Casa Terracota is beautiful! The house is just like the photos and even better! It's super well equipped with everything you need. We were very happy to have stayed. Communication was very clear and good at all times. There was always an immediate response. I definitely plan to come back.

The house is very beautiful. It retains the rustic touch with the modern. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The water was warm the whole time. What we loved is that they leave amenities that you won't find in other accommodations, such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion, and even some snacks. They also left us new dish towels, and we really appreciated those details. Overall, it's a 100/10. ✨ Thank you very much for everything. We'll definitely be back soon.

We found the house extremely cozy. It has spectacular architecture, and each space is designed for enjoyment and rest. My two children and our dog were happy and super comfortable throughout the stay. It's definitely an ideal place to disconnect, relax, and spend time with family. It's a super nice house. It looks just as it does in the photos. Especially, the service was 100%. The person who took care of the house was always attentive to you. The pool was super hot and nice, and even I thought the house was small, and the house is large for 10 people. The truth is that the photo doesn't do it justice. It's VERY BEAUTIFUL, and the touch of the sand gives you a different vibe inside the house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! Also, regarding the time, they were super attentive at check-in, and they were also super flexible people, regarding the schedule and the service. Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The house is simply beautiful, as shown in the photos, even better in person. All the rooms are super comfortable, which made us enjoy our stay very much. The house is super cute! Exactly like the photos; my friends and I had an amazing weekend! Comfortable, with enough rooms and beds, and a pool and jacuzzi that are a good size and depth, ideal for a weekend getaway from the city. Lots of tranquility

From the start, the service was excellent, and communication with Víctor, our host, was always prompt, friendly, and accurate, as well as accommodating, as he allowed us to check in early. Arriving at the accommodation was super easy with the directions, as they are very clear. Overall, the house matches the description and the photos, from the bedrooms to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. My only observations here are that the dishes had dust on them, as did the cutlery drawers, and the coffee maker had been dirty for several days, as you could see mold on the filter. They could do a quick check before guests arrive to make sure everything is clean. The pool, kept at a very good temperature by the boiler. The service provided by the staff at the shopping booth left a bad taste in our mouths, as the wait to return was excessively long—an hour and a half or more. Additionally, they delivered our order in stages and only after we insisted.

They also have the support of Felipe and Rosita in case you need to make any emergency purchases, and there are several restaurants that deliver all kinds of food to your door; they even provide you with the menus for those places, which is really convenient. The pool is at the perfect temperature for enjoying, and the open-concept design of the house is not only beautiful but also very functional for keeping it cool. Also, the amenities they offer in the bathrooms and showers are a real plus and of high quality. Communication with Victor and Fer was exceptional. We had an issue with the electricity in the area, and they followed up on it very promptly, right up to its resolution, which we really appreciate and speaks to the quality of the place and the hosts. The house was very nice. We were a group of 10 people, and the place is excellent. They have space for two cars outside the house gate, they have security, and the people who take care of the property are very friendly. Overall, the house is very nice; it’s a bit far from downtown Cuernavaca, but we loved it for relaxing. They have strict schedules regarding noise, but everything was perfect! The jacuzzi and pool are always at the right temperature. Best of all, it's pet friendly, so we were able to be with Milo and Elio comfortably and without worries. I don’t know where to begin. Everything about our stay was exceptional! Victor met us upon arrival and walked us through the house, which was well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. He was quick to respond to any questions and provided a number of exceptional recommendations. Victor introduced us to Felipe, who looks after the property. Meeting Felipe and his wife Rosie, was one of the highlights of our trip. Felipe is incredibly kind and so very helpful. If there was anything we needed help finding, translated, or just a quick recommendation, he didn’t hesitate to help. We had many wonderful conversations about life, our love of pizza and tacos, and left feeling like we made a friend for life. Forever grateful and looking forward to our next visit. I loved the pool because it's like a swimming lane that allowed me to swim without getting married 😅 and the jacuzzi is very good, both had nice water for swimming, so we could take advantage of both without any problem and that made us very very happy 😃😃😃. We felt right at home! We had a great experience at Victor and Fer's house, who were always flexible, attentive and more than cordial; excellent hosts! I traveled with my family and the house was perfect for us. It is spacious, clean, with a modern aesthetic and excellent taste in decoration (including a Christmas tree). The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pans, etc. The house is located in a fairly quiet condominium and even when we went at Christmas time, the design of the houses allows for privacy. Regarding the amenities, the pool has a "boiler" so we made the most of it by having the perfect temperature all day. The WIFI allowed me to work remotely without any issues, considering that the whole family was connected to the network, which is greatly appreciated! In short, it's a great option to spend time with family or friends!

The hosts were always friendly and attentive to us at all times. The house provides privacy and security. You can tell it was detailed by professionals, a beautiful house with applied technology. We loved that the pool was heated and designed so that the little ones could also enjoy it. The kitchen has more than enough, even with glasses to celebrate in style. TV with excellent sound and image, functional water dispenser. Comfortable rooms with mosquito net, fan and climate control. Secure parking. We left delighted and would gladly return soon!

Staying at La Cabaña was incredible! We were a group of five traveling for a wedding, and the stay couldn’t have been more comfortable. The caretakers spoke both English and Spanish and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again.

The house is very nice, it matches the photographs. The garden is very well kept. Being in a private area, it is very safe and quiet. Very well lit, everything you need for cooking. The garden is completely enclosed and private, my dog could be loose and enjoy it too.
