I have probably stayed in 30 Airbnb’s. This has to be up at the top. The wow factor when you walk in was very impressive. The pictures do not do it justice. They did a fantastic job designing and decorating their place. Everything was well appointed. Very thought out with everything you need to be comfortable right away and for your whole day. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great. The swimming pool was awesome. Everything was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive for any questions or issues or recommendations around the area. If you are thinking about booking this place do it.

Casa Arcos was one of those properties that not only looks better than the already-incredible pictures, but is clearly run by a team who understand thoughtful touches and the overall guest experience. I've stayed in many airbnbs and this is one of my very favorites. The design is clean without feeling stark. There's a real sense of calm to the home. There was a place for everything and everything had it's place. Even in 100F+ weather, the AC units were able to keep us comfortable. The location was indeed walkable to the heart of Centro, but considering the weather this weekend, we opted for easy Ubers in and out. Water pressure was solid. What I loved most about this home was that it looked very well-cared for: Finishes were intact, bedding and towels were quality, internet was very fast and it's clear they have a great team of people making sure Casa Arcos stays pristine and beautiful. I highly recommend a stay at this incredible home.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable places I've ever stayed at!! The place is absolutely gorgeous and exactly as shown in the photos; I even think the photos don't do the place justice!! Shay was incredibly attentive and friendly; if I had any questions or problems, she resolved them easily. There are cafes and restaurants nearby!! I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in La Ermita neighborhood in El Centro. Very safe are and close enough to all the different sites in El Centro. Shay and the whole team are super attentive and they are always checking in to make sure that everything is going well. We will definitely book this home again when we go back to Merida.

Everything excellent

We had a great stay! It looks just like the pictures. Large comfy rooms that are beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the outside area with the pool.

I absolutely loved staying at Shay’s place. On a very quiet street, and easy to walk into to markets and restaurants. I had the best time staying with my friends, and enjoying the pool and cooking together. Shay was very response, and made great recommendations when I asked. Highly recommend staying here, I’m ready to come back again!

We were BLOWN AWAY by their home and the thoughtful, fully beautiful touches throughout. It was such a cool mix of historic, comfy, modern, and frankly - grandeur. The entire experience made us never want to leave. The weather was a notch too cool for swimming, but when one has a private courtyard pool, one swims anyway. We were want for nothing. What a great host these folks are, too - the kind of people you want as neighbors. It was an unforgettable experience and we've already recommended it to others. Book this home!

The house is spectacular!!! As seen in the pictures, very comfortable with the rooms in the back and common areas in front of the house. The full kitchen with all its utensils, we were able to make dinner with the family during our stay in Mérida. The pool was in perfect condition. The location may be a bit far from the north of the city, but you are really 4 or 5 blocks from the large square where the cathedral is located. A real hidden gem in downtown Merida!

The house is just like the photos, it has all the amenities described, all the spaces have air conditioning and fans, which is a plus for the heat of Mérida. The pool is not heated yet, but it is excellent for the weather. The kitchen is equipped for all kinds of dinners you want to cook at home. The location is centrally located. The lighting and decoration of the house is very tasteful, so you will feel the warmth at all times! My family and I were delighted
