Excellent location to be with family since it's in a great place to rest and at the same time enjoy the sea with a reef within walking distance, a few meters from your room. Emigdio was flexible and helpful at all times. It's definitely worth it.

Stunning views from a great apartment, very good for a relaxing stay!

It was a dreamy day. The host's service was impeccable, from before the trip to the very end. Very helpful with everything; he even helped us with the schedules and location to catch the ferry with the car. She gave us advice on places to visit. It was easy to get to the apartment and access it. The location is very good, especially if you are traveling by car; the city center and the port to take the ferry are about 7 minutes away. The apartment is the most fully equipped one I've ever rented. Basically, you don't have to bring anything. There are cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, a dryer (very important for beach days), water sports equipment such as floats and snorkels, sunscreen, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of appliances (for example, there are three different coffee makers!!). The views from the balconies are unparalleled, as are the building's pool and the access to the sea for snorkeling... everything was truly perfect; we were very happy. Thank you for everything, and I hope we can come back!!!

We felt right at home! My family has stayed at many condos at the north end of Cozumel The view was spectacular. This condo met all of our needs it was very well equipped. The host was very responsive. Any time we had any questions. He was delighted to work with. Five star ratings!!!!

The high location of the apartment overlooking the sea was superb. Emigdio’s unit on the 8th floor and the other unit next to it were the only ones in the building that had balconies overlooking the jungle side. It was quite nice to relax on this balcony when shaded during the late afternoons. Emigdio was definitely a 5 star host. He was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate our family and be helpful. We would be pleased to come back.

Our stay was excellent. Emigdio was an excellent host. He was very, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The view was spectacular, could sit on the terrace for hours watching the ships and boats and enjoying the blue waters. While we did go out for sunset viewing, we did not have to do so, the sunset was always great from the terrace. The condominium building was well maintained, very nice pool area. Since we had our dog with us, it was easy to walk her either out on the avenue and play with her on the grassy areas poolside. Maintenance staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was comfortable. would have liked access to cable TV.

The unit was just like the pictures and was safe. The overall property was very well maintained. Parking was assigned and located right in front of the building.

With amazing views of the ocean and easy, private access to the sea, the apartment was located in a peaceful neighborhood and well equipped. Emigdio was a great host, always helpful and communicative - thanks!

We are in our way home, and wish we never had to leave. My family had an amazing getaway. Emigdio's place was perfect for us. We had enough rooms and baths to spread out but also spacious common areas for us to gather for precious family time. The location is beautiful with a stunning view rain or shine. The facilities were spotless and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and snorkeling right behind the property. We were able to meet our scuba boat just a few minutes walk from the condo...so convenient. There are lots of cabs around so it was easy to head into San Miguel for dinner, shopping or hanging out. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of an Airbnb that I've seen. Any tool, pot or utensil you need is there. And 3 ways to make coffee! Nespresso pods, regular coffee pot, or a krups machine that will grind beans for the most amazing coffee! Emigdio was a fantastic host, incredibly helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly. He even helped arrange a chef cooked meal!

This was likely the best or one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at over the years. The location is excellent—peaceful and away from the crowds. The views are breathtaking, and the apartment is in excellent condition. As always, the Airbnb experience heavily depends on the host's responsiveness to issues, questions, or suggestions. In this case, the hosts were fantastic and extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Was beautiful looking out into the Sea.

We enjoyed our stay at Emigdio's place. Mornings and evenings were spent on the patio enjoying the views and ocean with our coffee. The snorkeling was excellent right in front, and the pool area was nicely laid out. The diving board was a bonus! We cooked a few times in the kitchen, which was convenient. The master bedroom was quite comfortable, although our guests in the back bedroom were a little hot, as there was not as much ventilation, but fans were provided. It is a quick cab ride to town, although prices have risen since we were last in Cozumel 11 years ago. We rented Jeeps for a day to explore the island, and they were conveniently delivered to us and picked up the next morning. We dove one day and were scheduled to dive a second day, but sadly, the marina was closed due to the wind. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing vacation.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our time here! A truly spectacular place with GORGEOUS views. You can watch the sun rise over the jungle and set over the ocean every single day. The owner graciously let us check in early and reached out while we were there to see if we needed anything. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. It was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The wi-fi was fantastic. We did not want to leave! I hope we will be able to come back and stay here again! Thank you Emigdio for everything!
