The house is very nicely cared for and clean as in the pictures. The truth surprised me for good, the pool area is great. I had an issue with the air conditioning but I was sorted out very quickly. The area is very quiet and is a 10 min drive from the village. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time with our family in this accommodation. It has everything you need to spend a few quiet days enjoying the beach and pool. We will definitely be back!

Super Villa, modern and very clean. The pool is just AMAZING with stunning sea views. Well located about 2 km from the tourist section of Puerto Morelos and 2 km from Joaquin Zetina Gasca (less touristy section of Puerto Morelos). I would recommend it without hesitation, we had a fabulous week with family. I recommend that you rent a car if you plan to book this Vila, it will make your trip much more enjoyable and safe. Puerto Morelos is a small village that is really worth it, life is sweet there.

Great place for a relaxing vacation. Quick ride into town. Safe and secure area. The hotel next door did have weddings several nights during our stay and played music late but it did not bother us. Something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Had a small issue with water during our stay but host was able to fix it in a few hours. Wonderful stay overall. Would stay here again for sure.

This was the perfect place to really unwind. Perfect beach front location. We felt right at home. Felt super safe. Our host was always a message away with anything we needed. She was super helpful with recommendations for transportation and excursions. We would totally stay at this place again. Great for the whole family.

We visited in January and the weather was great. Four adults and 1 toddler (2y). However we caught the windy week. The overall villa is really gorgeous. The wind and ocean and the pool within the minute walk. It feels safe and private. Villa 2 though has a lot of stairs - not super great for toddler. The villa is 10~ minutes from the beach town and same from the village town. Overall we had such a great time.

Great 12-day family stay with 2 young children aged 6 and 2. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are great. The kitchen deserves to be enriched with cutlery and newer plates. The exterior is very beautiful and pleasant. The pool and direct access to the beach are a real plus. The very well-maintained garden is magnificent and also allows you to play in the grass. we did not meet the hosts but self check-in and exit were very easy. very smooth communication I recommend a rental car for restaurants, shopping and tours in the area

Beautiful villa, clean, nothing to criticize. Great host. Just a little remote and the way to it is in poor condition.

100% recommended place to stay The house is very nice, it is inside a completely private complex of few houses. Everything is very clean, the kitchen is in perfect condition, all areas of the house have air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, all have their own bathrooms. It's a great place to vacation quietly in the Riviera Maya. The pool area has amazing views and everything is in perfect condition. The beach is accessed directly. We had a great vacation at this place we would definitely return to.

The place is great, it really is. You need to know that the town is 10 minutes away. It has everything you want. Nightlife, restaurants, shopping, tours, bike rentals etc. pay 150-200 pesos max to get to town. They will try a wide range of prices if you are unsure. The pool was great, the grounds were well taken care of. It’s 5 stars all around, you just need to know you can’t walk out your door to a little cafe. Again, highly recommended. Thanks Susana

Very nice place! The pictures do not do the pool area justice. The area ny the beach is much nicer than it looks like in the pictures. We were often all by ourselves right on the beach, that’s hard to match in this area. Would recommend to anyone and we will be back.

We had a great stay at this place! It was beautiful, right on the beach and had a great pool. The trip to town was a quick cab or bike ride. We had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. We had a lot of questions for the hosts. They were super-quick to respond and got us what we needed, including airport transport and Covid tests. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful stay! Very clean and comfortable with close and easy access to the pool and beach. We had a car, which made the location very convenient to town, about a 5 minute drive. Puerto Morelos has excellent restaurants, pretty beaches and lots of souvenir shopping. We felt safe and well cared for during our stay, everyone we were in contact with was extremely helpful and kind. Would love to stay there again sometime.

Amazing stay! I truly can't say enough about this incredible group of hosts. We had a travel delay and they did everything in their power to accommodate us. The Villa is gorgeous and the grounds lush and peaceful. Great location just a short drive to downtown PM. Thank you, we will be back!

Beautiful Villa with ocean view in a well managed/well maintained private community with a shared pool and easy beach access. We snorkeled off the beach and saw a turtle and many fish. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen has full appliances and adequate cooking equipment. There's a charcoal grill outside. Plenty of restaurants in nearby town of Puerto Morelos. Beds were comfortable, showers good. This was a once in a lifetime vacation for our family, but if we could we would definitely go back!

Very nice place and nice host. Great location. We were a group of friends with kids and had a great time.

Great villa you have all the accommodations and is private. Very close to the local plaza where there is restaurants, convenient store, grocery store, bars. At your villa the pool is great and you may swim at all hours. The beach is foot steps away. Great place to stay our family loved it.

The house was very nice and the personal at the property very helpful ! 15-20 bike ride to the town to get food or drinks, very relaxing, they have 3 bikes available, FUN! My advice is to not travel in the summer though, the algae is bad and the smell very strong, they try to clean but it’s an endless job! Definitely recommend the property but for another season!

It is the place perfect for resting with family or friends!! Clean, with thousands of details in the decor, facing the sea! It is a villa complex. It is not a house alone!! But the place is amazing. Highly recommended!!

The house was sparkling clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sandy beach right in front of the villa. Lilian a was always available to answer questions and offer assistance. Would definitely stay here again.
