We love The Elements and have stayed before. This unit was very clean, cosy, and so nicely decorated. We enjoyed having the kitchen (it had an air fryer!) and the washing machine for convenience (clothes dry quickly outside). The balcony overlooks the pool so it is a bit of a walk around if you forget something in your unit but it is perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening. The grounds are a highlight with a beautiful pool, hot tub, and beach club with private access to reasonable drinks / food. The immediate area has a lot of restaurants just up CTM or a quick walk to the trendier 38th. Highly recommend.

Great condo and responsive hosts. Amazing Blue CX condo has been updated compared to other condos we saw during our stay. The attention to detail regarding things such as charging outlets for our devices , the integrated workspace and fully equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The propane grill on the balcony is newer , solid and clean. Great condo in an excellent location!

I’ve been to many units at the Elements. This was another great one! It was very much like the pictures and description, which I always appreciate. I thought that the beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever been in with the best sheets. The outdoor furniture was great and the layout and furniture was very intentional and functional. They were super responsive and kind and clear about instructions, which I really appreciate when you’re in a foreign country. I will definitely be back!

It's a top-level apartment! Inside a very nice and safe condominium, an extraordinary pool ideal to enjoy as a family, we will definitely return. María José was very nice and was attentive to everything 👍

The apartment is a luxury . Super complete and modern. It has everything you need . The complex is spectacular and has a beautiful pool and hot jacuzzi facing the ocean. Very tasty food and drinks from the beach bar. The place is highly recommended. We hope to return soon :)

Would rent again!! Beautiful beach condo with so much included . The condo is exactly as described in the listing/ photos. You can tell the hosts care about the space and responded quickly when the lock box didnt work upon arrival! Plenty of towels, kitchenware, charger ports, and places to sit/ sleep. The condo includes locked entrances with a bracelet you wear the whole stay- also gives access to private beach area and 2 beach club restaurants. Awesome food / drinks with reasonable prices. Also plenty to do along the beach between renting water sport activities and various eateries. Close enough to walk to 5th Avenue, restaurants/ coffee, 7/11 across the street, police “station” and uber eats options. No issues with transportation pickup for excursions and taxis available as needed. The gym is better than most hotel gyms and staff is nice as well. Thank you:)

Beautiful condo-we thorougly enjoyed our stay! Complex is very close to 5th Ave and right near Calle 38th-great restaurants.The pool is awesome and huge. The private beach club is amazing-plenty of loungers and shade. The club's food and drinks were outstanding, we had lunch there just about every day. Super nice waitress Joanna! I had several massages in the beach hut with Angie , 1 =700pesos. She deserves huge tip! The condo has a full kitchen including water dispenser-get refills in the lobby for about $5USD. There are no included condiments, so bring or buy those. A sponge, dish soap, 1 roll paper towel, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher pellets, hand soap bars, 4 sm shampoos included. Buy large ice bags at the convenience store across the street. There is a washer/dryer combo unit, in Spanish. Dryer takes a very long time-really didn't end up using it. Condo has 9 beach towels. We asked for bath towels, hand towels a few extra blankets and they were quickly sent to us.

Great place to stay, pictures were as described. A couple of blocks from 5 avenue. Small beach right across with palapas. Great for kids. Really enjoyed our stay for a family of 5 , two teens and a 4 year old loved it.

Amazing place to stay with fabulous views of the ocean with an amazing pool and front beach access. Literally minutes from 5th avenue. Best location in Playa Del Carmen. Not in the middle of all the tourism, but just close enough to walk to all the stores, bars and restaurants.

This place is absolutely stunning. The pool and beach club are pretty much what you pay for. Having the Bric Ambassador on site absolutely saved our trip as you feel super safe and organized with someone you’re able to text at any moment you need a question answered. The only minus for us was that a washer/dryer was advertised in the booking but we were informed the night before that the washing machine was broken and there was no dryer in the apartment. I have a skin issue and specifically wanted a washer/dryer in the apartment so this was irritating that there wasn’t. However, our Bric Ambassador was kind enough to get our laundry done for us. Definitely would stay again but would confirm there’s a working washer/dryer first.

Great place. No complaints. Best location next to everything you need. A heavenly view. A breathtaking beach. In short, you are lucky if you are staying in this apartment.

we were just three days ago, I really recommend them, we were delighted with the apartment, I have a young son and it was the happiest only to get up and in the pool, I walked a few steps and there was the beach, we had a mishap with a car that we rented and Maria Jose was the most concerned host and I help us at all times with everything, really that we value it as they have no idea. the complex is beautiful!!!!!, the apartment is as new, it has all the amenities that they can occupy, the communication from the minute one that I decided to start checking apartments to go on vacation was IMMEDIATE, that was what gave me the confidence to STAY with them, PLAYA DE CARMEN is beautiful and I repeat they are super well located. they have on the outside a 7 eleven which makes the affair a little more friendly, walking these three blocks from 5th Avenue, and three blocks from the restaurants too, the beach is super clean and nobody bothers you. I GIVE THEM A 10!

We had an amazing time staying at Carlo's place at The Elements. The location cannot be beat. The pool is gorgeous, huge, and right out your back door. The beach is lovely and right out back, too (you can see it from the pool!) and there is a lovely little restaurant out back, too, with a small private beach area. I had a massage on the beach, and it was fantastic! You can walk to all the wonderful restaurants on 5th Avenue and 38th Street is beautiful, too. We felt extremely safe there. The apartment is large and lovely with a good kitchen with all you need. Carlos provides so many extras: free water, housekeeping, towels, linens, soap, and lots of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. A near perfect paradise in Playa del Carmen!

We loved the location.. it is close to the 5th avenue and the sea.. if you go with children I highly recommend it.. the apartment is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay.

The place was neat with a pretty decent view to the beach. Another family we went with stayed in a different condo at the Element and they had a washer and dryer. They had dish washing soap and even had detergent. Ours had the washer, but no dryer. No dish washing soap. just small things, but not the biggest deal. The place was peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the walks in the morning to nearby coffee shops. I recommend it!

Second time staying there and will not be the last! Beds are really confortable, the condo is well maintained and the view is amazing! Looking forward for my next trip there!

Great place - the apartment is very spacious , nice terrace, the complex has a beautiful pool, has a private beach. Walkable to the restaurants and 5th Avenue.

Carlos’ unit is very nice, clean and has great views. Carlos was very informative and responsive!! The Elements condos are my favorite place to stay in PDC. The pool is excellent and the beach club very inviting. It’s near all of the action but cozy and quiet. I highly recommend!!

Tibi and Carlos' apartment has everything you need! Clean, comfortable, cozy! The condominium is super good, the pool, the Jacuzzi, the beach club Perfect! The gym is very complete and well equipped. The unbeatable location, we could walk to the supermarket, to the area if restaurants, to Calle 5. Communication with Tibi was very good. Definitely this apartment. Thank you x everything!

It's an apartment that has it all! Hosts think of all the details for a pleasant stay. 5 stars for the apartment and the deal with Tibi was very pleasant. It was an excellent stay, with all the amenities and common areas as shown in the pictures.

I would return to this place again. It's worth it and it's very clean and quiet, it also has all amenities.

We loved staying at Tibi and Carlos's place! It was the perfect location, we were able to walk to amazing restaurants and we took day trips to Mayan Ruins and Cenotes. It had the most beautiful view and we spent hours on the balcony enjoying the ocean breezes. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

My family of four (two adults, two preschoolers) had a wonderful time at Carlos’s unit. The location was perfect, we felt very safe, the staff was all kind and helpful, and we especially loved the pool! We loved having a big balcony to relax on, the beds were comfortable, and it was so helpful to a have a full sized kitchen. We would highly recommend this unit!

A very nice, family-friendly place where you can breathe an atmosphere of respect and tranquility throughout the condominium. The pool and Jacuzzi are excellent. The beach club. Small. Nice and functional. We only caught an unpleasant smell in the beach vibe. Very attentive staff at all times. Very easy to check in and check out. Close to 5th and beaches. We're sorry for sure, right in front was a Seven eleven. The apartment is very tasteful, its decoration is very nice and very cozy with a nice view. We felt at home. Very grateful that they opened the doors of their home to us. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is quite nice, as shown in the photos, very comfortable and in an excellent location (the 5th north is 3 blocks away). I would stay there again on my next visit

Tibi was an awesome hostess from start to finish. She communicated within an hour(or faster) every time I had a question. Their place is exactly as described and was perfect for family of four. Can't wait to return!

This condo is perfect, it had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the decor. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view and it is a perfect place to have a drink or dinner on the table. The condo is located within walking distance from 5th Avenue. This place has a huge pool and hot tub. The private beach is clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks

We stayed here for a week for my 40th birthday and it honestly couldn't have been better. The condo is beautiful, great view and everything you could need. The location is just about perfect, right on the beach, but very close to shopping and restaurants. Our hosts very very nice and the whole thing went super smooth. We are definitely considering renting this place again.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Carlos place! We would highly recommend it and would definitely return. The place is clean and comfortable. We felt safe at the building and all staff were friendly and helpful. they let us check in early which was really nice of them (we have a toddler and he was very tired after our early Flight thank you for that ! ) I do wish we had more towels since they don’t have a dryer,we had to put clothes outside and the towels would still be wet also the kitchen utensils and stove are a little outdated other than that everything was amazing thank you.

The place is beautiful! The apartment is spotless and super well decorated and clean. They add little details like soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, water, etc. They are easy to reach in case you need something. We asked for a late checkout and they gave it to us! This was a Bonus for us because our flight was late afternoon. The complex is spotless super well maintained. The location is excellent super close to Quinta Avenida (5ta Ave). There is people at the lobby all the time and if you need tours or any information they help with that! I will recommend this place and for sure we will come back! Thanks again we had a great time !

We had a wonderful stay here. It is very close to 5th ave where you can find everything you could need, from amazing food to great shopping. The elements has a beautiful private beach and pool. Tibi was very friendly and accommodating, we can’t wait to come back.

Great location, secure complex, huge pool with hot tub and stylish design

The condo is as lovely as the pictures and very clean. It is filled with beautiful artwork. The couches inside and on the balcony are comfortable. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable with good quality linens. The hosts are very responsive and happy to help you with questions. The pool is huge and clean and almost always empty. The beach club is close by and no problem getting a lounge chair. The view from the patio is great. It is easy to walk to town, you are on the edge of the tourist district and this part of the beach seems the most uncrowded. The only downside to this condo is the nearby beach club. This beach club blasts music from about 10 am until 11 pm or as late as 2 am every day. It is unfortunate. A couple nights when it stopped at 11 we could hear the ocean as we slept but unfortunately that was not usually the case. However, I think wherever you stay in Playa del Carmen will be noisy. There are beach clubs blasting music all along the beach, not just here. Further from the beach there are even more loud clubs. So we just went with it as part of the experience. It is a very nice condo.

The place has a very good design, excellent cleanliness. It has private beach access and good restaurants nearby. The pool is huge and hassle, and you can see it at sea. Tibi and Carlos were on the lookout and were always very friendly. Chek in and out is very simple and fast. Everything was excellent. I recommend it.

The listing is photo compliant. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, some things were missing when we arrived but Tibi was responsive. The pool is beautiful , the residence too. There are just a few sewage smells at the beach but if you walk the smells disappear. Tibi is available and very pleasant.

Amazing apartment! Photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. Everything is super well distributed, decorated and clean (it is a very cozy place). The condominium facilities not to mention, everything met our expectations (in addition to the location being very central and safe) and despite being high season, at no time did it feel with many people. The hosts are the best... super friendly and attentive at all times. I definitely recommend it.

Great location, beautiful apartment with a very nice design and check in was easy! The pool was beautiful and it had an exit that would lead you right to the beach. We would definitely stay here again, it was a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlos and Tibi’s condo! The Elements staff took excellent care of us. We loved having private access to the beach, a nice gym, and being in such a central location was also great. Tibi was responsive when we had requests and made us feel welcome! We will recommend this to friends.

Excellent option to rest in Playa del Carmen. It is a 10-minute walk away from all nightlife and shops. The condo is very nice and perfectly maintained. The pool is spectacular and the jacuzzi relaxing. It has an equipped gym. The beach club is just steps away from the pool. The outdoor parking lot is open air next to the condominium. The beach is white sand and the sea is turquoise. We had dinner and drinks every night walking a few steps at the Mandarino beach club. There is a police station about 30 meters from the condominium, as well as a pharmacy and a 7 eleven. The apartment is well equipped and the terrace is spacious and beautiful. It has washer and dryer. It's on a first floor and has an elevator. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. Easy and very comfortable check-in. The apartment was cold on arrival 😁 and freezing water and beers were waiting for us. Tibisay was always making sure we were doing well. I would come again!!

From the point of booking through checkout, the host was extremely helpful and welcoming. We wanted to invite a chef to cook for us and the host put us in contact with an excellent chef. The experience as a whole was more than we could ask for. We walked in to a welcome basket with mexican snacks and candy. The whole apartment is filled with art by a local store that offers items like them for sale. The layout was welcoming and honestly we hated to leave. We spent 8 fun filled days in the condo and we hope to go again! Check in and check out were a breeze. Wish more experiences were just like this one.

Tibi was extremely friendly and helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. We spent 5 weeks here during Covid-19. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the nicer details of the place, the towels and the bed linen was so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable also. Although the beach & gym was closed due to Covid-19 it was still a fabulous location to be stuck with an amazing pool. We are still staying at the complex however moved to a ground floor apartment for the easy access as we have three small young children to make our life easier seen as we will be here indefinitely at this stage. The views from Tibis balcony are spectacular and we really enjoyed our stay in her condo. It was a great space for children and would happily stay in her condo for another 6-8week holiday. As stated only reason for the move to ground floor was as we may be here for a few more months and while the baby sleeps the older kids can play at the pool. We already miss the beautiful views from her condo and the lovely finishings. Thank you Tibi we had a wonderful time and will certainly be back and book your apartment. We will also be recommending to our family & friends.
