We had an awesome stay at Casa Caridad! The descriptions, photos and reviews are accurate. There were 2 adults and 3 teenagers in our group and it was such a comfortable place to spend our mornings and relax in the evenings after a long day out of the house. We all appreciated the cleaning service M-F more than we expected. Ronald was very helpful and quick to answer all of my texts- he even gave my husband a ride to the Alamo car rental a few blocks away! Diana from the concierge group had so many great ideas of places to go- she set up our airport shuttle service and booked us tickets for Casa Tortuga. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Casa Caridad. The beautiful villa was well maintained, well-stocked and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and the concierge service was helpful. We particularly enjoyed the cooking class at the villa and the private tour to the Mayan adventure park (both arranged through the concierge). The location was perfect for our family. We loved being able to walk across the street for restaurants and shops. Overall, we would highly recommend Casa Caridad!

I stayed at Casa Caridad for my 30th birthday with a group of me and 7 friends and we absolutely loved our time. It was spacious and beautifully designed, with great amenities to make the trip an amazing time. I especially loved the kitchen, dining room and rooftop area. The whole place honestly looked even better in person, the photos don’t do it justice in terms of conveying how big it was! Plus I really appreciated daily housekeeping (on the weekdays) and Ron was always very communicative. We did have an issue with the hot water but Ron immediately sent someone to check out the situation. Overall I highly recommend the spot!

Fantastic stay, the reviews are dead on correct. This place is legit better than the pictures. We truly had a wonderful time, Ron was very attentive to us during our stay.

My stay at Casa Caridad was great! Absolutely beautiful home. Cleaning service Monday-Friday is amazing and very pristine. Ron is an amazing host and pretty much provides all the resources for any Tulum Trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Tulum!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this incredible Airbnb! Somehow it's even nicer than the photos. The rooms are all very comfortable and spacious. The entire place was super clean and stayed clean throughout our stay thanks to the daily cleaning service. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you would need during your stay including plenty of glasses and dishware. The host, Ron, was very communicative before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both easy. It was truly a beautiful and relaxing home away from home. We all just wish we could've stayed longer! Would love to come back someday!

Private villa within a gated community in an area called Aldea Zama - it's about a 20-30 min. drive to the Zona Hotelera where access to different areas of the beach is available via beach clubs/hotels. Host and private concierge were very attentive via message application (Whatsa pp)- available to coordinate private transportation, reserve bikes/scooters/ATVs, adventures, or beach clubs. Their recommendations were great. Housekeeping came in and left the place brand new during weekdays.

This home was perfect for our needs. We spent 7 days there celebrating my 50th birthday. Host met us to give us the lay out of the house and amenities. The concierge service was phenomenal. She was responsive and always willing to assist in making reservations and recommendations. Don't hesitate to take advantage of this service. The home itself had everything we needed for a full week stay. The cleaning service came daily and they were sweet and lovely. We loved the outdoor dining on the 3rd floor and both pools were great. Thank you Ron, for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is lovely, well cared for, and peaceful! Everything was in working order and our host was beyond hospitable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our two week stay was memorable. We all have a bit of hesitation when you see perfectly curated images of a home, hoping that it will match your expectations. It certainly did. The house allows space for gathering as well as providing privacy when you need downtime. I hosted family the first week and my college friends the second. Both groups loved the home . We had teens in both groups and they kept themselves entertained when we weren’t out in the town with the pool and 3rd floor entertainment space. The staff is excellent, attentive and communicated throughout our visit to make sure we navigating the outings and transportation well. The cleaning staff are lovely and definitely a welcomed benefit of the stay. Helpful hints: Explore the walkable parts of the neighborhood . We didn’t find the local restaurants and stores until several days into our stay. They are located directly across from the complex entrance. Also, there is a convenient taxi stand about a 5 minutes away.

We came in a group of 8 girls in total, we all agreed that this Airbnb made us feel so safe and comfortable. Security was always at the entrance and it was so peaceful around the neighborhood. The host actually took their time to come and welcome us and even knocked on the door before coming in which is sooo respectful to us all. The cleaning personnel we had Monday thru Friday were so sweet and always kept the Villa so clean. I definitely recommend this Villa for any friends or family. It’s not far from downtown we even walked from the Villa to downtown.

The rental is even nicer than photo's portray. Ron is an exceptional host and always responsive. Cyn the concierge is helpful and responsive to any help you need, not just booking tours and beach clubs. She helped us very last minute with picking up our grocery order and Ice for arrival, with return transfer to airport and booking the pickleball court. The house includes housekeeping monday to friday and Ricarda was wonderful, leaving us a spotless house daily. We spent two weeks and enjoyed both pools at the house, another in the gated community and the pickleball courts ( rackets at the house), we rented bikes from Ibike and a car from American car hire and would recommend both.Note for anyone needing to work remotely, Tulum is exploding with construction and the internet service seems to be varied Tulum wide depending on demand and electric outages, sometimes it's great, other times it's glitchy and drops. This is not a factor of the house but rather a Tulum infrastructure issue.

I stayed at Ron's place with 7 other ppl for my 40th birthday and it was amazing. No complaints from us the host, the concierge, the drivers and down to house keeping was always very helpful and nice. Will definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone for making my trip to tulum smooth.

The villa is beautiful!! It's large, ultra clean. The hosts are excellent. They communicate great. The rooftop sun terrace is great. It creates a very large outside area. Loved it and hope to come back soon. We highly recommend this villa!!

Ron’s house in a private section of Tulum near the rainforest is stunning for its beauty. Ron is a consummate host and along with his local connections, provides a host of recommendations for dining and activities in the area. Unlike many other rentals, there is nothing stripped down about the house and the rooftop is possibly the best you will ever experience for any rental. I would not hesitate to rent another of Ron’s properties again in the future.
