Everything was excellent. The house is very nice and a great choice to relax and have a good time. Everyone was always very friendly and helpful.

It was a very nice stay! We really enjoyed the pool and the garden. The whole family felt at home. Vicky the cook spoiled us a lot. Highly recommended.

It's an amazing house, just as shown in the photos. Regarding the staff, my interaction with them was practically nonexistent. My only issue, which has nothing to do with the house, is that there are some points in the rules that you are given when you arrive that are not described on the platform, especially restrictions for my dog that I would have liked to know about before making the decision. The facilities, furniture and cleanliness are a 10.

The house is superb and in very good condition. Everyone's service, from Chary's communication to the house staff, was excellent. It's well worth it.

VICKY'S FOOD WAS THE BEST (RECOMMENDED IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION). DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I'VE STAYED AND NOT TO MENTION THE VIEW, GREAT GARDEN AND POOL. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GO WITH ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, THIS IS THE PLACE SINCE IT HAS MANY AMENITIES SO THAT NO ONE GETS BORED.

Words cannot describe the beauty of this home. The staff vicki and guero were absolutely wonderful, the grounds were amazing and the view was so breath taking. My family felt right at home and all of the board games and large games made our stay so memorable. I would highly recommend This home and Chary was so responsiva and made sure we had everything.

The house is beautiful and exceeded my expectations, it definitely matches the photos and description, plus the view is very beautiful. Vicky and Güero, very attentive and helpful at all times, responded quickly and were attentive all the time, by the way, Vicky cooks delicious food. It is worth paying for the pool and jacuzzi boiler, the water temperature was delicious. By the way, we hired the spa service and it was well worth it, plus the price was affordable. We'll be back soon!!!

Excellent place, cozy and very well equipped, very attentive staff and very good hosts

Everything was excellent. We just got lost, so you have to be careful because there's a detour and it's very easy to get lost

We had a great time here with other families who came with us for a weekend getaway. The pool and grounds are perfect for kids and the staff are wonderful. The host was very responsive and patient with all our questions and requests. We hope to come back!

Excellent place, just like the photos, very clean and spacious. All areas of the house, both internal and external, are constantly maintained. It has a spectacular view. I would definitely rent Chary's house again.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful lovely home. Views were spectacular and very private area. Only things we didn’t get to enjoy was the Fusbal table since no access to the balls. Also the putting green was not available. We were looking to play some mini golf in that area but was not functional. Other than that our stay was great.

We had an amazing vacation at Chary's house. The house is huge, the place is super quiet and everything is impeccable. Vicky and Gerardo are extremely friendly and helpful. This Airbnb was a great thing. I went for my birthday and there was no problem, everything was perfect. The staff and the host are very friendly. They helped us with any problems or questions, the house was in perfect condition and it was one of the best weekends of my life!!!

The house is really great! Very clean, nice and with very large spaces to enjoy. We went on a family trip with little girls and babies and they enjoyed it very much. Vicky's food is delicious, and she and Gerardo are super attentive.

The house is amazing, super careful. The location is very good, you have a super view of the Tepozteco and you have no noise around, it feels peace. We went with friends and throughout the weekend we had activities, swimming pool, golfito, brincolín, board games, grill, etc. Vicky and Gerardo's attention and support at all times is a great plus. Totally recommended.

We loved the house. Chary's attention was always very good. The people of equal service had excellent care and very good food preparation. We will definitely be back very soon to enjoy family and with our dogs. The view of the house we loved, the silence, privacy, space and games that the house has is perfect for living between all ages.

The house is very nice and very spacious. It has a good location as it is in a private area, very close to downtown and around there are several good restaurants. Gerardo, who took care of us throughout our stay, was always very friendly and attentive to us. The only observation would be that when we arrived, there was a bit of dust, especially in the drawers and closets.

The house is amazing. Its very large, spectacular view. Full of many wonderful amenities. Its a very impressive place to spend the weekend with friends and family, in the pool with the beautiful view and the large garden. Rooms are just ok, but really your are here for the common areas. If you are planning on doing work from home check with Chary as the wifi was not working properly but they told us they were fixing it.

The house is much better than what you see in the photos. It has everything you need to cook and have a good time. Vicky and Güero make your stay perfect because they help you with everything. They are very friendly and know the house perfectly. Also, Vicky cooks delicious food. Chary is always attentive and very kind. The best house to enjoy without having to go out. There is a restaurant next door and a small store in case you forgot something or need anything.

Perfect for our extended family of 11 in Tepoztlan for a wedding. Beautiful home with plenty of space and privacy. Wonderful staff that took care of us; delicious meals and snacks and helped us with transportation. We did have one person in our group that speaks Spanish well, so that helped with communication. Would love to have the opportunity to return!
