I loved the place. Very nice and the exit to the beach is perfect. Very close to restaurants, Oxxos, and places to go shopping. The kitchen is very well equipped in case you want to cook there. Mr. Ricardo is very friendly and always attentive.

We had a beautiful stay at Gaba’s place! We hope to stay there again next time in the area.

I loved the pool because it has a good depth for swimming, the air conditioning working perfectly, the board games, and the beautiful ocean view. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Such a glorious stay! Pool, beach, grass, ground floor access! Bliss. Was super awesome with two little kids in towe and grandparents. Everyone had their own bathroom too! The fence does have gaps between the wood so you do need to always have something watching your littlies FYI Otherwise, just an all round wonderful stay!!! Thanks GABA and Ricardo! Mucho Gracias xx

Although it’s not luxury, (we had to re-wash some of the dishes before we used them) we don’t regret staying here. The location was perfect! Very peaceful. We were comfortable and enjoyed the pool and the beach. I will miss having my morning coffee overlooking the beautiful ocean. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you Gaba.

Gaba's place was the perfect getaway for our family. The space is big and tidy with a quiet front lawn space and pool. It is steps from the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. Gaba was super accommodating and quick to respond with any issues or questions and her father Ricardo was such a sweetie.

It is an awesome place. Better than we imagine it. Ocean front, súper clean and spacious. We had a great time. I will definitely stay at there again.

Excellent! We enjoyed the family space a lot, the amenities such as the pool and the terrace very comfortable to stop for a good time and rest. The house has all the necessary equipment to have a good time with the family and you can walk safely around where there are many restaurants nearby. It's a great choice, the tower is located on a closed street then gives it plenty of privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gaba’s place. Location in the heart of the Golden Zone made it easy for us to get around. We loved having the quiet pool directly out front and we made good use of the large private patio. Gaba’s place and Bucerias is not for everyone, but it was perfect for us. 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of living space with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Living area indoor/outdoor furniture was just ok. Very deep and would have been better suited for the patio. The space needs a little updating and some more cheerful colors in the space in my opinion. Of course, this would not prevent us from renting again. Cushions for patio loungers would be nice. Gaba’s dad is a sweetheart. He really wants you to be happy and enjoy the condo. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Communication was great. Address in Airbnb can’t be found on google maps which led to some confusion with our transportation from the airport. Google ‘condominio albatroz’ to find correct driving directions. Condo is well stocked (towels, extra blankets, kitchen items, beach chairs, umbrella). We would happily stay again.

This was our second stay at Gaba's place. It is a beautiful, peaceful and private location right on the beach. The space is very large with spacious bedrooms and living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and a large covered outside patio - perfect for a family or three couples. The pool is pristine and cleaned daily and the ocean is great for early morning swims when the water is calm. There are fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Our favourites are Karen's (fish tacos and daily catch right on the beach), Sandrina's (Greek fusion), La Postal (great thin crust pizza and coffee), Armando's Place (fresh fish), and Las Flores. Mr Cream is great for breakfast - try the Mexican breakfast dishes. On Mondays there is a small market close by with fresh fruit, breads, cheese and lots more - highly recommended. On Wednesdays there is a fantastic artisan market in the parking lot at La Comer (huge supermarket) just 5 minutes away by cab/Uber. Can't wait to return to this special place.

Gaba's place was wonderful. Being so close to the beach and having direct access to the pool was exactly what we needed. Her father, Ricardo, was so lovely. He was very responsive and helpful when a couple maintenance issues arose during our stay. Also, shout out to the groundskeeper, Jose Luis, who was the sweetest man. There was an issue with the beach gate access, and he loaned us his key every day so we wouldn't lose access. We already want to go back! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beach umbrella :)

We had the most amazing time at Gaba's place! We were travelling with my parents and our 2 boys (2 and 4) and everything was a dream. The unit was centrally located and walking distance to everything we needed. The town was beautiful, and not too touristy. The unit itself was very generous and had everything we needed, but the highlight for us was the location! It was so handy being ground floor, literally steps to the pool and beach. This meant we didn't have to pack loads of things every time we left the house with our kids, as it was super convenient to just duck back home. The condo complex itself is private, well secured and only had one other person there during our whole stay. On top of that, Gaba and her father were super welcoming and helpful - couldn't recommend this place more and will be coming back as soon as we can!

Gaba and Ricardo were extremely helpful. The place excellent, comfortable and private. Even when we had an issue with two of the minisplit AC units, they were responsive and fixed the issue within 24 hrs. A great place to spend a vacation.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Gaba’s place and it was so hard to leave!! Can’t beat the location!! Walking distance to all the restaurants/shops in Bucerías, beautiful pool, and literally steps from the beach. Our stay at Gaba's place was fabulous. The location cannot be beat. We traveled to Bucerías with our family of 4 (2 kids age 12 and 9) and my parents who are in their 80's. We found the condo to be very comfortable and spacious. Gaba and her father Ricardo were very responsive if we needed anything at all. The pool was amazing and the beach is beautiful. Thank you Gaba for a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The beachfront condo is in a great location within walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops in Bucerias. Ricardo and Jose personally greeting us upon check-in and was around to respond to any questions/needs we had during our stay. We will be staying here again on future visits!

Great location in Bucerias! Being right on the beach is wonderful! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the property has a security gate going into the grounds, as well as for the beach access. That being said, we felt very safe as we walked daily to the restaurants and stores nearby during the day and evening. The grounds of the complex are well-maintained, including the pool. Some minor repairs are required, but it's hard for them to get done when the place is pretty much booked solid! The host's father lives close by and greeted us and was always so very helpful and responsive to any questions, or when we needed more drinking water. This unit is on the main level, providing great access to the pool area and then the beach. We would definitely return to this destination!

Location and pool were SO good. Comfy beds, honestly we just wanted to be at the pool and beach for our whole vacation. There were a few idiosyncrasies with the hot water and washing machine, but Ricardo was very responsive so wonderful to work with.

A very nice place to spend a few days in diving, very good service and equipment on the property

GABA was an excellent host. Her father met us with keys and a welcome. The grounds person Jose was there if we needed anything. Such a great place with wonderful people for a vacation.

This part of Bucerias turned out to be an excellent choice as it seemed a lot quieter - you could hear the waves crashing at night and not much else. Air con in each room as well as two in the livingroom. patio doors open wide to the pool and view of the beach. lots of choices for happy hour near by and a massive selection of top quality restaurants. short walk over to the markets and churro stand!

Great location, easy drive from PVR airport. Secure with onsite parking. Bucerias is a great town with very good restaurants, walking distance from condo. Beach and pool right outside our door. Unit was spacious and clean, would recommend to anyone.

Quiet, intimate setting.

We loved this condo - walking out the ground-level slider to the pool or beach was so relaxing and luxurious. A short walk to great restaurants and shops. Gaba is a great communicator and host. The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We hope to come back!

We had another great stay at Gaba’s condo. The location can’t be beat. Lots of restaurants nearby. It’s great having the pool and also being oceanfront. Even when the building is full it doesn’t feel crowded. Gaba’s dad was alwsys responsive to anything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great location on beach, close to restaurants, convenience store, pharmacies, art stores. Yet it is quiet. Well outfitted, very good mattresses. We recommend it.

Gaba’s condo is perfect for a family and the location is ideal. The pool is wonderful. This is truly a beachfront experience; very tranquil. Food and shops are nearby.

Gaba’s place was everything we expected and more! The Airbnb had everything we needed for a perfect stay: plenty of beach towels, air conditioning in every room, lots of drinking water, lounge chairs, super clean, and easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was, also, only a few minutes walk from the main square and from numerous yummy restaurants. Both Gaba and her father Ricardo had fast and effective communication with us the entire trip. It was the perfect stay and will definitely be booking with Gaba and Ricardo in the future!!

It was not difficult to find it and there was already someone who would meet us upon our arrival, everything was super clean and well equipped. Thank you Gaba!!!

Wonderful place directly on the beach. Gaba was very accommodating with any needs during our stay. From the Sunrise to the Sunset, hearing the waves crash and enjoying the pool and the ocean just steps away. We hope to return sometime soon!

VERY CUTE, OCEANFRONT

This home is beautiful. The condo is on the first floor, walkout distance to the pool and beach. The house is big, clean, and not to say the least the beds are very comfortable. All the rooms in the house are specious. The host Gaba & Father have great communication and will do their best to accommodate you.

Large apartment on the beach shore, good maintenance, very friendly host. Everything you need in equipment and services. Good restaurants in the area and the beach is suitable for swimming.

We had such a wonderful time at Gaba’s condo. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants (we especially loved Leo’s) but also tucked away enough to feel very private and safe. I love that you can walk straight from your patio to the pool. Great for families. It is hard to find so I recommend that you have your taxi driver call Gaba’s father Ricardo and have him explain how to get there. We had an amazing vacation at this condo and will definitely be back. Thank you Gaba and Ricardo!!

The apartment is so much like the photos , it was very clean when we arrived , I highly recommend it, only the detail of the pool that the water is a little cold but in hot weather I think it will not feel , the view and proximity to the sea is the best , we would definitely return , and the attention we had from the owners were excellent .

An excellent place to rest! The sr.ricardo is very friendly in every way, the apartment is very clean and very spacious, in general all the facilities in very good condition condition! The only bad thing was that the beach was very dirty and full of garbage from the rains as there is an uncle very close to the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Gaba's condo. Right on the beach but private. Communication with Gaba and her father were outstanding. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Bucerias and really embraced the small town charm of this town.

It is a super nice place with all the amenities. 5 yards from the pool and 10 from the beach. Excellent view of the entire Bay. A very private and safe place, with ample space. Excellent gardens and common areas. Best of all, there are few condominiums, so there aren't many people in the pool. The condominium has all the amenities offered and a little more... of course we will return...

I would highly recommend Gaba's condo. The location is amazing. You're beach front and in the heart of great restaurants, bars and art galleries. You can have your coffee every morning on the lounge chairs facing the ocean. The pool is beautiful and clean, never busy. It's great having laundry in the condo because you don't have to pack as much. The condo is very spacious. 5 us stayed here and we had tons of room. The walk-out patio is also very large and easily accommodated all of us around the table for meals outdoors. Gaba and her rather Ricardo were very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Bucerias is a great town, we've been a few times now. There is lots to see and do and we always feel safe here. We look forward to our next visit at Gaba's condo!

Gaba's condo is very well located. The photos accurately represent everything we have. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the private access to the pool and the sea. The sunset view is stunning. It is close to restaurants and in the center of the small village of Bucerias. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Ricardo, Gaba's father, is very friendly. He sends us a taxi for our return to the airport. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach in between Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita. Has everything you could possible need.

Gaba's place is in an outstanding location - within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the market, a small local grocery store, and the taxi stand if you need to go a little further. The beach in front of the condo is beautiful! The condo is spacious, beautiful, and had all the amenities needed - many towels, kitchen utensils, pool, etc. We ate several meals at the big table on the patio which was well shaded and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Gaba's father checked with us a few times throughout the week to see if we needed anything. His hospitality and offer to assist us was appreciated!

Gaba’s condo is the perfect “hideaway” location (at the end of a dead end street that made for privacy as well as challenges for our Uber drivers to find!). Safe, convenient to many restaurants and steps away from the ocean. The three bedrooms are spacious and the three full baths perfect for a family. We had ample room as there were just four of us, two couples sharing the large, airy and well-stocked condo. You will step from the Great Room onto the large patio and then onto the grass that leads to the very refreshing swimming pool, situated just above the beach. We took our morning stroll down the beach to collect shells and then, in the evening, walked the beach to one of many beach restaurants very close by. There is a maintenance man on property during the day but fencing and gates surround the condo unit for overnight security. Although the maintenance man speaks no English, he can contact the bi-lingual host if we needed anything. A lovely location, perfect host and highly recommended..

One of the best places to stay in Bucerias, the depa is super big and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Best of all, it has the beach in front with direct access and the pool with ocean views. It has a full kitchen full of any accessories you might need. We also saw a washer and dryer just that we didn't use it. It also has a backyard and garden. In the back block you can easily find 4 great restaurants.

A great place to visit with your family, and even more if you have children. Comfortable, spacious, clean and even prettier than it looks in the pictures. You can go an buy some groceries or drinks by foot. Restaurants are close and pretty nice. We will come back for sure.

Wonderful place in a great spot. Very well kept and clean. Great set up for our family. We want to come back and stay longer. Landlord was very helpful and even helped call us a taxi at the end of our stay. Went above and beyond when we left a few items by calling us as we drove away. Can't say enough good things!

This place is truly amazing. the space itself is beautiful- we were 3 adults and 3 small kids- and the space was perfect for us. it was clean and impeccably furnished and had all the amenities we needed. It is on the first floor which was ideal for our families (with the kids) because we could simply step out our door and go to the pool or beach. Gaba and her father we completely attentive and responsive to all our needs. We could not have asked for anything more. We look forward to visiting again!
