one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. Great location near the main city center, plenty of space, and chefs that cooked us an amazing breakfast every morning. We felt very lucky to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

What more can I say about this magical place then WOW!!! We booked this place before we picked SMA for our destination wedding. The place was perfect and beautiful the staff was amazing and beyond helpful. The day of my wedding my baby was sick and they were kind enough to help me find a doctor to do a home visit. They made sure we had the best breakfast in the morning and the set up was beautiful everyday was a new color. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great location as well. We were pretty bummed to know the chef was hurt but the other three ladies did an amazing job. You will not regret booking this place.
