Great Stay in San Benito We had a very good stay in San Benito and would rate the experience 5 stars overall. The host was super responsive and easy to deal with throughout the process. The house is nice and features an awesome pool area. For those interested in kiting, the beach is a perfect setup. The water has a nice sandy bottom, and it stays shallow enough that you can walk out for a very long distance. This was a highlight for our tr We hired Chef Diego during our stay, and he was the highlight of the trip. We definitely recommend his services if you are staying here. To note as FYI : There is no dishwasher, but the cleaner, Cynthia, is wonderful and available to come daily to help out. Be aware of some prickly burrs on the beach; they are manageable as long as you watch where you step. One bedroom is located outside the main house. It wasn't ideal for the kids, so we put all 4 kids in one of the larger rooms upstairs . Was a good solution in the end. Overall we highly Recommend

Everything was perfect ! There was a problem with the electricity due to bad weather and Fernanda was up to the task, she did everything in her power to solve it, she exceeded all expectations! The house is beautiful, everything is in good condition and clean. I would definitely return to this property.

Beautiful place and wonderful house. It's literally on top of the sea. The beach is amazing, you walk 300 meters inland and the level doesn't rise. It is very quiet, clean water, wonderful to enjoy with children. Overall everything was perfect.

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

This is a beautiful property. Spacious, dramatic architecture, well maintained. Maria Fernanda was very responsive to all inquires. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would recommend it highly.

The house is in a great location , very roomy and comfortable. We lost power, as will happen at the beach. Maria Fernanda was helpful and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Would definately rent here again!

The house was in perfect condition, it was very nice to stay with my family. María Fernanda is very attentive to answer any questions we had. An excellent place to enjoy the beach, nature and rest.

Overall, the place was fantastic, cozy and peaceful. The location is unbeatable! Mary Fer was a fantastic host. What we loved the most was waking up to the stunning view every morning.

Beautiful, large, wonderfully designed and comfortable new beach house with lovely amenities inside and out. Our adult family of seven were easily accommodated in the bedrooms and the communal areas of the house and patio/pool area. Maria and her family were very attentive hosts and immediately responded to our questions or needs. Lovely beach for walking, running, lounging or heading out to do some swimming, snorkelling, or kayaking. We hope to be back!

One word Stunning !!! The pictures cannot reflect how beautiful this house and its beach are. Spacious , homy, classy, tasteful, elegant. The host was simply perfect from start to end with perfect recommendations every time spot on . Special bonus to Hacienda Teya in Merida great dinner and to the local fisherman Marcos who delivered a great fish meal to the house, good local pizza Paradiso. Back to the house do not hesitate you will love it. Don't miss the walks on the sand paths at low tide so magical. If you are looking for a place to relax in class yet in a wild nature environment book this house As you can tell we loved it, I am sure you will as well !!!!

The house is amazing and very comfortable for 8 adults. We spent a few happy days and it has everything you need to enjoy. Maria Fernanda helped us with recommendations and was always attentive to what we needed. We definitely want to go back!
