This place is very special. The balcony has sweeping views of the Pacific, while you are surrounded by a verdant jungle. Perfect location from town, we took the golf cart in and also was an easy and fun walk into Sayulita. We never wanted to leave the house, beautifully designed and appointed. The beach access with the beach club is an amazing feature. We can’t wait to go back!

The house and property are simply amazing. Very unique and special location….You have the privacy of a house in the jungle but the beach club within minutes is amazing. We went in the ‘busy’ season and we felt like we had a resort to ourselves. The golf cart and access to downtown Sayulita is so much fun. At this moment I’m looking at the schedule to rebook this property again. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful house nestled in among the trees- my whole family loved it. Well stocked kitchen, air conditioning (we were there during some of the hottest days in August), comfy beds. We loved watching a huge thunderstorm out over the ocean and watching the kuwatis play in the trees. The beach club is beautiful and the pool is perfection. Will definitely be back!

honestly, it's rare that you get to a place and you think that it's even better than you imagined... this place was absolutely that. The pictures don't make it look like there is a beach to enjoy, but there is actually. it's small but there is sand and it's really beautiful. The beach club is excellent and so is the food there. we were able to check in and just tune out and enjoy and that's all we were looking for. it actually took us 2 days to know that there were aquatic toys to rent down in the beach club, so definitely remember that that's an option.

A group of 8 friends stayed here for 4 nights. We had such a great time in this villa and would definitely stay here again. Eric, the property manager was extremely helpful in planning our trip, by organizing all our transport needs (our taxi van driver was such a friendly and safe driver that we have saved his contact for future trips here) and providing restaurant recommendations. Once we arrived, Eric gave us a thorough rundown of the villa and made sure we knew how to operate the golf cart that was provided as well as directions to town and safety precautions. He was always quick to respond if we needed anything, like toilet paper, boosting the jacuzzi temp, or adjusting a taxi pick-up time. The villa has a beautiful view of the ocean and is surrounded by lush jungle plants and birds soaring all day long. It is fairly quiet and private, yet not far from town at all. It was perfect! We also never ran out of hot water for showering and the pressure was great!

There are two roads to get to the house and the one we took in a giant suburban through town was the wrong one to take but is the way our phone map directed us. It would've been helpful to know about the easier access road that took you straight to the Punta Sayulita gate. However, after arriving, everything went smoothly. It is about a ~10 minute golf cart ride into town and a ~1 minute drive to the beach club. The beach club was nice with good food but doesn't have a ton of sun or chairs so would advise to go early to get a spot if that's where you're planning to spend the day. The house and jacuzzi were great. Eric is the house manager who you will contact with assistance checking in and with any questions. As others have mentioned, it is close enough to town to make a quick trip in but is just enough on the outskirts to feel like you're in a peaceful and secluded jungle.

Wonderful home in the jungle, only minutes from town. The beach club is exquisite - pool, multiple hot tubs, swim up bar, excellent restaurant, massage hut, wine cellar and more. The home is exactly as pictured, very clean and well appointed. Already miss that huge deck with all the palm leaves rustling in the wind. Thank you Eric and Sally for a wonderful stay.

the house and the view were beautiful. it is a very short walk or golf cart ride (2 minutes) to the punta sayulita beach club, which was amazing, but is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. it's a 10 minute golf cart ride into town. it takes a trip or two to get your bearings, but once you do it's an easy trip. The house is in the jungle so it can get a but warm out, but the house is equipped with some large air conditioning units that kept the living space cool even during the day. they have plenty of fresh water available (5 gallon jugs from a service and a dispensing machine) in the house so you don't have to worry about lugging water bottles up from town. and the fridge runs off a very nice filtration system so even the ice is made from filtered water. Eric the host was wonderful. he stopped by on the second day to drop off some coffee.

House was perfect! The proximity to town and the seclusion of the gated neighborhood was perfect. We loved the private beach club! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for our vacation in Sayulita.

Sally’s house was the best! Easy golf cart ride to town, super safe and an incredible beach club with a gym, food and swimming area. Highly suggest. Three great bedrooms and one that is a bit smaller that doesn’t have a shower. It was great

This property is on a beautiful gated community and is immaculate. It’s a 5 minute golf cart ride into town (supplied by the property) but still feels away from it all. The beach club is a real bonus, and the staff there are amazing. We had lots of lovely drinks and lunches there. The property itself has a stunning deck which was beautiful to eat out on. The house manager is very efficient with communications, and the maid service was a great included extra. Highly recommended.

The house is absolutely stunning! Nestled in the tree tops of a gorgeous tropical beach side jungle with an ocean view, this house was the perfect place for our vacation. It’s part of a stunning beach club that is honestly comparable to hotels like the four seasons in my opinion in terms of design and service. The owner Sally was extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish as was the property manager Eric. If we needed anything during the trip they got back to us right away. I’ve already been recommending this rental to friends for their trips and would happily stay here again :) Also, the beach club has, what we thought to be, one of the best restaurants in Sayulita actually so we felt very lucky to be there.

A gorgeous home and location. We were a party of 8 (2 couples, 3 kids & a nanny). It was perfect. Eric, the house manager, is incredible. So helpful, Knowledgeable and accommodating. The clubhouse really sold us. It is a beautiful setup and perfect for kids. Overall a really fabulous accommodation.

This a wonderful spot-beautiful open air house tucked in the jungle. It feels remote and rustic but has all the luxuries we wanted like a pool, hottub, great kitchen appliances, plenty of hot water, AC if needed. The house manager was so helpful and available when we needed him but not obtrusive. Overall great experience.

The entire rental experience was outstanding. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent prior to and during our stay. Eric, the property manager, was incredibly helpful - arranged transportation, reservations, maids, etc. The development where this home is located is beautiful and the beach club area stunning. The employees at beach club were also incredible - arranged massages, paddle boards, lunch, fire pit, etc. the kitchen was very well equipped - restaurants in town ended up being shut down early (due to COVID) when we were there - but we had a wonderful time cooking at the house! We went to awesome fish market in La Cruz and got a ton of fresh fish to cook! The house is a short and easy golf cart ride to town Beds were super comfortable- some of the most comfortable pillows I’ve encountered in a rental house 😀 We will def be back!

The beach club was a huge amenity to have in sayulita. Our group loved the house and Punta Sayulita. It's a bit of an adventure to get to town walking or via golf cart...but super cool spot and I would definitely recommend to families with teenagers. It's close enough to town while still quiet and away from the noise of town. I would stay here again. Eric, their house manager, was a huge asset and super helpful and quick to answer our questions and to offer advice.

I highly recommend this home for a large family or several couples. First off, the home is gorgeous with beautiful decor. It has all the amenities you could want. The location was perfect as you were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but really only a 15 minute golf cart ride away. This gated community has a an incredible beach club with pools, saunas, grass area, beach area, dock, firepits, library, full bar and restaurant. The food and beverages were very good at the beach club. The home has 2 long decks. We spotted whale spouts from the second level!
