The house is very nice, spacious, clean and very well equipped, the pool was always kept at a good temperature, the area is very quiet and safe. And Fabian's service was very good.

The house was beautiful and very spacious with a great location about 15 minutes from San Miguel. Fabian was very communicative since booking the home, and responsive. The pool is heated which was perfect as in the evenings the temperature cools down a bit. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

This house is beautiful, spacious, more beautiful than the photos, the area is very quiet, ideal for resting, the pool is impeccable and the water is at a good temperature all the time. It has everything you need to feel at home, it even has baby furniture, I took my 1 year old baby, and there was even a high chair, excellent service. And it has a very nice view. I would definitely come back. And Fabian is always very attentive and with excellent communication.

The house is excellent for resting. It is located in a very quiet and safe area. The proximity to San Miguel de Allende allowed us to also enjoy this city. When we needed it, Fabian was attentive and responded quickly. Excellent and quite spacious parking space. The pool is very nice, clean, and heated all the time. I recommend it!

An excellent home for any occasion

We had a good time. The house is clean and tidy. Fabián very attentive. It's closer to downtown SAN Miguel than I originally thought. It is better to buy food on Calle de la Estación than in the Bodega Aurrará. Many mosquitoes but it is understandable by the location.

Fabián's place is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, my family really enjoyed the place, I would definitely stay again, we loved it!

My family and I rented this place and we were so happy with the place as is a brand new modern house, very spacious so everybody can have their own space. Huge kitchen super equipped and next to the family room, with glass doors that are connected to a private heated pool. Peaceful environment. Fabian was always very attentive and with great customer service. The outdoor is very nice, with a long table and a pool bathroom and shower. Downtown is only 20 min away. I recommend this place without a doubt and definitely will return in the future.
