Beautiful place on Marsella Beach in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Beach front, literally on the beach, with an amazing view of the sunset. The house es very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Tha kitchen had everything. The staff is always nearby, helpful and very responsive, taking care of the place very early in the day so you always wake up to a tidy terrace, clean pool and watered garden. Casa Mar y Sol is a gem 💎. Book it!

David’s place Casa Mar y Sol is one of the most private and beautiful places I have had the pleasure to stay at and relax the days away. This place scores high with me and my family who throughly enjoyed their stay as well. Casa Mar y Sol is well taken care of and the care taker Fabio and his wife were excellent taking care of our needs making sure we had all we needed to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Casa Mar y Sol is well represented with all amenities and matches the description on the listing. The place is big enough for all the family to enjoy, we made many memories together and would recommend David’s place to other families who want a true beach house getaway. A very big thank you to David and his staff for making our vacation a safe and memorable one…we felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Perfect place for the family close to the beach

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation is in a very central location, which allowed us to walk around San Juan del Sur and enjoy restaurants, shops and the beach without having to use the car. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the balcony is beautiful, ideal for relaxing for a while and enjoying the surroundings. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur.

David’s is very nice, it’s well kept, clean. You definitely need a SUV and preferably 4x4, the roads leading to the house has several areas that can get large puddles of water that can get almost knee deep. Fabio and a Leslie who are the house service team are amazing and they go above and beyond to help you in anything you need. Fabio can guide you in the at arrival in the vent you get lost. The house is right by the beach, the pools is very nice well kept and clean but if you have young children and they don’t swim well you need to bring them life vest or floating devices. Overall I recommend David’s house it was amazing I stayed there with my son 17 years old, daughter 7 years old my wife, my dad and aunt and we all enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful home. The view leaves you speechless. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the beds. There is plenty of space throughout the property. You can swim in the lagoon or in the pool, play on the volleyball court, or relax on the decks or in the cabins. There is enough space for everyone. The caretaker of the house, Julio, is very friendly and attentive to your needs. We would definitely love to come back.

Our whole family was delighted with the house. We loved it and we will definitely come back. It's right in front of the beach, the water in the pool is definitely warm, the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the Wi-Fi is good, it's clean, and the caretakers responded to our needs. The entrance to the place is right in front of the PUENTE BASTON, coming from San Juan del Sur. We loved this house!

We had a wonderful stay with our family and only wish we had booked for longer! The location is stunning — right in front of the beach with incredible views that made for a truly relaxing trip. Flavio and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. A highlight was the in-house massage service, which was a treat. One thing to keep in mind: there is only one restaurant nearby, though San Juan del Sur is not far. For families with young children, I’d recommend bringing your own drinks and food. We will definitely be back — next time for a full week!
