The stay was very pleasant. The place was as advertised. Everything was very clean. The pool was always at a very pleasant temperature. The maintenance and kitchen support staff were very attentive. Everything is surrounded by nature, so you have to bring repellent. Perhaps a prior fumigation would be enough to repel some insects, but to a certain extent, it's logical. There is plenty of space for a comfortable stay for many people, and the children are happy in the pool and exploring the open space. We were lucky and found a mamey in the garden, which we used to make a delicious smoothie. The arrival is a bit complicated because there are multiple intersections and they are all paved, and the GPS tends to get confused. Except for those details, the house is quite enjoyable. It has everything for a pleasant stay. This property is highly recommended...

The house has everything you need to spend days of rest and relaxation. There was no need to go out; we found everything we needed right there, from grilling and oven-baked pizzas to hiking, pool games, and using the play area. As an Airbnb host myself, I can attest that Francisco is one of the best hosts, very proactive from the start in ensuring you fully understand all the benefits his place offers.

The house is exactly as described. The pool temperature feels cool; I didn't know if it was possible to make it warmer, but we would have liked that. At the end of the day, the water in the hot tub was warm and enjoyable. It's a large property with many amenities. The place feels safe, and the bedrooms and bathrooms make you feel at home. The location that Francisco sends you is a bit confusing; I recommend using Waze. Overall, we liked it and would come back.

You will feel very comfortable and at peace in this place. It's amazing, with lots of nature, areas to play inside and/or outside, the pool has a good temperature, the rooms are comfortable, the whole house has plenty of space. We certainly hope to return very soon. Francisco was always attentive to us. Special mention for Las Maris, Yolo and Oscar who treated us super well and with a very good attitude. Applause!! It is a very large and pleasant place, it has a lot of vegetation, the rooms are very comfortable; we really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, as well as walking through the orchards until we reached a small waterfall. The ladies in charge of the house cook very well. The only bad thing is that it said it had a TV and it didn't :(

I suggest planning your food and water purchases well, so you don't have to leave the house and can enjoy your stay to the fullest. The support staff prepared pizza for us in the stone oven. Consider bringing your own ingredients.

Great place to stay in Malinalco!

A beautiful house, the hot tub was warm and pleasant, the pool had warm water, the bedrooms were comfortable and functional, the shower water was very good, the surrounding area had beautiful scenery, and the areas of the house were very nice and safe. The service was included; at first, I was confused and worried about having service (I hadn't booked with service included before), but the ladies were very attentive, and we let ourselves be pampered!! Fabulous place, highly recommended!!! The gentleman who cleaned the pool and the gardens was very friendly!!! I loved it. Thank you.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable place. Nice bedrooms, pool and jacuzzi just in front of bedrooms. Beautiful house with a big kitchen and a lovely pizza oven. You can have breakfast inside or outside the house, very relaxing. Living room has a fire place, tv and good internet, you can also have some fun playing ping-pong or futbolito table. Outside the house there is plenty of space ( gardens, basketball yard, horses and river). Mary, who was in the house helping us was very nice and helpful, she was always aware of our needs and try to fulfill them at her best. This is really a plus for the house.

My stay was very comfortable. The house is well equipped and the rooms are very clean. The best thing was definitely the pool, it has a perfect temperature to enjoy all day. The house is approx. 12 minutes by car from the center of Malinalco, so I recommend buying what you need to eat and enjoy the stay.

A house with an incredible design, in the perfect location. The pool overlooking the trees is beautiful, the whole atmosphere calls for relaxation and rest. Francisco includes breakfast and lunch preparation service by Mrs. Mary and her family, if they bring their own ingredients or buy them there. It is highly recommended to be able to be quiet and enjoy the house to the full during the day, without having to go to the center of Malinalco when it can be very hot or with many visitors.

A very nice house in a campirano style, it is quite spacious and very comfortable. They are surrounded by forest, which makes the stay very cozy and with a lot of privacy. The water in the pool was warm and the rooms were comfortable. The only thing is that the GPS address reaches about 150mtrs earlier, just keep moving forward and you will find the house on the right side.

The facilities are excellent but better is Francisco's treatment and hospitality. Excellent weekend.

Excellent vacation home, the house is very beautiful , everything was very clean . It is a large house with many spaces, a bar, games space with a foosball table and a pin pong table excellent for teenagers. A basketball court that we also take advantage of. The super warm swimming pool and hot tub to be at night in it, plus trees that protect from the wind and sun partially , so it applies to all tastes . We were able to enjoy daily food on the terrace , with excellent service from Doña Mary and Leslie. All the bedrooms with their bathroom and mosquito net , we had fans available for anyone who wanted to be cooler in their room. I highly recommend this property.
