I think it's the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! The house is beautiful, the garden is wonderful, and there's a pool and everything else. Ms. Aurora, who looked after us, is very attentive! Highly recommended!

Lovely home with plenty of space. The pool is great, and there is a lot of garden space. It has all the amenities and is very close to restaurants and shops. We would come back again.

Everything was great. Clementine was a great host. My father has mobility issues, and Clementine very kindly had a bathroom adapted. The house is cozy, with great vibes, very clean, and a wonderful garden. And Aurora, who helps around the house, is incredibly efficient and a sweetheart. We would stay here again. Clementine's place is ideal for medium-sized gatherings (6-8 people). All rooms have their own bathroom, and are located close to the social area so, if you have kids, you can stay close and watch them once they're asleep. We had a great time, 100% recommend.

The house is very nice, with very comfortable spaces, especially the layout of the rooms, which gives privacy to everyone when it comes to groups. The park is beautiful and the pool was very well maintained and clean, although the temperature was not high enough due to the time of year. We still took advantage of it. Aurora's help with the kitchen and service was excellent. The location is very good, for walking to the center of Avándaro. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful house and property, great rooms and living area and very responsive host. Clementine and Aurora, who runs the house, were amazing and Aurora cooks fantastic meals, and is very proactive and collaborative. We spent 3 beautiful days at the house, walked to the town in Avandaro, enjoyed the house and garden. Both Clementine as the host and Aurora as the house lady made this a very nice weekend.

The location is the best, just a 5-minute walk to the center of Avandaro. The house is amazing, just like in the photos, everything was clean, and in good condition. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. Aurora was attentive, helpful and supported us in everything, she was always looking out for us. We were very comfortable and at ease and spent some nice family Christmas days. Our 2 pets also enjoyed it. Clementine is an excellent host. I'm sure we'll be back.

Clementine’s place is awesome, very well kept and welcoming. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and we loved the hot water. It has a huge garden with a tree house and plenty of room for the kids to enjoy. We would definitely recommend.

Great house with a big and beautiful garden, cherry spot location in Avandaro with a walking distance to downtown main street. The cook, Aurora, always helpful and she cooks delicious plates. Felt just like home.

This house has a wonderful location, a few minutes walk from downtown Avandaro. Excellent service, communication with Clementine was very good. The area of the living/dining/dining room and kitchen area is very comfortable. The garden is very nice. Everything is always very clean. Mrs. Aurora was attentive to our needs at all times. We took the fireplaces and it was very relaxing. In areas of opportunity I would only suggest improving mattresses, towels, sheets and sharing the exact location since on the street there are two houses with the same number . Actually the house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We went as a family so it was fine. This is definitely a family property and since you arrive you feel that way. Maybe if you're used to Airbnb like a hotel this isn't for yourself Consider that there are three dogs on the property, Lola who is old and another type of pug and a Chihuahua. We would definitely return as a family to enjoy the pool in hot weather.

The land is huge and well maintained, there are different types of trees and the pool is of considerable size. The house and its different rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything is arranged for you to disconnect, and if you need anything or if you need anything you need to leave a 5-minute walk away you will be in the heart of Avandaro. Clementine's attention is excellent, fast and efficient. Formidable.

I had a very good stay at Clementine's house. The place is beautiful and very spacious. The supermarket is incredibly close, as are many restaurants. Very clean and huge bathrooms; very comfortable beds. In the kitchen there were enough spices and things to cook. The pool is very large and delicious with the weather. Aurora, the person who takes care of the house, was very friendly and helped us cook. I definitely recommend staying in this place.

Clementine is a amazing host. The house is amazing with a fantastic garden . It is an ideal spot to forget the daily work routine. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the great spaces within the property. In addition, Clementine 's house is central to everything; from market, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and hikes. We loved it !

A great place to relax a couple of days with the family or friends. At walking distance to the Avandaro village. The house is spacious and cosy, the outer areas with pool, garden and several terraces offer different options to be on your own.

From the entrance I would say that communication with Clementine is 100% efficient. There is warmth and quick response when searching for information and agreeing on organizational issues. Then I would say that the location of this house is unbeatable. It is located a few hundred meters from the central area of Avandaro; where there are plenty of commercial premises, but also, for the distance to them, and the tranquility of the street, there is a wonderful peace. The house itself has magnificent spaces, comfortable furnishings, powerful internet and its windows are constantly illuminated. It's rustic and tastefully decorated. The layout of the rooms is magnificent, as if it were a small villa. The kitchen is complete in everything you need. You don't need to bring anything, except for the food. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Well-maintained and hassle-free bathrooms. The pool is a delight, you can swim or enjoy the sun. It's big and the photo doesn't lie. The surrounding park is spectacular. There is a great coexistence of construction with nature. The trees are beautiful. While the different flowers bring it a lot of color and magic. Aurora, the lady who helps in the cleaning and preparation of a dish, is very friendly and respectful. I'm a dog lover, and Lola, a black Labrador who lives there, made staying special. She is the most docile dog I've ever met and can become a great company. Something that was positive for me is that in the house there is not a TV. Honestly, I don't think it's necessary and it's good to disconnect from the world when such a special place is inhabited. I have several houses washed in Avandaro and it is in the first place. Recommended from the beginning to end.

This place is amazing. The plot of land is huge and makes for a pleasant morning walk. The pool is very refreshing and the right size and depth for staying with kids. We loved the amplitude and the closeness to town. Delivery from local store was easy, the neighborhood is amazing and the garden landscape is really relaxing. Beds are really comfortable, kitchen is very complete and large, and the best of all are the hostess and the housekeeper (Aurora)

It is a house in the valleys, with an excellent location for those who want to enjoy Avándaro. The layout of the house around the pool and its terrace are very nice. The garden is huge and very well maintained. The person who serves the guests deserves special mention, since they are always attentive to what is needed and cook very well.

Simply extraordinary. We will happily return to Clementine's house. We went with children, and the garden is a paradise for them. The whole property is very peaceful. You arrive and you don't want to leave again. It's a house to live in, rather than to sleep in after a wedding. In the hot season the pool is wonderful, because when heated with solar cells it is cool. Our host's communication and hospitality was timely and warm. The help in the house is the best I've ever seen. Well... even Lola the labrador is a sweetheart. Without a doubt, there are many lodging options in Valle, without fear of being wrong, this is one of the best.

As for the house, it is in perfect condition and the photos don't show how incredible the house is. It's much more than we expected. Aurora, the lady in charge, is very friendly and always available for whatever you need. Very close to downtown Avandaro and the services that this place offers. Highly recommended for a weekend to rest.
