Great place and location. He let us check in before the indicated time. The place was in excellent condition and clean. It matches the photos and descriptions. A very good place to go with the family. The pool and its amenities are very clean. The staff who take care of and clean the building are very attentive. You just have to follow the cleaning rules and take care of the condominium furniture.

The place is as advertised. We had a wonderful day in a very spacious apartment. The great thing about this place is that there’s not many of fellow residence in the complex and so there’s not a lot of traffic as you’ll get in some of the larger complexes or resorts. The staff there was very courteous And all of the amenities such as the pool were fantastic. The location is wonderful and the updates to the apartment itself were absolutely incredible. We had a couple of issues with the plumbing that were minor, but didn’t really detract from our stay. We look forward to coming back to this place in the near future.

This place is very well located and the beach is so beatiful, our main goal was take a breath and enjoy with the family and definitely it was accomplished. The service provided for the people in the building was very good. The pool was clean and the common areas too. We felt safe here. Thanks Ana and we hope to return back next year.

Ana’s beachfront property was a perfect getaway! The soothing sound of the ocean was incredibly calming, and the heated pool added a touch of luxury to our stay. The Airbnb was spacious and very comfortable for our group of five, making it ideal for a long stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, and cookware, which made meal preparation a breeze. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were of excellent quality. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Ana’s place was perfect for our family of 6. The location is just as described. Directly facing the ocean and right on the beach. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the ocean. The beach was quiet in front of the condo and you can walk for a long time in either direction . The building staff were also very nice and helpful in calling taxis. Can walk to a handful of restaurants and a grocery store.

Amazing views and gorgeous sunsets from the deck. A wonderful place to hang with friends and family and enjoy the beach, pool area and the very convenient walking path to and from shopping and restaurants.

It was a beautiful place and awesome place to be for our get away vacation. The place was private and we had the beach right infront of the condo. The place was as described! I love the host and she was very communicative and friendly. The people were friendly and great people.

Highly recommended. We loved the place. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the whole place in general. Being right on the beach is great, especially when traveling with children. The pool water was at a good temperature and we enjoyed it quite a bit, even when we had cloudy and cool days. Ana and the staff at the place were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent host. The building managers were friendly and always attentive. The condominium is very well located and right in front of the sea as described in the photographs. It is very spacious and comfortable, the place is very quiet and family friendly.

Our stay was marvelous ! The balcony is very spacious and our favorite place to relax in the evenings. The condo itself is also very roomy even with 4 persons staying. Security in the lobby very helpful with obtaining a taxi, deliverying jugs of water and a friendly smile every time. The beach is beautiful, walkable for miles, and has some restaurants along the way to stop in. Very peaceful, chairs around the pool always available, pool and grounds beautifully kept up and clean. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance and highly recommend Isla's. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing stay. We will be back! Gracious!

Excellent place and a very caring host.

Ana's 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and gave our family of 6 all room to spread out. The shining star of the apartment is the huge balcony that has comfy chairs and looks directly out to the ocean and the magnificient sunsets every night. We listened to the waves crashing every night! Location on the beach is quieter and more private than in front of the hotels which was a plus. The admin Alex and the security people at the front desk were so friendly and helpful (recommendations, taxi arrangements, water jugs etc) and made our stay very enjoyable

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's property. It was a family vacation, the condo is great for children, with the pool and beach only steps away. Grandparents also came so we had 8 total, it was the perfect size. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, the building manager, the security, the maintenance, the cleaners, all were wonderful. Ana and the Manager Alejandrina have great recommendations, we hired a private chef for one of our dinners whom Ana recommended and it was the best meal of our trip. Will definitely come back.

The apartment has super facilities, a great view and a lot of tranquility. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very spacious, the ocean view is unbeatable, the pool is clean, and there is immediate access to the beach. The condo is very private, Ubers don't come, but taxis are 200m away and arrive in 5 mins if you call them. One bedroom with a queen size bed, another with two double beds and another with two single kangaroo beds, to accommodate 4. The kitchen is very complete for casual cooking. Air conditioning in each room with fans, enough towels for the apartment and the beach. Enough outlets for all devices. 3 very well equipped full bathrooms, games in the closet, floats and accessories for the pool and beach. The building concierge very kindly sold us and accommodated the water jug. The cost of privacy is that there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby to walk to, you have to take a taxi or walk 1.5 km since it is a hotel area. We would definitely stay with Ana again.

This place was beyond what we expected. Our family was there for thanksgiving week, weather was great if not perfect. Condo look exactly like the pictures but until you are there right on the beach speechless, our family love it!! Building staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place and our host Ana was awesome, she answered our questions right away, always involved before, during our stay…thank you Ana.

They didn't allow us to use the basement parking, but there were spaces outside, also belonging to the condominium. The photos are exactly as the apartment is. We can't wait to get back.

Ana was a great help with any questions we had about the apartment! It was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed! It's in the same area as a lot of the other hotels and resorts in Nuevo Vallarta but because this is a condo complex rather than a hotel the pool and beach had very few people there, so there was no need to fight for a pool chair! Stunning views from the apartment and really great staff at the complex made this stay fantastic! Hopefully we'll be back soon.

It is an excellent apartment, very clean and spacious. The photos are exactly as shown on the page. The terrace and pool are incredible! Ana helped us a lot even before the trip, and we had a sensational weekend.

Ana was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good since there are few apartments, and it was very comfortable for us because we were practically alone. It was easy to get to and very close to shopping malls.

Wonderful experience at Nuevo Vallarta! Apartment was absolutely everything we expected in terms of equipment, amenities, space (comfortably accommodated 8 guests) and, most importantly, location. A well coordinated check-in and out experience with Ana being on top of all our needs. On-site staff always willing and able to assist us throughout our stay making it much more pleasant. It was an unforgettable experience, it really met my expectations, the apartment has 3 bedrooms each with its bathroom and the main one with jacuzzi, king size bed, two double beds and two singles, where we were comfortably accommodated by my children, my husband and mother-in-law, the apartment itself is exquisitely decorated has its living room, dining room, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen, as well as its terrace with sea view. It is located in an exclusive newly vallara area. And really everything is close, in your car you can move very quickly, at the entrance of the area you can find shopping centers, restaurants 5 minutes from where you are in case you want to stay all day in the apartment and enjoy this one, since it has a pool and pool a few steps from where you can enjoy on the terrace and wait for the sunset. Or go to the different beaches that are located in the surroundings like that of the 100% familiar chamomile because it does not have any waves and enjoy the typical food of the region and only 20 minutes away is the center of Puerto Vallarta for your shopping or also enjoy the different restaurants that are located there.
