The house is very quiet, exactly as shown in the photos, the service is very good, everyone was always very friendly. My dogs had fun in the super garden. They have wind chimes in the pool area, which I enjoyed because they were very peaceful. Thanks to the hosts 🤍🙌🏼

Our stay at Ricardo's house was very good. It's a very nice house with a large garden, ideal for resting and having a good time with the family. Daniela was always attentive. She solved a problem with the pool heater and compensated us with time. Very good service, and I would definitely recommend it and we would stay again.

Beautiful place, quite calm and relaxing. Nice outdoors areas which is great if you are bringing dogs. If the weather is rainy, you better stay inside, because the bbq area’s roof won’t help that much. If there’s elder people in your group, consider the kitchen is located in the second floor. We enjoy the place and had a great experience overall!

Ricardo's place was exactly what we needed for or large group. Great communication all the way through, and Ricardo and his team went above and beyond. We ended up having lunch prepared each of the days we were there and I couldn't recommend it enough. Everything was fresh and delicious. Was a perfect place for us for a multi-day group getaway.

The house is very comfortable, perfect for families with small children. Ricardo is very quick to respond and flexible, Mrs. Daniela who receives you is very attentive and aware of what can be offered. Large spaces in the house, comfortable beds, a good area for BBQ and socializing.

Ricardo always responds, within the usual time, very attentive, kind and clear, the house is located in a subdivision, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the house, but the instructions are very clear, the photos are the place, extremely spacious, clean and well-kept, spacious areas, both the garden (huge), as well as in the house, fast wifi, has an excellent pool and jacuzzi [with extra cost], we spent a couple of days very pleasantly, they were always supporting our requests as well as they helped us with problems we had with our car, we can only say thank you!

Excellent service from Ricardo, as well as from Daniela, the person in charge of the house. Ricardo was super attentive, kind, quick to respond, and accessible from the beginning! The best host I've ever had on the app. Additionally, Daniela was also super friendly, she helped us with some things, she answered quickly. In general, a very good place and highly recommended, the house is spacious, the garden is huge and perfect for parties, everything was perfect.

A house that meets what it offers, a large garden area, pool and social area inside the house. Ricardo is a host who cares about being very clear about the different services and amenities the house offers and how much it costs to use them, so you don't pay for what you don't need. Very good host and with a good support team. Daniela and Mariana, very willing to help and guide you in whatever you need.

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, well kept and with everything you need for a good stay. The attention from the host was excellent; any concerns we had were immediately addressed. We really appreciate the opportunity to have stayed there and we would definitely recommend it.

The good thing is that the house is nice, generally spacious, the garden is very well kept, the barbecue area (kiosk) is large, they have a very useful fire pit to stay at night and continue enjoying your stay, burning marshmallows or just talking; it has a great table next to the pool with a minibar, below there is a ping pong table, badminton rackets and shuttlecocks and it has wifi. The bad thing is that the pool seemed small to me, the kitchen is on the first floor and that makes it very tiring to be going up and down, the bathroom in the main room has no door so there is zero privacy to use the toilet and the shower part is uncomfortable and very low (it is like a capsule), the closets have no hooks and some bedrooms have no place to put clothes. It's 25 minutes away from downtown Tequis

The house is very nice and clean, the garden and the palapa super at home, for the pool we pay for it to be heated since we were with small children and it was very worth it because we did not leave there during the stay! We wash this house for two nights. We were a group of 19 and slept comfortably. We hire breakfast and lunch and everything is very rich. We would definitely go back to Ricardo's house. My family was very pleased.

My trip was as a family and with children, the space is suitable, since it has a garden where the children had very pleasant moments and with total security. The house is very spacious if you are traveling with many members, I consider that they can be comfortable without any problem, in my case we traveled 23 people and they offered us to install additional beds which helped them to rest. The only point I could mention is that you have caution with a jacuzzi that is on the ground floor and if you go with little ones they could slip, outside of that, everything is comfortable and the attention of Ricardo and Daniela very punctual.

Ricardo and Enrique (hosts) were always very clear in their communication; Daniela (service staff) was always very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The common areas of the house are very spacious and comfortable. The garden is spectacular and ad hoc for family activities (i.e. badminton), pool and board games. The layout of the rooms and kitchen is a little rare (the kitchen is in the 1st. Floor). Maybe there is an opportunity to improve some maintenance details in bathrooms and showers, as well as the lighting in the dressing room in the main room, however, the cleanliness is impeccable. Definitely a highly recommended option for a trip with a large family.

In general, the house does not include everything that is advertised, the furniture on the exterior already occupies being replaced, some of the interior furniture also occupy maintenance, they are points that can be solved for the house or cozy

We are sorry for your point of view Laura. The only point you mentioned to me privately was that there was no outdoor TV, it was removed due to rains that have been very strong and for safety. I think it would have been prudent you would have told me or my staff as it was only kept.

Ricardo's attention and his staff was very good. They solved the problems that were presented to us, the cleanliness was well inside the house, the water in the pool was warm, and the water of the hot jacuzzi. There are 2 quarters (the 3-bed one and the king bed) that connect. You have to cross one to enter the other, and the bathroom is shared and the 2 rooms can each access it through their door, which is weird is that you need to warn that you are going to enter so that no one from the other room accesses through the other door. Overall my experience was good. Yes, I would rent this house again.

We had a great experience staying at the house. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times. Also, our house was in perfect condition and spotless when we arrived; someone already expected us to give us all the house rules. The only negative thing I have to say about the house is that it shows and advertises as a climate pool when we booked in the pictures. It offers two pools, but the one inside once we got there, I received instructions that If I wanted to use it would be an extra fee ( not cheap), and my kids were disappointed since that was the pool they wanted to get into. The climate in Tequisquiapan was a bit cold, and I imagine the advertised climate pool was the one inside, so we only used the one outside. Also, it is not close to Tequisquiapans center, not a walking distance the house is a bit far. Other than that, everything was great.

The additional amenities are clearly described in our listing. Before booking, the app reminds you to read and reread them to avoid precisely this situation. The Jacuzzi (not an indoor pool) is an additional service and is not offered free of charge, so it won't come as a surprise at check-in. The price is also shown. I encourage all of our potential guests to READ before booking, not just here but always!

The host and helper are nice and attentive. The house is beautiful. Keep in mind this house is almost the last one on the street so it will take you about 10 mins to get to it after passing security. The only real issue I had was my experience with the security. Though I showed them the barcode of my reservation they told me to put my phone away as it wasn’t helpful because they did not have my reservation. Tried explaining we were guests renting from Airbnb and after what took forever they finally let us in. Security gave a lot of attitude throughout stay. For future purposes, just tell the security you are guests visiting # house, hand over ID, and pop your trunk open. This has to be done every time you enter and exit. Also, at the end of our stay we were charged for a towel that we did not take, but no other option for us to simply pay for it. I really hope this was a misunderstanding and not done regularly. Besides these two incidents, I would’ve rated this house a 5 star.

My answers are more focused on all the guests who book with us. It is VERY important to send the name of each guest in a timely manner and if someone is going to enter before the main guest, please notify in advance. This is for everyone's SAFETY, no one can enter the subdivision without notice and before the time (outside of the reservation hours). Here a person tried to enter before the guests arrived and for security reasons they were very strict with them. It really has nothing to do with our accommodation, but it is important to note that security is very important in our subdivision and everyone is checked in the same way, car trunk as in most subdivisions. The towel incident created better communication between you. It would be great since Yessenia's husband commented that it was strange that the additional guests who came in had taken it because they used them as blankets for the cold at night. This is important to note because it is checked at check-in (what is left for guests) and at check-out what guests deliver (towels, blankets, etc.)

The stay was excellent. The spaces are even bigger than what you see in the photos. The garden is very comfortable for any outdoor activity. The grill and fireplace work perfectly. The pool is also very nice. I recommend hiring the boiler service for a good temperature. The pool inside the house is also very good for relaxing, highly recommended. The cleaning was excellent and the staff was always willing to help. Many thanks to Daniela who was very kind. The interior spaces are very comfortable. Many thanks to Ricardo for the attention and good communication before the reservation and obviously during the process. In short, excellent option.

Amazing house that exceeded the expectations of boys and adults, super spacious spaces and being a large group, privacy was also maintained when required. The common areas are super comfortable to hang out in. We're sure to come back! Try to bring everything, so you can enjoy your stay and don't have to go out and make the most of the facilities… I recommend taking the food with Dani who will make “the cherry on the cake” of the house!

The experience was terrible. In the description of the house they do not say that there are stables nearby and the smell in the afternoon is terrible. When we arrived the house was very dirty, there were many flies and at night we had to take cockroaches out of the house. The pool has loose tiles and cuts one foot, it is dangerous and I do notify the person who was in charge of the cleaning. The house was washed for 5 days and on the 3rd day it rained, the house was filled with water, the cleaning person left us some towels in case it would flood the house again, we had to return earlier than planned. The barbecue in the house is in terrible condition, rusty. I sent photos of everything to Airbnb, but they couldn't do anything because the host refused to acknowledge the house errors and anything happened.

I will answer no to the evaluation but to the type of people who entered my house! They are people with criminal demands: a certain José Ramón Castillo, who mistreats my staff who was terribly humiliated and I was the one who asked them to leave my accommodation at that time, they were not the ones who decided to leave, notify Airbnb who ruled in our favor. Obviously after that, everything they said did, it's clear it was for vengeance. They left WITHOUT paying for the services they hired, they never sent photos of bugs that said they were, they were asked to and never sent them, they intentionally opened doors and windows for the house to flood and be able to claim any non-existent faults. They are people who want to travel for free !!! Of which there are many My staff left WITHOUT paying my staff for the contracted services and personal products handled to my staff ! luckily the next day it was personal to verify and take evidence that it was totally false. Definitely the worst experience in 10 years, if I had read the type of people I was getting into my house on the internet I would never have accepted the reservation. They used false identifications that do not correspond to the names described here which is also under investigation before SRE.

If you are looking to spend a pleasant time with family or friends, this stay is definitely the best option. Plenty of spaces to live together, the house comes with everything you need for an unparalleled experience. The temperature of the pool was good, the comfort of the beds excellent to rest. With access to different tourist spots in the area so we had no problem moving to the activities planned

The residential complex and the house are in excellent condition for spending a few days with family or friends... the house is very spacious and well maintained... the spaces are well laid out and the house is well equipped, so you just need to bring your groceries and you're all set... Highly recommended!! The house is more beautiful than in the photos. If you're traveling as a group, you don't need to worry, because the spaces are spacious and comfortable enough for everyone. It's definitely a place where you can spend a stay with the whole family and a delicious pool. The place is in subdivision so you must bring enough food for the stay or if you plan to leave consider about 10 minutes extra to move around. They have very good care and excellent communication. The only thing would be to improve the internet since we can't keep the wifi connection
