The only problem I had was with the door lock-- it was unreliable. One day in particular I left and gave the door a shake to make sure it was secured before walking away. When I returned in the afternoon it was unlocked. Security checked the cameras and said nobody had approached by door all day, so the door lock itself must have disengaged. If they get this fixed, this is a 5 star condo.

The place is central, part of the "poor" zone 14 as those who live there mention. The apartment is spacious, however they have quite a few details that show deterioration and lack of care such as: broken bathroom lights, night tables with missing boards, chairs in very poor condition, loose door handles, unanchored bathroom lids. One of the critical negative points was the showers, the thermos are very poorly calibrated, so they only give either boiling water, or ice water, they could not be regulated, so every time any of us who stayed, we were going to bathe, it was a horror story, water to peel chickens, or ice water as if we were in ice therapy. The towels also looked like they were over 70 years old, with frayed parts from how much they have been used, so we recommend that whoever goes bring their own towels. (blankets/pillows) Other than that, everything else is fine. The staff inside the hotel are very friendly.

The place was close to lots of places. There was a lot of space and many bathrooms. Great for weekends away in the city.

The apartment is excellent, very comfortable in an excellent area. We went with my family and everyone felt at home. Great for large groups. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back soon!

This apartment just locates on the most beautiful avenue in Guatemala City. With the good location, you can easily reach to anywhere you want in this city. The accommodation is very clean and with almost all kinds of things you need when staying here. The building has all kinds of facilities, especially its gym, maybe the best one I have ever seen in Guatemala apartments.
