We loved the location, it was a nice walk to breakfast every morning which we were intentional about. beautiful second story location felt safe with our kids. The boys loved playing in the Lagoon and watching the jellyfish. We would definitely stay again.

We loved Shawnee‘s place. It is beautiful, classy and met our every need. Puerto Aventuras is maintained, manicured, safe and community oriented. Easy access to PA’s beach club, Xcaret and Xel ha. We wished we had stayed there the longer. Put the complex name into your GPS. We accidentally put in the ZIP Code, 🤪which sent us on a wild goose chase.

Shani was an amazing host - so responsive and helpful! The home was just like pictured, nice to have the kayaks available and a location walkable to the amenities in PA. It was perfect for our kids and grandkids! We hope to get back soon!!

Amazing new condo. Loved the place and its sorroundings. Enjoy Puerto Aventuras and all it has to offer. Host is very responsive and helpful. Dont think twice to book such a nice property. Pool, kayaks - close to lagoon and beach access. Excellent option for a top getaway.

It is a new apartment, very nice, comfortable, clean and very nice. Help to find it could be improved, especially when you arrive at night. I think that if you indicate in the directions that when you arrive at the booth, you should locate the name of the apartments, it is easier to get there. The location took us to a development that is exactly behind and it just so happens that there is the same apartment number, on the second level and we even opened the door, when we saw that it was occupied we closed it. The man who lives there came out and helped us find our way, he mentioned that it happens to him frequently. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, clean, the person in charge of the apartment is always on top of absolutely everything. Super recommended. Thanks a lot

We are incredibly happy we chose this condo for a one week stay with our two kids. The view of the lagoon is beautiful, the location is great and private and the marina is easily accessible by walking (about 15 mins) or a 2 minute golf cart ride (highly recommend getting one). The condo itself was clean and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for our family. The unit could use some additional dish cloths (we could only find one), hand towels (only had face cloths) and some paper towel. We ended up purchasing laundry detergent but that wasn’t needed as the condo already has it. Shani was an incredible host and very responsive and friendly. Definitely one of the more communicative hosts we’ve had. All in all I highly recommend and cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful and spacious!

A great location--I wish we were able to stay longer than one night! There seems to be so much to do in this complex. As others have said, there are restaurants, golf carts, and so many shopping opportunities in this place! My friends and I were only able to stay one night as we were attending an event down the street for the next 5 nights. If we WERE to stay longer, we would have done so! The place is spacious, with a spectacular balcony!

Comfortable stay, with everything you need to relax, met the expectations of a family of 5. Alberca almost always alone, intermediate point of several important tourist attractions. The place's own beach was excellent. Quick and clarifying responses from our host to all our questions. 100% recommended

Everything's perfect

Shani was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The apartment is big, nice furniture, comfy beds, well - equipped and super clean. The neighborhood was very safe for the kids to roam freely without constant supervision (three 12 year's old). Puerto Aventura is a gated community and there is really no need to go outside as you can find everything on site (pharmacy, restaurants, convenience store, beach, etc). If you want to check out everything that Puerto Aventura offers your can check their website. We love our stay and are looking forward to come back again!

Very large comfortable apartment, nicely decorated, well equipped, with very pleasant terrace and wonderful views of the lagoon. Shani is always very responsive and responds to all our requests. Puerto aventuras is a little paradise!

The apartament is nice and comfortable, great terrace with view to the canals. We spent great time with family and my dog. Shani was a great host giving and went beyond with good recommendations about the neighboorhood. The pool is shared with other 5 apartments, but most of the time we were the only ones there. Overall, good experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and our host, Shani! It was a home away from home. The condo was amazing and the view was incredible! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the kids loved their rooms. From the balcony, looking out at the lagoon was so peaceful, and kayaking on the lagoon was so beautiful. There was so much to do (beaches, beach club, restaurants, shops, Dolphin Discovery) and being in a gated community made us feel very safe. Shani was friendly, accommodating and responsive if we had any issues or questions. She made excellent recommendations for things to do around Puerto Aventuras. We loved our experience and stay and can't wait to return! I highly recommend Quinta Laguna as your next vacation stay!

It's an amazing place to relax, To go as a family. In my case, this year I even brought my puppy, and the place is super accessible for those of us who have dogs. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Shani is very helpful and attentive to any needs. Puerto Aventuras is definitely a paradise

Excellent place in terms of tranquility, the location allows you to eat nearby or make your own food. Getting to the sea is 5 minutes etc

the pictures don't do this place justice.. it is absolutely beautiful inside. We had little children and I don't think it's very child-friendly but it's an absolutely gorgeous place to stay and has everything you need and more.
