The cleaning utensils were very old and not in good condition. We had a problem with the boiler, since apparently we had to turn it off, which was not indicated to us. Other than that, everything was in order, clean and with good facilities. I don't agree with charging for the air conditioning. I think it should be included in the house rental price.

There are definitely tastes and requirements for everyone. The charge for air conditioning is made separately since not all guests request it and it would be unfair to include it in the price, which would increase the total cost if they don't use it. For a long time, there was no air conditioning, and guests commented that it should be installed, even if it was charged as an extra service. Now that it's available, they want everything to be included. The services are optional and are intended for guests' comfort. Each person decides whether or not to purchase them, as indicated in the listing. So it's NOT a surprise for you unless you don't take the time to read the entire listing, since it's indicated there.

An excellent place to spend the weekend. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped. Everything worked perfectly, and the experience was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. In addition, I highly recommend paying for the pool heater, as it makes a big difference and allows you to enjoy it much more. It's totally worth it!

I absolutely loved it, I highly recommend it. The kitchen even has a pressure cooker!!! Haha Edwin was super friendly. Hugo, who welcomed us, was great. We celebrated my son's birthday, and he loved it—he wants to come back next year! We had a great time, it was super comfortable!

The entire accommodation is very nice, clean and as shown in the listings, my relatives were very happy, a very good option for children's birthday parties. For my part, I would only suggest a little more flexibility in the check-in and check-out times that are mentioned in the ad and that Edwin reinforces, so you don't get any surprises. The check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm, with an extra charge if you wish to arrive before 4:00 pm or leave after 12:00 pm. The house 10 out of 10. I would definitely rent it again, we will be frequent customers because we like to go out a lot as a family.😊

The stay at Edwin's house was good, the house has everything you need for a good weekend. Pool, tennis court, etc. For the price of the house, they should add shampoo and soaps to the rooms as well as better quality towels and sheets. Although it is clearly stated, for the price of the house, the cost of the pool boiler and the use of the air conditioners is excessive. Edwin's attitude was rude when giving directions, however, he quickly replied to messages. Hugo (the caretaker of the house) gave us very good service, always friendly and attentive to us.

It is the second time we have stayed there. The place is extremely cozy for a weekend with family and friends. It has a bonus that each room has its own bathroom, so you don't have to fight. Edwin was always attentive to any detail, answering my questions and helping with everything we needed. The house is very large, although there were many of us, we never felt crowded. We didn't expect the ice machine and TV in each room, that's great! (On Sunday there was no signal on the cable TV) but everything was fine. As for the kitchen, it has a lot of utensils and storage space... We only needed chopping boards, there's only one. Very good amenities for all ages from babies to adults.

The house, despite being central, is very quiet and has all the amenities, it even looks like a hotel, I liked that each room has its own bathroom, the 30 people were very comfortable. The house is very large and comfortable. The bad thing is that there are only two fans, one in the living room and another in the dining room. A/C is paid for separately. Not all the rooms had cold water. The overall stay was good. The care of the person in charge is excellent.

The accommodation is very nice, it is identical to the one in the photos, it is very spacious easily fits 30 people and is equipped with a lot of things so you don't need to go out. The only thing we did not like was that the listing of the accommodation did not describe the services with extra cost such as the air conditioning or the pool heater, but at the time of booking the host tells you about this and does not have any penalty if you decide to cancel the reservation at that time. A bit of maintenance is needed on the stove and its knobs but the super oven that the kitchen has is appreciated.

The boiler is adequate and works very well to be able to have the water at a very pleasant temperature of 30* and it effectively takes 6-8 hours to heat up completely due to its large capacity, so you are notified in advance. You did not want to rent it from the beginning, and when you did, you did not like that it took the time that you had already been told, but even so, we know that you had a great weekend. Great place to have fun and have fun. Everything according to the photos. Cleaning and tidy without problems. Both Edwin the owner and Hugo the person in charge of the maintenance are attentive to the needs. Utensils and other requirements at 100. They only carry their horn, food, drink. Everything else you find in the house.

There are no words to describe such a great place . You have fun , you relax enjoy . Great . We take as a unique option and #1 for vacations . 20 steps to the store That they have everything Verdulería, para la cleaning , disposable . Groceries Cremeria. Just 20 steps away .. And half a block away. The tortillería . About 5 min la MEGA( Supermarket) It's excellent . Huge and has everything you need to enjoy your stay .

We had a great time during our stay. The property is as described in the listing. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of pots, pans and utensils and plenty of storage space. There are two refrigerators with freezer inside the house and a third large fridge for beverages outside, which was super useful. They have a regular coffee maker, but there is also a large coffee urn; which was handy so we didn't have to keep making coffee all the time. The pool is beautiful and we'll maintained. We paid to heat the pool two days and everyone enjoyed the nice water temperature. The toboggan slide was specially a hit with the kids and teenagers. The house is located in a central location, so we could walk around to get stuff when needed. The store across the street has the essentials, but there are bakeries and other businesses close by. Mr. Hugo was responsive when I had questions and was polite with my guests. Overall, we had a good experience.

Excellent reception, the house is located in a place of easy access, the arrival instructions were clear and accurate. The person who received us has clearly responded to our questions and always available to answer our questions and help us with the little details that came up during our stay. i only recommend that they mention that December or February (as was the case) the water in the pool does not get hot but maybe it almost reaches tibia after about 8 hours of turning on the boiler.

The pool is quite large and as we indicated in the listing it takes up to 8 hours to reach its good temperature 30*, unfortunately many huèspedes do not request it from the beginning and ask for it at the mere hour, we turn it on but IT TAKES 8 hours so what is recommended is that they ask it from the beginning so that it is on the day of its arrival we turn it on early and when you arrive it is in its point.

Terrible experience, I stayed there with some guests since my wedding was in Cuautla and when I wanted to leave she charged me for washing the dishes, in addition to the fact that days later we burned a bedspread which was not true, the handles of the bathrooms were falling off, they only have a control which complicated us to leave and enter and it does not have a box for the keys. He doesn't greet us, he sends a representative and only communicates through the app! I don't recommend it at all.

The place is super dad and nice, it really is a cozy house, one feels quiet, it is very enjoyable. The only thing we did was that there was almost no hot water when one was bathed, from there on the outside everything was spectacular.

Edwin and Hugo took care of us Perfect, the place is incredible, very large and tidy, it feels like home, the pool is very large and we hired the heating so excellent even in the cold season. We liked the tennis court very well cared for, the accommodation was highly recommended.
