Thank you for your kind comments Shane!  The advice to have some more kitchen spices and condiments available for guests is a good idea.  I will try to keep some extra stock of those items for guests.  We have also bought and made available boogie boards and other beach toys for guests. They forget them at the beach sometimes and/or break them and don't let us know.  We will get some more!  Thank you for your input, I appreciate the feedback!<br/>Jody
