Marisa's place is in a beautiful location. The apartment is easy to get to, very clean, and we had lots of amenities including drinking water, plenty of toilet paper, towels, and dishes/cookware. The apartment was comfortable and quiet as was the neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

What an incredible stay! Marisa's Condesa apartment was the perfect home base for our 9 day family trip to CDMX. The apartment was spacious and cozy for the seven of us (6 adults and 1 toddler). The location is great!. It's super walkable to lots of restaurants and an easy Uber to further away places that you'll probably want to visit. The tree lined street was SO PRETTY and made for the perfect casual walk route. I loved that the apartment had a 24/7 doorperson and a keyless entry, it made it super easy to come and go. Finally, Marissa was a super communicative and kind host. If I get the chance to, I would 100% come back to CDMX and stay at this listing.

I stayed with my family and we liked everything. The apartment is very spacious. The area offers plenty of options for restaurants, cafes, and shops.

They let us leave our luggage there while we picked up as rental car. Don’t hesitate. Super place. Easy communication.

My group of 6 had a fantastic stay at Marisa's! The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having three bathrooms was a real plus. The location in Hipódromo is unbeatable. Marisa was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Terrific location, super responsive host, great place overall - photos were accurate. Only detail that should be highlighted is the 4th bedroom is a a “maids room” off the laundry area - but that said having a third bathroom was great (we were 5 adults).

This place has the best location — it’s close to restaurants, parks, and everything is super beautiful. We had an issue with the safe because of our own mistake, and they helped us solve it very quickly!! Excellent hosts! We were a group of seven women, and because of the Airbnb security at the front door, we felt very safe.

We had a great time at Marissa’s place. The location was great and beautiful. Felt safe the entire time. We were provided with all things we needed. Dishes, towels, blankets, pillows, and even some sweet things like handmade soap and fruit. Super quick walk to a convenient store (oxxo) nice shops all around. Marissa even worked with us for our tickets to EDC to arrive by letting the doorman know to accept the package. Overall accommodating! Would love to stay again! 🤗

Marisa's place was just perfect, especially the location. It was magical to step out and be on Avenida Ámsterdam, with the boulevard trail ringing Parque México, it felt like everything was at our doorstep: cafes, restaurants, bars, art, culture, nature, and of course so many happy dogs!

Really nice space for my family to stay. The location was ideal and Marisa was an excellent communicator. Some noise in the mornings from the nesting mourning doves (cooing) but otherwise exactly as expected. Thanks again, Marisa!

Loved the place and the location - its right on Amsterdam and surrounded by beautiful trees and a very quirky gallery. They have a huge living area so was great for our group to hang around and chill. The apartment itself was clean and sanitized. The beds were comfortable and so were the bathrooms!

The apartment is in a great location, it has many rooms ideal for groups of several people, we requested daily cleaning and that's what made the difference, we had the privilege of a hotel while being in the comfort of an apartment. I highly recommend it!

Great location and space for a large familiy. Extremely walkable and lots of restaurants and cafes. We did experience some protests, but other than that, I'd definitely recommend this AirBnB. It's also close to local gyms and "Parque Mexico and Parque Espana." You cannot beat this location.

Marisa and Diego were wonderful hosts. You know a host is excellent when you have an issue and they are on top of it right away. We had an issue with the hot water and they came over personally the same day. When it turned out to be a bigger issue, they had a repair crew brought in. All of this with very friendly, helpful and positive interactions. Beds were very comfortable. Showers were strong. You don’t need AC, there are fans for every room. The door attendants are always there to let you in and out so you feel very safe. The neighborhood of Condesa is quiet and walkable. There is an OXXO convenience store on the same block, you can walk to Parque México - take an exercise class 7am with a community group! Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Also, don’t worry if it says rain every day. It was always just an afternoon shower, not the whole day.

Marisa is an excellent host and is very responsive. The location is excellent, close to the park and walking distance to abundance of great restaurants and bars. Also very peaceful and quiet as this is on a smaller quieter street.

Beautiful location, clean space, very responsive host

Our stay was excellent! Loved everything about the place. Similar to most places in Mexico, there is no AC but the Airbnb had fans and it got cool at night with windows open. Only thing to note, especially with windows open, the area can be both lively and also has some construction, so it can be a little noisy. Small note for an otherwise fantastic stay. Incredibly responsive hosts, very clean apartment, felt safe with lovely doorman, excellent location.

I loved our stay at Marissa’s place! The place is in a really nice neighborhood next to Parque Mexico with lots of expat friendly restaurants and cafe. Marissa and Diego not only made the place clean and comfortable but also offered to drive us to butterfly sanctuary when we couldn’t find an available tour online and advised us on what to do in CDMX. Highly recommend staying with them!

Marisa’s home is in the perfect location in condesa. We traveled as a group of 6 adults and 1 infant. The home is spacious, plenty of room to relax after a long day exploring. They have put a lot of thought into the rental and you’ll find all of your basic needs here. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there is someone on site managing the door. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to Mexico City soon, I’ll be reaching out to Marisa for a smaller place our immediate family. There was some fruit on our arrival that was the perfect touch after an early morning travel day.

Exceptional 4 bedrooms in Hipodromo/La Condesa. Terrific location, very peaceful but still close to the action in the neighborhood. Great coffee shops within walking distance. Could fit 2 couples (one king/one queen) and then the rest of the beds are great for other members of the group. Awesome value for what you are getting and the description of the Airbnb online is spot on for what you get in the property on-site. Doorman was always attentive and is a major plus. Would absolutely stay here again, for the Airbnb and neighborhood.

Marisa's home was very warm, welcoming and a perfect space for our 2-family getaway. The kids had a wonderful time especially with the additional "bedroom" next to the kitchen where the older kids played Uno and escaped the younger one:) Marisa kept fruits for us which was really helpful when we checked in late at night. The apartment is located on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the mountains! Doorman ( day time and night time) were very friendly. The neighborhood is lively with lots of restaurants and cafes, especially Odette which has awesome breads and croissants.

It already felt like home on the first day. The big windows give a great view of the city, and everything is just a short walk away. The staff at the entrance was friendly and available 24/7 to welcome us. Awesome place - I'd definitely come back!

Marisa’s apartment was the perfect Airbnb for our group. It was spacious, the location and neighborhood could not be better, and she was extremely accommodating. If you are traveling with a larger group of people, this is the place.

Good place, good location. Marisa’s place was clean and accurate, and having a doorman was a nice plus. Note that one of the rooms is very small and located by the washer/dryer, would recommend this place more for a party of 5 than 6.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Extremely clean, and the host was super responsive. Having a doorman was a nice touch too. My only concern was that there was a small lift in the tile, which most of my family members including myself tripped over a few times, but it was nothing major and we all laughed about it! The area of the airbnb was phenomenal. Extremely walkable and safe, with lots to do. I would recommend staying here with a group.

Marisa's apartment in Condesa was perfect for our family of 5. The location is AMAZING! Steps away from dozens of incredible restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and parks. The kitchen was also great for cooking meals at home. The 7th floor apartment was totally secure, with a 24h doorman. It was super quiet at night at we all slept well in the comfortable beds. The apartment was spotless, spacious and absolutely wonderful. We appreciated the bathroom amenities and fast WiFi as well.

Great location in the heart of Condesa! The space is clean and secure. One of three bathrooms is pretty small, as is the room accompanying it, but it worked well for our group. We appreciated the clean and well stocked kitchen.

Loved our family stay, couldn’t find a better location in La Condesa. Iconic Amsterdam Avenue with lots of restaurants and just a block away from the beautiful Parque Mexico, easy Uber ride to other parts of the city. Apartment is lovely, spacious and airy, our group of 5 plus a toddler felt very comfortable, loved the plants and morning sunshine. Very friendly doormen. Marissa is a great host! Very responsive and warm, it was an absolute pleasure to stay in her apartment.

Great stay! Apartment was just really warm with no way to change the temperature. At least we couldn’t find a thermostat. Other then that a great stay.

It is a spacious and clean house enough for a family of five, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. However, it is necessary to note that one of the four rooms is a service area.

Great stay. Nice guard at the door at all times. Lots of good places to eat nearby and felt safe at all times. The rooms were clean and bathrooms too. No complaints.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. It was super clean when we got there. All the bedrooms were different and everyone in our party of 5 found the one they loved. Even the tiny bedroom was great, despite some people’s reviews, although it’s worth noting that it’s windowless. The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus. If I was forced to mention something negative, it’d be that the kitchen was a little smaller than what we expected. Although it had everything needed (minus the dishwasher). Overall, a very comfortable place.

We were lucky to find Marisa’s place at the last minute when our flight was delayed overnight. Gorgeous views out the windows and one of the loveliest neighborhoods in CDMX. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and would have liked to stay longer. Great to have a place to do laundry - with dryer! - also.

Marisa's place is located conveniently near parque Mexico. Lots of eateries and cafes nearby and not too far from airport. It was nice to have 24 hour doorman/security! The space is exactly as pictured and was more than enough space for the group of 5 of us! Marisa was very responsive to all messages and instructions were all clear!

A group of four of us stayed at Marisa’s for five days. The apartment was clean and well equipped, fantastic location for adventures around Mexico City. I Hope to return one day.

The apartment was clean, organized and had every thing you need for the stay. The location is wonderful and very diverse. Lots of restaurants, parks and markets.

My friends and I came to Mexico City for the first time and absolutely loved Marisa's place. She was accommodating with baggage storage for early flights getting in and late flights departing and offered amazing recommendations both over text and in the booklet that is inside the apartment. She even helped me figure out which day to go to a lucha libre fight. Marisa is extremely responsive and incredibly thoughtful. She even left little chocolates in each room, fruit and water for us. Very nice touch. The bathrooms were also very clean with toilet strips indicating each had been sanitized right before our arrival. Thank you Marisa for a perfect stay! We will forward to staying with you again!!

We stayed two families in the flat with 4 small kids in total. Flat is situated in a great location and close to restaurants, Parque de Mexico which has a nice big playground for the kids. Flat was very clean and open plan. Host was very flexible and accomodating and we would definitely rebook if we came back.

Great location near several parks and many restaurants, with an OXXO at the corner. The home was as pictured and well stocked. Marisa is a wonderful host who was very flexible about check in. The Wifi was also very fast. Highly recommend!
