Keith was unable to understand the AirBnb rules, the condo association rules, and the house rules.  I explained to him in writing that he could have guests if he notified me in advance their names and expected arrival time so that I could authorize the guard at the entrance to allow them to enter.  This is a family place and security is paramount.  Keith showed up at the entrance late one night with a girl that the guard recognized as a prostitute and when I was contacted I instructed the guard not to admit her.  Shortly after this incident I messaged Keith and told him the procedure in regard to guests.

Harold was the most critical, nit picking, high maintainance guest that I have ever hosted.
