Beautiful apartment, amazing view, very comfortable, clean.

We really enjoyed Uriel's apartment. Beautiful view, everything you need for a week-long vacation!! We had no difficulty at all!

The space is very nice. Just as described. Perhaps it would be good to update the living room (sofa) and include TVs in the bedrooms. At least in the main one. All services were 100% and Uriel was always attentive to us. He gave us recommendations for places to eat and buy some things. Overall, the place met our expectations and we hope to return soon.

Uriel responded to my questions at all times. The complex is beautiful and the apartment is larger than I imagined. It has everything you need to spend special days with the family. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very nice

Our experience was very pleasant and satisfying; our children had a great time. The apartment has everything you need to prepare your own food; everything is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant area is fine. Affordable value for money. The pool area is kept clean, and guests are requested not to bring food or drinks into the pool, which is not very deep (1.20 m / 3.9 ft). The beach area does have a lot of rocks, but even though we went on a Holy Week day, there was room and space to feel at ease without so many people, and the view is nice. The people at the front desk aren't that friendly, maybe because you're an outsider. If you want a place with privacy, clean, with a pool, and also a beach, this is definitely a great option for relaxing and spending time with family.

Uriel is very friendly and is always attentive, his apartment was very clean, tidy and the complex is very nice, just as a recommendation the mattress of the main bedroom is not so comfortable, you can already feel some springs, I think if it is replaced it would be even more pleasant to stay, greetings.

Uriel is an exceptional host and the apartment is beautiful.

Nice accommodations and grounds. Exceeded expectations. We had a car so the location was perfect. Ten minutes to Punta Mita and 15-20 minutes to Sayulita and Bucerias. PV airport was maybe 45 mins away. Would stay here again in a second. Great communication from host as well.

The apartment is just like the photos. Very well located. Uriel is always super attentive, he helped us with everything and was very helpful and flexible. He was attentive to any questions and/or concerns. 10000% recommended!!!!! We'll be back for sure!

Everything was very good, we felt right at home, natural things from day to day but the clean and tidy apartment only below the beds had a lot of dust and lint, all the perfect and functional amenities, even with board games to use. We had a great time! Thank you

The accommodation is just as seen in the photos. It is equipped with everything you need. Uriel accepted our stay less than 24 hours in advance, and yet everything was ready to receive us. He was always attentive and super available. As for the apartment complex, the view is unparalleled. There are 6 pools, and some need a bit of maintenance, but the temperature and cleanliness are perfect. As for the beach, it has a super comfortable shaded area. The sea has stones, but this is normal in Punta de Mita. Recommended accommodation for its comfort, facilities, and service

The place is amazing. The apartment is quite spacious. It has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, tub in the master bedroom very nice. Fluffy towels. The complex has many common areas and its private beach is beautiful. Padr gymnasium with a beach view. Ludoteca that my kids enjoyed. Lots of pools, you never feel crowded with a lot of people. Highly recommended. Attention of the host at all times. 10/10 👌
