Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this Rocky Point home. The house was very clean and well taken care of, and everything we needed was provided. The owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful place to relax, we would definitely recommend it.

This was our third stay at Casa Playa! It's always perfect. The house always has everything we need and Brian is very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and we love the hot tub! We'll keep coming back for as long as we can!

This home was perfect for our 3 families with 4 kids. It was right on the beach (although Rocky, you get 2 hours of high tide) had amazing shells to find. It was also a really quiet beach. The house was fully equipped, and has a market walkable for anything you needed. The host answered all my questioned from booking to our stay. The only thing I wish they had were life vests to feel more comfortable using their available water toys! Would be really happy to stay here again!

This place exceeded our expectations—even better than the pictures. The house is beautifully put together, super comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our group of four couples, with two bedrooms on each side for added privacy. The location? Safe, peaceful, and right on the beach with beautiful views. We spent countless hours on the spacious patio watching dolphins swim by. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and in great working order. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked (rare for a rental!) and the entire space felt thoughtfully curated. If you're looking for a serene, beachside escape where comfort meets Mexican style—this is it. We are already talking about our next trip to this destination. 🏠💙

We loved our stay at this beachfront house! The home was surprisingly spacious and just steps from the ocean at high tide. The high-end appliances and well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and the cozy couch was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We especially appreciated the garage access and the use of the kayaks—such a fun bonus! We can’t wait to come back! The hot tub was also a spectacular touch!

Beautiful squeaky clean home, right on the beach. The patio has lots of shade, a table and chairs for eating outside and plenty of lounge chairs. The photos do not do this place justice. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only caveat is the beach is quite rocky so bring water shoes.

We've rented many houses in Las Conchas over the years, but coming back to this one is high on our list. We love the sandy beach right off the porch and the the location is perfect! The house is clean, well-stocked and just as described. Brian is a responsive host and did a great job communicating the arrival instructions and responding to our questions. We'd highly recommend staying here.

I've been staying in Las Conchas for years, and this was by far the best place we've ever rented. The house was immaculate, we had access to a hot tub and kayaks and boogie boards, and there was even reverse-osmosis system for the drinking water. I was SO IMPRESSED and I can't wait to stay here again.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Everything we wanted in a weekend getaways we got here. The house has everything you can think of, I wished we where able to use the hot tub since it was pretty hot outside it negated the use of it. We will be definitely coming back to this house again!

Our family enjoyed our mid-May vacation at Brian's house in Las Conchas. Brian was very communicative and helped us on the arrival date with a schedule situation we had. The place was very clean and well stocked, and the house instructions were organized and clear. Though we usually kept the ocean breeze flowing through the house, we appreciated the well functioning AC to cool down the house on a couple of hotter afternoons. The beachfront location gave easy access to the beach was perfect for observing the tide pools, relaxing on the water on calm days and even catching some waves when the wind blew with the surf board and kayaks provided in the garage. Some uncommon features we really appreciated: reverse osmosis filtered water for drinking and making ice; very clean and nicely updated; clean spacious garage; patio spa from which we watched the lunar eclipse and full moon at night; TVs and WIFI that worked flawlessly; and the single level design that made it easy for our 1 yr and 5 yr old grandsons to negotiate. There's a faucet on the short flight of stairs leading down to the beach where we could leave the sand and keep the patio clean, and an outside shower conveniently located next to the spa. We also enjoyed and used the fire pit up on the patio to create a wonderful mood at night. The patio furniture was in good shape and comfortable. Overall the place is well maintained and a step up from most rentals in Las Conchas. We definitely plan to stay there again.

Brian’s place is epic. We have stayed many places in rocky point, but this was by far the best. Having a hot tub in the mornings and evenings has changed how we will stay here now. Beds were so comfy Stocked with everything you need. We did not leave the house the entire time we were there. Thank you.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our trip! Checking in was easy! We came across some questions and were addressed instantly.

Very clean home. Interior was described perfectly and host was very communicative and welcoming. Keep in mind the beach in front of the home is the rocky part of the beach in Las Conchas, however, there is a pathway cleared to access the water without having to walk on the rocks not far from the home.

Brian is a great host. He responds quickly to questions or concerns and keeps a great house. It was clean and organized. Everything was easy to use and well maintained. The location was perfect and the beach amazing. Going in January when it is a bit colder was perfect with the hot tub and fire pit. We are hoping to return soon and would Absolutley come back to this house!

What a perfect home to enjoy! The location is grand and the details offered are the BEST we've found! We have stayed in a dozen different homes and this is the BEST by far. We have found the perfect vaca spot for our future Rocky Point trips! Being able to sit in the jacuzzi at sunset and enjoy the firepit, what a magical combination! The beach is quiet and a perfect carved path thru the rock to kayak or even beach fish. This home is amazingly clean and so many details to feel at home and really able to unwinding and enjoy. The hardest thing was leaving. We all wanted to extend our stay. Really a wonderful home and trip!

Great location away from all the hustle and bustle yet close enough within a 10 minute drive from the Malecon. Nine of us had plenty of space in this home and we never went without anything we needed. The home is very clean, furnished well, and very comfortable. I would definitely be willing to come back here in the future!

This place is GORGEOUS! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Everything about our stay was perfect - the layout of the house, proximity to town and of course the beachfront location. Kitchen had everything we could want to cook our own meals and a beautiful patio for dinners right on the beach. It was such a relaxing vacation. 8 of us were able to fit comfortably in the house and we’re all excited to go back!

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Rocky Point. House was very clean, comfortable beds and all kitchen amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Kayaks were a nice bonus to take in the water.

This is a fabulous spot towards the front of Las Conchas- great beach front spot- not steep, easy walk to the beach. Very clean, great internet and amenities. The grandparents loved it, very family friendly! Will try to book again!

Brian’s House is AMAZING!! The house had everything you need down to a blender to make the most amazing pins colada’s!! The views are spectacular, and Everything is super clean!! Our family will be returning!!!

Great place .. enough room for 2 families of 4. Kitchen has everything you need... just bring coffee. We were not able to enjoy the ocean because of jelly fish but kids had lots of fun in the sand and hot tub. AC kept us nice and cool. Sunsets were amazing.

Everything at Brian's was perfect for a girls weekend. Kitchen had everything needed. Loved spending time in the hot tub and by the firepit. One of the toilets had an issue with flushing, we sent an email to property manager and within an hour, problem resolved professionally & courteously. Highly recommend Casa Playa and look forward to a return visit.

Our family group of 9 spent 6 days at Casa Playa. We've been going to Rocky Point for over 25 years and this is our favorite house so far. We loved the layout of the rooms and bathrooms - everyone had their own private space but we still felt close together. We used the kitchen extensively and it had a great assortment of dishes and pans. The outdoor patio was generously sized and perfect for hanging out on the beach and cleaning up afterward. ... and you can't beat the view of the ocean steps away!

We spent three days at Brian’s place, and the was nine of us. It was amazing, the house is gorgeous, the beach is outside the back door. You have an incredible view from the den, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms open to the beach. It’s a private beach, so it was quiet and I was able to keep a eye on the kids, they lived in the water. When it got dark some sat in the hot tub relaxing listening to the ocean, it was so tranquil. I would recommend this home to anyone, Brian was great.

Brian’s home was so inviting, so cozy and soooo much more than what it is in the photos! The patio is amazing and so much bigger than I imagined! Hanging in the hot tub ocean side was pure magic! The home was perfect for 10 people and couldn’t have asked for a better place! Brian had kayaks that we took on the water and that was one of the highlights of the weekend! Was so nice to sit inside with the doors open, hearing the ocean breeze- when I go back to Mexico with a big group again, this is where I will be staying! This beautiful home was a definite 10/10- and whenever I had a question or anything, Brian was very prompt to respond. I highly recommend this home for a bigger family a or a groups of friends that want to be along the beach for a few days.

This house was perfect for our guy trip! Warm showers beautiful view of the ocean. Very nice kitchen and living room. We enjoyed the grill hot tub and all the amenities. This home is very well taken care of. We will be back.

Here's what was great about this house: the location, close to entry gates and easy to run into the local convenience store; the information provided by the host, from the WIFI code to cards for local vendors (by the way Minerva and company provide the best onsite massages ever!); the lovely fireplaces and fire pit and grill all worked!!!; the kitchen had most any item/utensil you could need and even and R/O system for clean ice and water for coffee pot; the linens were clean and new, more than enough towels provided, soap in every shower and at every sink; the patio and views are gorgeous; the available kayaks for use provided even more fun; plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside; easy and clear instructions for check in and out; extremely timely responses from owner on questions; flexible sleeping options on bed rooms and available beds; for TV buffs, the Dish network provided all the sports and entertainment channels; the layout of the house was roomy and spacious. Here's what wasn't great: NOTHING! This place is perfect and by far one of the nicest Airbnb options we have ever rented. If you want a safe and convenient Rocky Point rental, this is it! We hope to return soon!

This home is the perfect location in Rocky Point. The home offers all the amenities needed to stay in and cook but close enough to the town to grab a bite. The house was clean and beautiful and offers the comforts of home. The beach in the community is quiet and virtually private. Our host was very quick to respond and provided all the instructions needed. We will absolutely be staying here again for many trips to come!

This a really great house--lots of updated amenities, a very well-maintained and secure property, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, all with a good layout for groups to hang out in. The weather was too chilly for swimming, but the hot tub was awesome. Brian was easy to communicate with and very helpful: we had an issue with a sink, and there was someone there quickly to fix it. We would absolutely book with Brian at Casa Playa again.
