This is not the first time we have stayed at Lucia's house. My family and I love it. It has everything you need to have a pleasant vacation. Everything is very clean and tidy. The pool is our favorite part of the house. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you.

The house is very large, very nice and in very good condition. The pool is a very good size! There is a lot of green space, trees and plants everywhere. It really is a very good lodging option because it's obvious that they take great care of it. We were very comfortable. We had no mishaps. We had read about mosquitoes, spiders and even scorpions, but during our stay we didn't have any of that. We were very satisfied with everything! Lucía and Rosy's service was impeccable. They were super friendly and very helpful. We're definitely going back!

The house is in good condition; it shows its age, but everything is fine. The pool is great, just as shown in the photos, and the water is a comfortable temperature for the children. The only thing that could be improved is more lighting in the pool and garden area, as the house looks very dark at night.

Very nice house, just like the photos in the app. Good communication with the manager and the host. My family, myself, and my pets had a pleasant stay, although we had a few minor issues that were resolved without any problems. As for insects, I would just recommend keeping an eye out, as there was a small tarantula and large spiders. The pool is heated, and there is hot water in the bathrooms. The kitchen is superbly equipped with utensils for cooking whatever you like.

I had an excellent weekend with my family in this accommodation. It is just as shown in the photos, even a little bigger. It is pet friendly and my pets were happy running around the huge garden. Rosi, the person in charge of receiving you at the place, is always very attentive and respectful of your privacy. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was excellent, I will definitely return with my family and friends, there were 17 of us and no one complained about anything, everything was very clean and there was a lot of space to store food and our belongings, the kitchen was also very well equipped, the rooms too and the location was very convenient. We went on August 22, 2024 and it really is a very nice residence, it fulfills everything it offers, the pool is very nice and of excellent dimensions, the water is always warm so even at night it could be very pleasant. Several members of my family went and we had a great time. We were able to show movies at the kiosk. The parking area is great because it has a roof so that the cars don't get direct sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped. Anyway, it's a very pleasant stay, although yes, having such a nice garden, the mosquitoes bit us, but it was worth it. We will surely be back very soon 😊

My family and I had a great time during our stay. The reason for the family reunion was to celebrate my birthday away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the rain. The house was huge, full of trees and lots of nature, the pool always at the right temperature, we took an 8-month-old baby and he enjoyed the pool as much as we did. The kitchen is not super equipped, it didn👌't need anything, neither for cooking, nor for serving food! In short, a very nice house🏡, we enjoyed it to the fullest! Incredible accommodation. My family and I had a wonderful time in this place. The area is very quiet and private, no one bothers you. Very close to the lake, Jardines de Mexico and an Oxxo. The attention of the host Lucia was excellent. The pool area is very nice, the pool is clean and with a very good temperature. Parking for more than 5 cars without any problem. Very safe with nothing to worry about. We will definitely return

It is a very nice house, with a huge garden and very nice trees everywhere, the rooms and other rooms are spacious, in general everything is in very good condition, the area is quiet and with a lot of privacy, there is not much to do coming out of there but the idea was to go and enjoy the place, you feel at home, you would definitely come back.

The house is amazing as it looks in the photos. I went with some friends to celebrate my birthday and it was exactly what we were looking for a weekend without leaving the house. It has everything you need. The pool is huge, as are the rooms I would definitely come back again. There is a lady with her son who are always there, aware of what we need. Not far from the lake, but if your plan is to bring everything so you don't have to go out, I highly recommend this house :) It's beautiful.

An excellent place for a family weekend

Our experience with Lucia was good. The house is the same as it appears in the photos and description, in good condition and clean. There is the option to hire Eli for the preparation of food and cleaning, and it is the best decisions you can make, it is very helpful, rich kitchen, clean, tidy, does things always asking your preferences and supports you in giving good presentation to your table. We made roast meat for one of the meals and she took care of absolutely everything from turning on the grill to having everything ready on the table, which was great. In the mornings I already had the coffee ready along with the food and at night I left dinner ready. Our stay was in mid-June and it was very hot, but the air conditioners in all rooms helped a lot in the evenings. Don't forget the repellent. The area is very natural and there are a lot of mosquitoes. And take everything you need for food, no more shops. We hope to be back soon!

If you are looking for a big safe place to vacation with family I highly recommend Lucia's place. Home is in a gated community so I felt very safe. Someone lives on-site so this made me feel very safe as well , Ely helped answer questions and even does in home services from cleaning to cooking to just helping you in the home. The space in the home is extremely large with numerous bathrooms. Pool was very clean and warm!! My cousin is handicap and can't walk so we really enjoyed that everything is mostly one level so she had no problem getting around with her walker. since the home is in a gated community I do highly recommend you stop by aurrera to buy any food essentials since there isn't a store inside the gated community. the homes kitchen is fully equipped which made eating there very helpful. I would stay here again for sure!

The residential development is very safe and quiet, and the house is very nice and large, with everything spotless and clean. The girl who welcomed us and looked after us during our stay was always very friendly and attentive. She made our stay more comfortable. The garden is very spacious for the dogs to run, the temperature of the pool was always warm, I could play music the whole time, the person who helped us was always very attentive and helpful.
