Everything was great.

I literally felt like I was at home. Juan Carlos is an excellent host. He takes care of every detail. He left things right where you would know to look for them if you were at home, as if you had put them there yourself. I loved the place, the amenities, the area, the host's service, his flexibility to make changes to the reservation. I would definitely stay there again 🙌🏻🫶🌊

The apartments were as described. The area felt safe with very short walks to bank, starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy, and convenience store. The host was very responsive.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is comfortable, well maintained, and matches the photos. The location is a big plus, as everything is close by, especially the beach. Communication with the host was easy, and he always responded quickly. We felt comfortable throughout our stay; it's definitely a place we would go back to.

Juan Carlos's place was at an amazing location. Super close to the beach. It was peaceful and it was a comfy place. The patio is decorated super nice for a nice BBQ. It accommodates lots of people very nice. I definitely will be coming back!

10/10. Practically everything was excellent, I could even say that the price is low for what it offers. The house was in perfect condition, the decoration and cleaning were excellent, the service provided by the host was very good, it was more than we expected. I was surprised that the house had a washer and dryer and when I went to the laundry room I realized that they even left us soap, bleach, softener, etc. The house is very nice and comfortable with all the amenities. I just finished my stay and I already want to go back. I already passed the info on to my relatives for when they want to stay in Mazatlan, to take this house as an option. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING. WE WERE FASCINATED AND VERY SATISFIED, I RECOMMEND IT 100%

So thankful we found this Airbnb for our large group (14) over New Years weekend. Juan Carlos was very responsive and the place was very clean. Will definitely book again if traveling to Mazatlán with a large group.

Juan Carlos' accommodation is great, I stayed with several members of my family and the truth is that we loved the privacy, the services, the decoration of the apartments is super nice, and having a kitchen with everything at hand and a washer/dryer makes stays for several days very easy. The area is also very nice, good parking space and you can walk to the main avenue where there are many restaurants and shops without problems. Very close to the beaches, 10 minutes from Playa Cerritos in a Pulmonía or about three minutes from the beach in front across the avenue. We had a great time, honestly, the three apartments are very well cared for and beautiful.

Excellent stay in the apartments, the location is key, it is close to good places to eat, bars, shops etc. Juan is an excellent host, his communication is almost instantaneous. Highly recommended, the cleanliness is excellent, they even leave certain amenities in the apartments, which is an extra for visitors, you won't regret it.

What an amazing location, I brought the whole family, 9 people total and we still had two unused rooms. 3 separate apartments which are identical on three separate floors connected by staircase. Each room has Air Conditioning! Much needed for the Mazatlan weather. Hot and Humid is not fun without AC. Everything is very modern and well maintained, felt like I was at home! The parking situation was also nice, two parking spots just outside the front gate, three of you block the two parked cars! Very good and safe area! I would recommend it to a friend!
