The house is very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet, we really spent days away from the noise and people, which allowed us to rest very well. The house has a cozy style that is not elaborate, with everything you need to spend days without having to buy anything other than groceries. For us who have small children, it is very important that the pool heater really works and heats up, and in this case it did, my children swam in warm water all the time. The service from Mr. Luciano - who helps Guillermo remotely - is very good, on arrival he explained everything we needed to understand the boiler system and where to leave the garbage. The pool was clean and overall the facilities are excellent, unpretentious. We loved it. Guillermo wrote to us daily to see if we needed anything or how everything was going, thank you.

La Casa de Guillermo is highly recommended for a few days away with the family. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The main roundabout of the subdivision has several establishments to buy food, drinks and other supplies, and is less than five minutes away, which avoids having to leave the subdivision to shop. It is important to consider that the pool can be heated according to preference, although it is necessary to replenish the gas used for this. In short, it's a house I would return to without a problem.

He was always available and everything was fine

We spent some amazing days at Guillermo's house. The house is very functional, all the spaces are usable for many activities, the pool is heated, which means it is always at an ideal temperature to enjoy, the garden is spacious and fenced, so it was great for my dogs to be free and run around the garden. The house has a barbecue and firewood where we could prepare delicious food, the beds are very comfortable and we could also enjoy the tennis courts at multiple times and it does not have an additional cost, the use is included in the cost of the rent. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the person who supports Guillermo was very kind and diligent, showed us everything about the house and came daily to collect garbage, clean the garden and the pool, in conclusion, everything was excellent, we will definitely be back!

Guillermo's place is just like the photos, it's hard to find a place where everything works and Guillermo's is just that. Communication with him is very good and the house is in very good condition.
