Definitely a beautiful place to spend time as a family, walking distance to the beach and the delicious beach, there are palapas and you can take the beach chairs that are in the house and lounge chairs give you 2 per house per house. The best thing about this place is Zule, her cleaning, and her cooking! It was amazing and we loved it. As other people said the water pressure is great. The beds are on the firmer side, but I think that is to be expected when traveling anywhere abroad, and we all slept comfortably. The pool here is amazing and so pretty. It is a very pretty location and right on the beach. As stated in the reviews, the surf can be rough in most areas in Ixtapa and is only suitable for swimming at certain times and only if you are a strong swimmer. We enjoyed the airbnb very much and would stay here again.

We loved our stay, the house has a great location with direct beach access. This part of the beach is very quiet, with very few people and next to the Marina. The pool is very large and has a pleasant temperature. Very good service from Zule, she cooked us breakfast and lunch every day, highly recommended! The house is well equipped, we were very comfortable and any issues get fixed quickly. We hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The condo is very nice, the service from Zule and all the staff is excellent. It is a 100 meter walk along the beach to the Marina. The pool is very large and the spaces for children are very good. It's a place we'd definitely go back to.

It's really a mistake not to hire Zule to support breakfasts and meals. - The apartment has an acceptable price. The value for money is right; you'll be happy with the money you paid. -THE location is very good, close to convenient shops, the pool and beach are in front of the villa. - They are doing an upgrade; soon they will have a new kitchen and fiber-optic internet, which makes the value for money even better.

Great place with large swimming pool, right on the beach... and 100 yrda walking to the Marina restaurants... can't ask for more !!! But if you do.... here it is : amazing cooking from Zule...every day a super breakfast and if you so choose, an amazing lunch with fish, shrimp, home made tortillas and salsas....absolutely perfect stay... also good wifi upstairs and downstairs (for kids remote schooling it worked great)

Spacious,the kitchen is furnished with every thing you could want to prepare a good meal.Lucky for us we had Zule that cooked extra special meals and made our stay so relaxing and stress free. The grounds are beautiful,the beach is clean,24 hour security staff that are very friendly.Enjoyed the outdoor living space as well. The best water pressure in a shower I have ever experienced . I can’t say enough about Raul’s AMAZING villa! The villa itself is absolutely stunning! The grounds and amenities are spectacular, with so much dedication from the grounds keeper(s). The location is perfect, and a nice walk to the main strip where there are many restaurants, pharmacies, and local shops. Zihuatanejo is a short cab or bus ride away. If you are wanting to go into Zihua, if you are not in a rush, we found the bus the “best bang for our buck”. Best produce will be found at the Municipal market in downtown Zihua. If you are wanting fresh fish or shrimp, head to the pier early in the am. Zule, who cares for the villa, (so much beyond a housekeeper) is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Take some time to get to know her. She will lighten up your life. We arrived to beautiful flowers on the steps, on the beds, on the tables as well as swan towels and everything was immaculate. She took time to show us everything and where things were, made sure we could get on WiFi, where to get more drinking water, introduced us to security, etc. Nothing was left out. Then there are her meals. AMAZING doesn’t even begin to cut it. She loves to cook and is happy to make whatever you would like. She asked for money needed for groceries and even handles all of the shopping for what she cooks and does so on a small budget. But the food couldn’t be better. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner (early as she has a husband to get home to) we’re all excellent. We invited her to dine with us and she taught us so much about Mexican cooking. She is a true gem. She sees what is needed before we needed it and always took incredible care of us. We look forward to coming back for a future vacation in Rauls villa, and spending much more time with Zule!

The description of the property is very accurate. The pool and beach are beautiful and the people are very nice. Speaking Spanish or at least knowing how to use your google translate app would be helpful. Zule is a great cook and very nice. The stores and restaurants are an easy walk (maybe a mile). We stayed 2 weeks and loved every minute.

Excellent Host

This is an amazing villa in a perfect location but the absolute best part was having Zule, our personal Chef and housekeeper! We were totally pampered. Can’t wait to go back!

My family stayed at Raul's place for a week and loved it. Raul was gracious in letting my family check in earlier and their arrival was earlier than expected. Communication was very easy and prompt. The beach out front was the best by far, and the pools are great no need to go anywhere else!

Great place and the location is fantastic. Very secure and private and walkable to several nice restaurants. The housekeeper Zule is fantabulous and will cook breakfast for you for a nominal sum if you ask. Beach is very nice and quiet but not recommended for swimming in August because of wave breaks and undertow but the pool is one of the nicest I've seen and right next to the beach so best of both worlds. Highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful time! The villa was very spacious and the outdoor living, pool and grounds were amazing. The location was near the marina and perfect if you like the quieter end of town. Raul was quick to reply and answered all our questions. Zule, the housekeeper was extremely attentive and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely stay at this villa again in the future.
