Had an amazing stay here for a bachelorette of 8 girls! The location was amazing and the hosts were incredible. They were really accommodating of us and our schedule / needs. Would highly recommend you stay here on your next trip to CDMX.

Travelling with 8+ people can be stressful but this stay could not have been more perfect. Absolutely everybody loved their rooms with en suite bathrooms. The only downside is there is no central living room area, however, the upstairs kitchen was ample space for a common meeting space. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe and walkable and our group loved having an OXXO just around the corner. Host is very responsive.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The communication from the host and management team was exceptional from start to finish. They were responsive, proactive, and made the entire experience seamless. The home itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as advertised, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy our time in Mexico. The only issue we encountered was that one of the showers wasn't working during our stay, which was a little inconvenient. However, the team responded immediately and was willing to fix the issue right away. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Awesome place and great location

EIBo was very responsive for the check-in process and a maintenance need that came up. Worked great for our large group with the number of bathrooms and large beds. We were able to walk to a number of bakeries, restaurants, and parks from the location.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a large group, each person or pair having their own bedroom with en suite bathroom. Location was also very central and easy to get around. The hosts were extremely responsive and helped us throughout our entire stay. Would recommend!

This quite possibly may be my best Air BnB experience ever. Maria is incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive. This place is spotless, so quiet on the inside, incredibly comfortable beds with a 5 star hotel type mattress, and private. The location could not be better. So thrilled with this place! Would give 7 stars if I could!

We had an incredible time staying here. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I had to contact the host several times throughout our stay and they were all very kind and quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again! And would recommend for a big group.

House was prefect for a large group of people. We truly appreciated the en-suite bedrooms. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Although there isn’t a living room space, the kitchen is expansive enough and became where we connected. My friends and I had a great experience and will come back.

Our group of 9 stayed here for a bachelorette and we had a great time! The hosts were very responsive and the check in/out instructions were super easy. The rooms were big and everyone had their own bathroom. Good location, we were able to walk to a lot of places within 10-15 minutes.

Had a large group and we enjoyed staying here. Each room has its own bathroom and the rooms are very spacious. The only down side is the house doesn’t have a living Room area to hang out but it does have a large kitchen with table to gather. Great location and great price.

Great Airbnb in the center of Roma Norte and Condesa. Walkable or quick uber to great restaurants, bars and sight seeing. Just as described and perfect for a big group (we had 10).

There was a big group of us and the home was able to accommodate everyone with their own room and washroom. There are two bedrooms on the main floor which we needed for my dad and FIL. I did see several reviews about the hot water and some did get some cold showers but it is expected when 9 people want to shower around the same time. The kitchen had everything we needed but could lacked a freezer which would have come in handy to store some ice. We requested a few chairs and small table for the main entrance (there's a hallway) so some could sit there and have a drink and socialize. The host was very accommodating and very responsive to all our messages. The location was perfect and in walking distance to several coffee places, restaurants, convenience store (OXXO) and a juice stand. My family has been to Mexico City multiple times as we have a cousin who lives there but for the rest of the group it was their first time and they loved the location and the City.

My group of 9 people had an amazing time. It was great having a private bathroom in each bedroom. There were some issues all having hot water if multiple rooms were showering at the same time. The kitchen/dining room became our gathering place as there was no other space to gather. The rooms were cozy and some of them had mobile heaters which were definitely used on some colder nights. Overall, there was lots to walk to and felt safe in the neighborhood.

Maria and her entire team were very friendly at all times. We found the airbnb in perfect condition and everything was super clean. It looks just like the photos, the beds are super comfortable, hot water in the showers and there are sleeping plugs in case you are bothered by the city noises. It's in a great area, with many restaurant options and nice places to walk to. 100% recommended :)

Our stay was nothing less than perfect! The power went out at one point (they were working on power lines down the road). But the host responded immediately and was sending someone over to check but luckily the power came back on within minutes! Very responsive and the space was great for our large group!!

We stayed here for a friend reunion and couldn’t have picked a better spot! This place served as the perfect meeting point, especially since our group had three separate Airbnbs nearby—it made getting together super easy and convenient. The biggest highlight is the private bathroom in each bedroom, this was a huge plus for comfort and privacy as we had a large group. The location was also incredible—just steps away from fantastic bakeries, cozy cafés, local park, and a great variety of restaurants. Everything we needed was right around the corner. If you are sensitive to noise avoid the two street facing rooms as it can get noisy at night, this was expected for the location and did not bother our group even with two kids. Also keep in mind there are a lot of stairs and the only large meeting area is at the top floor, again this was not a problem with our group but this may not be the place if you have bad knees.

Great house for large groups! Very walkable location and close to restaurants and convenience stores. We congregated in the kitchen (on the third floor) as there is no other public space. It's awesome that all bedrooms have en-suite baths. All clean and well appointed. The host is helpful and very responsive to messages/questions!

Great find in the heart of Roma Norte. Neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. 24 hour grocery store was steps away. En-suite bathroom was a huge plus for our big group. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was great quality and clean. Bathroom had all the amenities. They even provided extra mattress for our group for children who wanted to sleep in the same room with their parents. Very responsive and helpful hosts!

This place was perfect for our group of 10 traveling to MX City. Location was perfect for easy access to all the beautiful neighborhoods and restaurants in Roma Norte and Condesa. We all loved having our own room and bathroom while being able to come back together to hang out in the kitchen/large common area. Would love to come back again!

What a perfect spot for my party of 13! Beautiful, stylish and clean! In a great location! Walkable to so many eateries and cafes, the parks, fitness and pilates nearby, and a very responsive host! The rooms all have en-suite bathrooms. And so tastefully designed. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations! Would love to come back if I have a large group again!

We loved our stay! The surrounding area is vibrant while being only moments away from the main streets. The Airbnb itself was everything a large group needed. The bathroom to bedroom ratio is primo. Couldn't suggest this space more. Loved our stay. Thank you!

The hosts were very responsive and the Airbnb was able to accommodate our very large group. The location of the Airbnb was very centrally located, so you could walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops.

ElBo’s place was in a perfect location. We were able to walk anywhere and had plenty of great options for food. The rooms are like apartment style and it was nice everyone had their own bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a living room with one couch, both other than that it was fantastic!

No notes! This was hands down one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in. We had a group of 12 people stay for New Year’s Eve. We had more than enough space, every room had its own bathroom (plus a half bath off of the kitchen), and the bedrooms were stunning. The home looked exactly as advertised. Also, our hosts were amazing! Incredibly responsive and helpful navigating activities and food for such a large group. Whenever we had questions, we would get a response in <10 minutes. The location is also to die for! Perfect for walking around, close to parks, restaurants, shopping, and bars. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay with a large party in CDMX. Would even come back to stay in the same place!

Had an amazing time staying here with our group of 7. Its a perfect location with so many great restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. the property was perfect with 7 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own lock and key and there was a nice kitchen with table along with TV to spend time in as a group. Our Host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Check out was a breeze. I'd stay here again!

This place could not have been better. The location and space was all perfect for my group. Such a walkable location we almost didn’t take any Ubers. So many restaurants and cafes so close by and the beautiful park is only 10 minutes away. The space was great for my trip with 12 people! Everything was clean and very aesthetic. We had a short stay, but it was enough to enjoy it. Rodrigo's building is spacious and very pretty. Comfortable beds, spacious and very clean. The lighting is great. Excellent location (across from the OXXO, 2 blocks from the supermarket, and 50 meters from Plaza España). The host and his team are always attentive to every detail. A great place to stay!! We would definitely choose them again.
