The house is very nice and in a very good location! We went as a group of 13 people. It was phenomenal!

We loved Merida! This house was great for our family of 17 people visiting. We had older people and younger kids and everyone had a great time. Having a pool was such a wonderful addition since Merida is hot. The house is walkable to amazing restaurants and centrally located for shopping. Rosy was amazing and accommodating everyday. We can’t wait to visit again!

We were 3 families ranging from ages 2 to 85. Everyone enjoyed the stay and had fun. Loved that the house was spacious and had great air conditioning. The kids loved the pool. It was great to have several gathering areas including a game room. Rosy was so helpful as well.

Great place close to the center of Merida. The host and the property manager were great and very communicative. House was clean and had a clean pool with a nice game room.

Casa Santian is a beautiful home with a phenomenal host who responded immediately to all inquiries! Rosy, the housekeeper, is a sweet and lovely lady as well, who was also very helpful. She came daily and attended to whatever we needed. However, we kept the kitchen clean and did not have her clean the bedrooms daily, but she would have. We only have one recommendation: a couch on the kitchen side of the house. We had sleeping babies upstairs, and the monitors didn’t reach the front of the house, where the living room was located. The home is immaculate, clean, and beautiful. Its location is ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. While the price was manageable for us as we split it between several families, it may be considered expensive for a single family. That said, it is a stunning 8-bedroom house in a fantastic area. The home is charming, impeccably clean, and situated in a wonderful neighborhood! Thank you to the amazing host for everything!

It exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, with lots of nice touches and amenities. Cecy and Alejandra, the owners, were in constant communication and attentive at all times. The icing on the cake was Rossy, the manager, who was lovely and very helpful. Thanks to the whole team, our stay was wonderful.

Had a group of 10 stay here and could've comfortably fit 16. Rooms were comfortable and clean with their own A/Cs and well stocked. The kitchen had filtered water and ice. The location was good, just 10 minute walk to the Centro. Plenty of spaces to lounge.

Casa Santiago was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 15. It was a treat to have en-suite bathrooms for all 8 bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, all the appliances worked ands lots of rooms to relax. The neighborhood was quiet, yet very close to wonderful restaurants, cultural sites, and shopping. And Rosa was a fabulous housekeeper. Always responsive, kept the house immaculate and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

My family and I stayed at Casa Santian to celebrate a birthday. We had a group of 13 people ranging in ages from 1 to 75, and the home suited us all perfectly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The decor is attractive while also comfortable. There are many gathering spaces and we used them all. The hosts provided references for a private chef, tour guides, and private transportation, which all worked out very well. The chef was wonderful, especially with young kids in the group it can be hard to coordinate and enjoy a restaurant for so many meals. That being said, we were also walking distance to key attractions (Paseo Montejo, a large variety of restaurants, Plaza Grande). We could not have asked for a better place for our celebration and highly recommend Casa Santian.

I have stayed at Casa Santian a few times. And as always, it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants and shop in a safe area. Rosie, the housekeeper, is lovely and so helpful. Rooms are huge and each has a shower/bathroom. Overall, the wifi is strong . Towels and linens are a very good quality. It is a beautiful place to be able to relax and enjoy. Thank you again!

Casa Santian offered a great accommodation for our family during our son’s wedding. Additionally, Rosy, the housekeeper, was one of best things that Casa Santian had. She made our trip so comfortable and enjoyable. She made us feel at home.

We enjoyed the house. Pretty good location. Many things within walking distance. The house was well equipped. Rosie was great; she checked with me every day to see if there was anything we needed. The entire experience was great!

We had two families stay here and there was enough room for all 4 kids to have their own bedrooms. The home is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The AC’s work great and we were even very cold at night. We love Mérida and visit often, if we need a big house again we would definitely stay here.

There is space for everything you may want to do. We hosted 16 people and everyone loved the home. Rosy cleaned everyday and was super helpful. Anything you think you need, the house has it. The courtyard is exquisite. You are also close to some great restaurants and walking distance to several squares in Merida. We highly recommend Casa Santian to anyone who asks.

The house is beautiful and so well located. Mérida is a wonderful city to explore, as well as a central hub to many fantastic Yucatan adventures. The host was very responsive, and the caretaker, Rosy was incredibly kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and hope to return!

Our 5 days in Merida were made so much better due to our stay at Casa Santian. We were an extended family of 10 adults and we had plenty room to lounge around. The bedrooms, especially the ones with 2 beds were very large. The front bar area/table was super nice. The decor was great. Rosy came in each day to clean and even did our laundry. It was really nice to come back from walking around in the heat to dip our toes in the pool and take naps in the hammocks. The place exceeded our expectations.

The house is in a perfect location. Lots of space for street parking. Huge house with lots of space for our group…. We were 13 and didn’t use all the rooms. The decoration is beautiful, it had some lovely Christmas details as well. Rooms were spacious. And the house overall had lots of details that made us feel that nothing was missing. The bar / lounge was a great hang out for the family to have a drink and play games. Would definitely use the same location again for a large group in Merida.

This place was a great find. We are six colleagues from all over the world, and we stayed there for a week. The location is close to many restaurants within walking distance, quiet, and plenty of parking spots in the street. We were greeted by Rosi, who was very helpful and friendly. She helped us with housekeeping all week and did a great job. The house had a lot of sitting and working areas, and the internet was working well everywhere in the house. We had 8 rooms, all with AC and ensuite bathrooms, that came fully equipped. I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay here again when I'm back in Merida. Thanks to everyone, and especially to Rosi, who made our stay very pleasant.

5 Stars – Amazing Experience! We stayed for just one night but were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this stay. We booked the night at the very last minute, with only an hour's notice before check-in, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were incredibly responsive and quickly mobilized their staff to ensure the place was spotless and ready for our arrival. Not only was the property beautiful and perfectly suited to our needs, but the host was also exceptionally gracious. They helped us solve an issue we encountered with the Airbnb app, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with an attentive and professional host. We couldn't be happier with our experience. It is a beautiful and very comfortable house, the staff super friendly and they always keep it very clean, the location is good, you arrive walking to Paseo Montejo and many restaurants. Totally recommendable.

A group of ten of us stayed her me for a destination birthday celebration. It’s a great home for relaxing — plenty of space, a lovely pool for lounging in, a well-appointed kitchen, and pleasant and tasteful design. The host is super responsive and the housekeeping staff is top rate and friendly. We were able to walk to four out of the five restaurants we ate at while in Merida. I would return for another visit without hesitation.

Rosy was great. She met us at the door and gave us instructions. We had 4 keys which is really helpful with different families coming and going. There were a few bugs but most were dead. In a city you expect to encounter some bugs. The neighborhood was not especially pretty but the house is an oasis. We never felt unsafe in the area. Pool was great for the little kids-it's small but the little ones didn't care. I really can't find any fault with the place! Don't be put off by the look of the neighborhood. It makes the charm and beauty of the residence even better.

It was an absolutely dream to stay at Casa Santian. I stayed with a group of 8 girls so we had more than enough room. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and the rooms are even more beautiful and clean in person. Rosy, the house-keeper, was so helpful and kind the entire time we were there. One night we hired the Chef that was recommended and the meal was affordable and so delicious. The house is also conveniently located in Merida near the restaurants and shops. I strongly recommend staying here and I would definitely come back!

This AirBnB was more like a private hotel, which was amazing. The house manager, Rosy, was responsive via what's app and available 10am-5pm local time. There was a whole cleaning crew who tidied up, made beds, etc. during the day as well. There is one bedroom with two beds on the ground floor. All the other rooms with two beds are upstairs on one side of the house. Via another staircase upstairs all all the bedrooms with a king bed. There were several living spaces. Very walkable to all our favorite restaurants. We had 16 adults and it fit us all very comfortably. If we go to Merida again with a big group we'll certainly consider staying here!

We had 15 in the house and we all had plenty of room within the shared spaces and individual rooms. Rosy, the house manager took care of our every need and kept the house neat and tidy for the 5 nights we were there. We all agreed that our favorite part of the trip (other than the actual wedding we were there for) was having the beautiful spaces to enjoy together! Casa Santian is a gem!

The house has a location where you easily access most of the attractions in downtown Merida. It's still a very quiet street. During the day it can be a little tricky to find parking since it doesn't have it its own. The house is beautiful, impeccable with a very tastefully decorated, as well as functional and comfortable. The spaces coexistence are super parents. We loved it. The service of our host and especially Rossi la Cheff from the house who was very attentive. We highly recommend it

Casa Santian is an excellent place to stay in Merida! It is in the center, walking from the cathedral, for a walk in Montejo and everything the historic center has to offer! Rosy the housekeeper was excellent and we definitely really enjoyed the house and its amenities! I would definitely stay at Casa Santian again!

Our group of 11 arrived to celebrate a birthday but most importantly to disconnect from daily life, explore the magic of Mérida & reconnect with loved ones. Nowhere could have helped us do that more perfectly than Casa Santian. The space is truly a dream especially for large groups. All of the rooms are spacious, lovely & unique. The location is superb. Rosy, the house manager was absolutely the sweetest & the owner was incredibly responsive to any request we had. We really were able to take advantage of every inch of the home, which is large and quite special. They had wonderful recommendations for transportation and a private chef, so definitely worth asking about as they were terrific. Thank you Cecilia for opening your incredible home to us. So many beautiful memories were made there especially around the bar, in the kitchen & at the dining table which we will cherish for a lifetime! If you’re staying in Mérida Casa Santian is a gorgeous place to elevate your visit.

Casa Santian is the best rental home that we have ever stayed in! We have rented all over the world and finding this oasis in Merida was amazing. It is beautifully decorated in clean modern lines that weave in natural wood, stone and metal elements. It is in a peaceful neighborhood that is still walking distance to the city center. Our party of 10 found it so comfortable to relax and enjoy together in all the common spaces while still enjoying the privacy of the many bedrooms. While the pool may seem small in the photos, it was perfect for our need to just cool off and hang out. Additionally, Rosy the housekeeper is so lovely and kind. She keeps the place immaculate and was so helpful. The game table (Foosball, pool) and smart TV were great! The A/C worked well throughout the property. The only issue was the inconsistent availability of hot water which was minor considering how hot it was during our stay. Overall, this is a fabulous rental which we thoroughly enjoyed!

A beautiful spacious house that was even better than we expected from the photos. We all loved the spaces and we could either all spread out or be together comfortably (we were 14 adults). Rosy was so lovely and helpful and worked hard to keep everything clean.

We rented Casa Santillán to celebrate and gather the family for the first time all together after the pandemic. Plus celebrating our wedding last November. The house exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated, spacious. Perfect for the purpose we rented it for. We had a lovely time and made so many memories. Very safe, Rosy who functions as the housekeeper was always responsive and available for us It was a hot weekend in Merida and the AC worked perfectly for us. Everything was spotless and up to date I can not recommend more this beautiful place for a special time away from home

Stayed at Casa Santian with our family of 13. Communication ahead of time was wonderful. Host provided contact information for booking airport and outing transportation. Additionally, connected us with Chef Alex and his team who cooked at dinner at the house on our last night. House was plenty big to accommodate everyone with private rooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor space, kitchen, giant dinning room and extra living spaces. Location is central and very easy to access walking or with Uber. Check in was super easy with Rosie present when we arrived. Rosie and her team came over daily around 10am to clean and were always very helpful. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend for large groups and families. Of note, there is only one bedroom on the main level directly off the pool. All other rooms are upstairs.

Casa Santian was perfect for our dancer getaway in beautiful Mérida! Would absolutely book again! Don’t hesitate to stay here because it is worth every penny. And what a great location…in walking distance to all the spots we like going to! And special thank you to the housekeeper Rosie for all her help.

Gorgeous place! Very responsive hosts who provided everything we need. Everyone in our group kept saying they wanted a house just like it. There was a housekeeper on-site that was available 9 to 5. They also had some artesanías for sale which were super cheap and cute. One of the rooms AC didn’t work but the house keeper was on it. She called to have it repaired and it was fixed quickly. I really loved that place. It was festive as well. Highly recommend!!

Casa Santian is an amazing place to stay! The location is perfect, each room has its own restroom and the pool is nice and refreshing! It was so clean and inviting I would stay here over and over again! A special shout out to Rossi as she was always there to help or share input if we needed anything.

This is my second stay at Casa Santian. It is simply never enough time. The hacienda is absolute perfection. Private, large spaces and attention to details. There is nothing that I could say that needs improvement. Tons f hot water and good pressure, strong wifi, air conditioning throughout. The pool is a lovely place to enjoy a nice glass of wine from the wine bar. Rosie, the housekeeper was kind enough to put out a few hammocks for my guests. After a long drive from Playa del Carmen and a full day of diving in the local cenotes, this was the perfect place for my guests to unwind and relax. Rosie was kind enough to make some dinner suggestions that were within walking distance from the home. We will be back and spend some more time here this year!!

Casa Santian was so beautiful, clean and safe! We loved the location to be able to walk around El Centro and visit great restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable however if you are a light sleeper you will hear road noise from the street. We used our sound machine and slept great. Rosy was one of the best parts of our stay. She made sure everything was neat clean and was able to help give us recommendations etc. The property is two houses connected by a court yard and pool area. One house has king beds and the other house 2 double beds in each room. Everyone had plenty of space and felt right at home. The kitchen is simple but has all you need to make simple meals. AC worked well in each bedroom. Street parking is easily available at one of the house entrances on street 47A after 3pm. Overall we loved our stay here and will definitely plan to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Santian. The space fits 16 people comfortably with each room having it's own bathroom. The courtyard and pool area are a delight, especially on hot days. Rosie kept the place spotless and was very friendly. The location is perfectly situated on a quiet street but easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, plazas, and shopping. Finally, Cecilia was easy to communicate with - check-in/out was a breeze. Highly recommended!!

Walking into the home was breathtaking, especially after a long day of scuba diving in the jungle. We were meet with a smile and everything in the photos reflected the home. Spacious and lovely. There is a wine bar with some nice selections, and we were able to enjoy before heading out to dinner. Great wifi, the air conditioning was strong, beds were comfortable with nice sheets and strong, hot water in the showers. The pool was very inviting although we did not get the chance to use it. Kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary for the night. Cold water in the fridge, coffee and sugar, etc. Washer and dryer was nice to be able to wash things from our trip. My biggest disappointment was not being able to stay longer. I highly recommend Casa Santian to anyone in the area. You will not want to leave.

Very comfortable large house in the historical centre of Merida. House was perfect for our party of 16 people. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults had a lot of space to spread out. Location is very good - basically a 5 minute walk to all the attractions of downtown Merida. Its like a having a boutique hotel all to yourself! Highly recommended.

This place was just what our family of 16 needed. Perfect location and extremely clean and friendly service by the Rosita. The small pool was just what the kids needed and every one of the (8) rooms was clean and well furnished. Air conditioning in all rooms was a BIG Plus. Will definitely be staying here again.

Casa Santian is the place to stay if you are visiting Merida. Its super well located, close to city center and main turistic areas. It is a perfect place for groups of 10+ pax as it has 7 double rooms and its very cozy with a nice outdoors area with a pool. During the stay Rosy will take perfect care of you providing all whats needed and maintaining clean the house. 5 stars and totally recommended!!

The location of this property is fantastic, it’s only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre. We were greeted at check-in and the hosts were very responsive to any queries. The property is stunning. Great amenities, great pool, everything worked as expected. We were left with a book of recommendations which was a great touch and the hosts organised transport for us for our ventures outside of Merida! All in all 5*!

Casa Santian is one word Amazing!! My family and I recently stayed there to celebrate my father's 60th and we had such a great time in the house that it made it hard to leave. Its centrally located and very safe. The rooms are stunning and comfy. The team running the house are responsive and Rosy the house manger is amazing. We can't wait to come back and book again.

Unforgettable stay at Casa Santian! This home is decorated and furnished like a hotel, complete with several toiletries, a hair dryer, etc. The layout of the home was absolutely perfect for our group of 3 families and two singles, as it's split up into 2 wings with a gorgeous pool in the courtyard. The two singles stayed in one wing, and the families stayed in the other wing which gave everyone their privacy and allowed us to watch the children in the pool from wherever we were. The kitchen was lovely and we ended up hiring Rosie (the home manager) to cook a Saturday night dinner for everyone and it was a perfect evening. The home almost became a destination for us, as it was very difficult to get the children to want to leave the pool and explore Merida! Ha! As for our family, we will be back for sure!
