We were looking for a place to spend Christmas with the family and this house turned out to be a totally successful decision. To describe it in a word "Wonderful". A comfortable house, spacious, well located, very well decorated, very well stocked. And to highlight the cordial and friendly service of Aidee, Matilde and Antonio, they made us feel at home, not to mention the tasty food. In our family we have different tastes and they managed to please everyone with great quality of dishes. Diana always pending, flexible and with good recommendations, easy and smooth communication Definitely a place to come back to on our next visit to Cuernavaca

We highly recommend this house to spend a few very relaxing days. The house is in perfect condition and the service is excellent. The house is amazing, the service makes you really enjoy every moment in it. We were 5 families and enjoyed to the fullest, all the rooms are fantastic, well equipped. The house is super well cared for, you can enjoy every corner and the service is the maximum, we did the menu and they helped us to do the corresponding shopping so we were able to arrive and enjoy without worries.

Diana's house is very centrally located in Cuernavaca on a very quiet street. The photos are as you will find the house, which is not a new and modern house but a colonial house with all its charm and that allows you to rest and enjoy at ease. It is worth going as a group since with its 6 bedrooms (each with bath) the house allows large groups to be comfortable and comfortable living together at ease. If something stands out is the attention of Tomy, Aidée, and Toño. The food is delicious and they are attentive to any wish you may have.

Beautiful house with the best location in Cuernavaca, it has all the spaces are very good size, without any problem sleeping up to 20 people, each comfortable in bed and with the respective attachments. The pool is delicious with the ideal temperature, the garden a large enough size up to for a football game. Ping-pong table, pool table, fireplace, in short, the house has everything you need to have a great time. But the most important thing and what gets the 5 stars is the service from Mari and the other lady whose name I don't remember, who are always making sure that you feel at home, always with a positive and pleasant attitude, congratulations!

It's a beautiful house, but the best thing is the hospitality. The service offered by Mary, Cristina and Toño is undoubtedly the best. I highly recommend it for a weekend break with family or friends.

WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS. Diana's house was a delight! My family was delighted with the design of the house, the layout of the spaces, and especially the location and service. My family is large (24 people) and it was a good place to spend time together. The house is in an excellent location. Within walking distance of Plaza CUERNAVACA, Comercial Mexicana and Suerama, which is amazing when you have to buy last-minute things for dinner ;) Christina, Mary and Tońo were the best service people we've had in all the houses we've rented. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to help! Really great. Some points for improvement: 1. Flexibility. The house is beautifully designed and can comfortably accommodate more than 20 people. I understand that Diana wants to keep the space wonderful and perfect. However, I had problems when some last-minute relatives decided to join us for Christmas (1 to 4 people) and Diana refused to make any exceptions, which led me to rent another additional house for them. While it's true that Diana was incredibly helpful in giving me recommendations for places, it seems to me that the house has space for additional beds. 2. Another suggestion is to improve the beds. In general, with the exception of the main bed, the rest were hard for the majority of the family. 3. Amenities. It would be great to have amenities such as shampoo or towel cleaning in the house, especially when we stay for 6 days. 4. Lastly, chlorine in the pool. When it was cleaned, the amount of chlorine was very high and my family members had eye irritation and a chlorine smell on their skin for two days. Again, small things to improve, but this is a great choice for those looking for a wonderful space in CUERNAVACA. By the way, there is a spa a 5-km walk from the house that is great! At the Hotel Anticavilla, recommended by Diana ;) Thanks again, Diana ;)

I rented this house for 4 days and it was a great experience, it has excellent services, well equipped, I would definitely come back. The house staff prepared delicious food for us.

My wife and I traveled to Mexico with my brothers and their families. This house worked out perfectly because of the many different areas for us to gather as a family. The kids could hang out by the pool or in the rec room while adults gathered in the outdoor living areas. The house is meticulously clean. The gardens are beautiful. Service personnel treated us like royalty. The meals they prepared for us were absolutely delicious. If the opportunity arises for us to visit Cuernavaca again, we would definitely stay at this home.

An excellent place to spend a weekend with family and friends. The house is amazing and very spacious, and the house staff are always attentive to what you might need. I would definitely return.

The staff was great support The house looks just like the pictures but it had even more add on entertainment options than advertised which the kids loved: swings, trampoline, soccer goals, puzzles, board games, baby swimming pool, etc. We had a wonderful time, very relaxing, the area is super private but close enough to shopping areas and downtown. We will definitely recommend it. Our large family couldn't have hoped for anything better. Thanks Diana!! Our recommendation is to bring mosquito repellent and use it liberally.

The house is beautiful and can comfortably accommodate 16 people. To be more, there has to be 6 people in a room, and it becomes complicated. The service is amazing, and the cleanliness and food are excellent. We would come back tomorrow if we could! Thank you very much, Diana.

The house more than matches what is advertised. Fifteen of us from my family, including adults and children, stayed very comfortably, and we were able to take advantage of its excellent facilities: pool, garden, pool table, etc. The location is very good: it is in a pleasant residential area, with easy access and with commercial facilities nearby. For us, it was convenient to use it as a base for trips to the surrounding areas in the states of Morelos and Guerrero. On the other hand, and also important, the three people who take care of the house do so efficiently and with great kindness.

The house is amazing, beautiful, cozy, and has everything you could need and more! We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay in Diana's home, the description was very accurate. The pool was very warm and garden large and perfect for games with kids. Staff are excellent and also helped to make our stay very enjoyable. A wonderful place to escape.

Excellent house and excellent service! The house is very nice (even better than as seen in the photos), everything very clean and in good condition, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and has a beautiful garden. It is a very comfortable house to go with a group of 10 - 15 people and the host provided us with all the information before our arrival, including menu options for them to buy and cook. The house service staff is very attentive and they did the shopping for us for the weekend and cooked very rich. We really liked everything and had an excellent weekend.

Unparalleled house and service. Every year I rent a house in different places and this house has by far been the best! The service staff is always willing to help with the kitchen, cleaning, etc. The pool has an ideal temperature and, above all, it's clean. The house is exactly as shown in the photos!!! This was by far the nicest, best kept, best decorated and well maintained house I have ever stayed at. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed both the interior, architecture and especially the landscaping. There were two cooks there the entire time and a handyman and it was extremely affordable and I've never felt better taken care of. That and all of it went so smoothly, even for a big group of 14. I wouldn't waste your time looking for another property, it won't get better than this.
