This home in Salchi was absolutely beautiful. The views alone made the stay unforgettable. The space was very comfortable, both for relaxing and dining, and it had everything you could need—from a pool and ping pong table to multiple outdoor lounging areas. The sunsets were incredible, and the ocean views were just as stunning. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and winding down in the evenings with it was such a peaceful experience. The pool and the star-filled skies at night made it feel like we didn’t even need to leave the house. A couple of things to note: there are no nearby grocery stores, so I’d definitely recommend stocking up before arriving. Also, a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended for getting around the area. Overall, an amazing stay—I would absolutely come back.

This place was perfect. We spent mornings by the pool and then afternoons at the beach. This place is quite remote and very quiet, so if you’re looking for a lot of action, it’s probably not the right place. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet, it can’t be beat.

Our stay at Casa Bella Vista was wonderful. The house is just as described - spacious, comfortable, and with a great view of Salchi Bay and beach. We spent most of our time sitting under the palapa upstairs, looking at the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They cleaned the house every three days during our two-week stay. We would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Salchi. Highly recommended!

The photos don't do justice to how cozy and beautiful it is, the super quiet area, the beach super close, something private to forget the chaos of the city, everything super useful, they are very attentive and aware of any inconvenience, clear with instructions and notices, a perfect accommodation if you want to disconnect and also accessible and close to other points of interest

We loved the house: impeccable, well equipped and true to the photographs. We really appreciate the crib and high chair for the baby. The only point to consider is vehicular access. The ramp is difficult; our vehicles (a car and a van) scraped the bottom when entering. We suggest parking outside to avoid damage. Other than that, everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

The place is beautiful, the house is spacious and very comfortable, clean and has all the cooking utensils, which was very useful to us. The staff is very friendly, both the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff. It was a very pleasant stay. The place is safe and very quiet.

It is a very nice spacious house with perfect social spaces. The beach is very beautiful and there are no people, however the sea does not allow swimming there. It's dangerous because of the waves. The drawback is the path that at times seemed impassable. There are ditches in the narrow dirt road and it is very difficult to pass, but the worst thing was that when entering the parking lot my car got stuck due to the poor conditions of the entrance and I requested help from the host who unfortunately sent someone who arrived after an hour since other people helped us. I asked the host for help so that a mechanic could check the damage, but the next day Ms. Jesy had a terrible attitude and told me that I should have brought a 4x4 and high car but they never told me that. He said they wouldn't be responsible and I should seek help on my own. I preferred to write to Airbnb customer service and got help.

Very nice, comfortable house. Everything works well. We had a small setback with the hot water but they were very kind to fix it. The only thing that cost us more time and money was that the road to get to the house was very bad and the stores to buy food are very far away.

The property has many maintenance details, the dishes are full of previous food and some are rusty, dirty facilities and dirty toilets. The rooms smelled of filth. The pool is a big plus but not enough.

The accommodation is as shown in the posts, everything in excellent condition and very clean. Ewen was always attentive and responded very quickly. Only if you want a place to stay near Huatulco or near the bays, it's a bit far, but it's great if you want peace and comfort.

We sought rest and contact with nature in a private area. The house surprised us as we entered, spacious with nice spaces, really was better than expected. Unbeatable views and location. Ewen has been absolutely attentive to everything, excellent attention.

Very secluded and private. Host was very responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. Easy access to the beach and a lovely pool overlooking the water. Plenty of space for our family of five. Ping-pong table on the upper patio was a big plus!

House with spacious spaces, clean, beautiful, an incredible sea view,just as they describe it. Ewen super helpful and helpful at all times. The slightly complicated access why the rains damage the terracery road and the access ramp to the house complicated the entrance and exit of the car.

A place that is definitely worth booking many times. Really like home, everything was spotless and the comfort was definitely excellent, my uncle's family was very comfortable. Lots of security and a quiet area. All functional house services.

Excellent house, as described. Very good service from Ewen. Unfortunately there was no cleaning service in the almost 6 days of my stay, the host gave me the corresponding refund but I would have preferred them to do the toilet, change of towels, etc. A few things require maintenance, but nothing outside of wear and tear or time. I recommend the house, very quiet, all the surroundings are very quiet and although the road is not very nice, I would definitely return.

The house is beautiful and spacious but we felt a palpable lack of privacy due to outdoor cameras facing the pool - these record 24/7 and the footage is uploaded to a cloud service. One side of the pool is also exposed to passing traffic and on two occasions some drivers shouted gibberish at us. On the bright side, the house was super clean, close to the beach and communication with the host was excellent. As stated above, if you want total privacy and seclusion, this is not the place.

Thank you, Ewen. My family and I had a very nice time. It helped us get away from the city. The house is beautiful, the cleaning service is impeccable, and your response is 10/10. It is preferable to arrive by car and with everything you need due to the travel distances. There is no phone service or internet on the way. However, the internet works perfectly once you arrive at the house. The house has everything you need so you don't have to go out. The beach is very close, and you can walk there. The house is suitable for children and adults. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice and comfortable house, with lots of privacy and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A spectacular view of the sea and the pool was undoubtedly what we enjoyed the most. There is no cell phone signal, but it's not needed. The beach is very nice, although there are strong waves. The check-in is partly on a dirt road, but with care you can get there without any major problem. If we go back to the Oaxaca coast, we would definitely consider it again.

We enjoyed an amazing vacation here. The house exceeded our expectations! It is a little secluded so make sure to bring groceries. We found some wonderful restaurants and beaches nearby and spent plenty of time in the pool soaking up the gorgeous view! Ewen was a fantastic host always available if we had questions! Highly recommend!

Ewen was always making sure you had everything you needed. The house was super nice, the area was quiet and there was a lot of privacy. It was excellent for our family vacation. We had a great time! We will definitely come back. There were no security problems, and the view is incredible! The pool is always at a pleasant temperature.

It is a very quiet place. It is really 25 minutes from the airport. The road is a bit complicated, since it is not paved, but the place is worth it to disconnect 100%, since it also has no cell phone service. It only has Wi-Fi. Next to it, there is a hotel where you can buy food or cocktails. The hotel food is vegan, so if you don't like it, you can buy your things before arriving, since you won't find anything to buy nearby and the Uber-type service is quite expensive. It's great. The accommodation is divine and offers you beautiful views. Salchi Beach is very nice.
