Overall, the stay was ideal. The house is large and has all the amenities. It's ideal for going with the family and for the kids to have fun. It has everything you need. You can arrive at the house with just your food and enjoy. It's also very close to the Fresko in case you need anything. The pool is a bit small. For us it wasn't a problem, but for larger groups it's something to consider. The cleaning staff was very attentive the whole time. They helped us with everything they could during our stay, and even when their shift was over, they always came by and asked if there was anything needed. As a recommendation, I suggest that you travel by pickup truck, since the street leading to the house is difficult to access (about one block) and small cars could have trouble getting there.

The house is very complete, clean and very nice to spend a few days with the family in the woods. Ricardo and his team are great hosts.

Everything was great. The property is quite large, almost an acre, giving the kids plenty of space to run around. Just keep in mind that the size means children will need supervision. There is an amazing swing on the property, and our kids absolutely loved it. It might be a good idea to add a few organized activities for children, possibly with a sitter, to make the experience even better. Overall, we were three small families and had a wonderful time. I like to include a bit of constructive feedback to keep reviews balanced, and in this case, I would say the property could benefit from a little renovation. Nothing was unpleasant or problematic, but a bit of general maintenance would make it feel truly perfect. Riccardo was kind and considerate, he was checking on us every morning and asking if we need anything.

After searching and evaluating different options, this accommodation had everything I was looking for for a family weekend with children: capacity for 16 people, a good area, a swimming pool, large green areas, a river, a fire pit, a camping option, a cook, and many common areas to spend time together inside and outside the house. Ricardo, the host, is always flexible, available and attentive. The house support staff are always available, and having someone to take care of the kitchen is a plus for going to enjoy the place and rest. (Very nice kitchen). I would definitely come back

We were very happy at Ricardo's place. We were 4 families and we settled in very well. The garden was very large and beautiful, and the terrace was very enjoyable. Very good service from the people who looked after us, cooked for us, and kept everything clean.

The property is spacious, the gardens spectacular, my children enjoyed playing soccer and swimming in the river. The pool is small, but the boiler works perfectly and we all enjoy going from the cold of the river to the heat of the pool. Esme and her husband, the cook and concierge, were always attentive and helpful. In short, highly recommended and we will surely be back soon!!

This place is great for family enjoyment. It has comfortable common areas such as a dining room on a roofed terrace and a pleasant living room, both with fireplaces. At the same time, it has separate spaces where subgroups of children and adults can enjoy activities such as a walk on the wide terrain, a small pool with an ideal temperature or a trampoline for the little ones with a lot of energy. The place was exactly what was shown in photographs, surrounded by nature, incredibly quiet for a few days of rest. The people who were helping us in the Esme and Fer house, are super friendly with very good availability to help with what was offered. For the children there are several activities to be carried out, the charm of the swing next to the river in addition to the brincolin and soccer court, it was simply not necessary to invest time in entertaining them because there were several outdoor activities that I could do. We would definitely come back.

We are very grateful for the attentions of Esme and Fernando, they prepared us very rich and complete breakfasts and meals. The house is very spacious, the rooms comfortable and accommodates all the guests very well. The internet is fast and allows to make a home office. The horns on the terrace are heard very well and is rich to spend the day. The fireplace is very much enjoyed in the evenings. The pool is quite small but nice to cool off during the day. The main garden is super good for play and sunbathing. As a recommendation, especially if you are going with a large family, ask Ricardo for rates and extra services. In general, we highly recommend taking an escape to this beautiful residence, perfect for getting away for a while :)

Easy to get to, convenient location a few minutes away from everything you may need. The design of the house and arrangement is perfect to host a family or group of friends, we never ran out of fun things to do: eat in the terrace, play in the garden, jump on the trampoline, swim in the pool, play on the swing over the river, drinks by the fireplace... We loved our stay at Ricardo’s. It’s perfect for families- having a trampoline and a few small kids games. There is a couple who helps with cooking and cleaning as well. The house was comfortable and very clean and just a short drive to Avandaro and Valle de Bravo.

A very beautiful property. The photos don't do it justice. The garden is beautiful, the pool is the right size to cool off, and the river makes the place memorable. The property is amazing! It's not a new house but it's in very good condition with good internet, TV, and audio system! Garden and giant plot of land that my children enjoyed enormously. The pool is also amazing, it can be heated. Perfect even in winter, my children swam for hours without a problem! Margarita's service was great and Ricardo was in immediate contact every day! Great host and great experience! I would definitely come back!!!

It is a house that feels like a retreat in the woods, recommended for large families because of the garden space. My kids enjoyed playing soccer, the indoor pool, and jumping in the skylight. Walking through the gardens is so relaxing for me Mrs. Margarita was a great help. We also use the grill. This is a nice escape from the city.
