The place is beautiful, very clean, the furniture is very well maintained, the accessories are perfect, such as hats and beach towels. The only thing is that the mattresses were hard for me and the air conditioning in the master bedroom was very noisy.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding, it was perfect, the bedrooms stay cold since we aren’t used to the heat or humidity. Pool was small but perfect enough for us, as we were just relaxing- the beach club isn’t far from the house either. All the plants are gorgeous. I wouldn’t recommend walking into town if you’re not used to the humidity or heat, definitely would recommend getting a golf cart. I would also screenshot direct instructions on how to get to the house because service is very spotty(this was my fault I didn’t screenshot the directions). We had a difficult time finding the place only because we went too far and lost service, but the locals were very helpful and kind! We went to just about all the restaurant recommendations and all of them were delicious. If I could change anything, maybe an AC in the bathrooms. Gorgeous house great stay!!

Excellent accommodation, good location. We really liked this place because it was exactly as described and shown in the photos – very spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy, both the bedrooms and the bathrooms. It has everything you need, a large pool, and we would definitely come back. Communication with Mariana was always very good and responsive; she is very attentive to your needs. Her staff is also excellent. We rested very well, and there was no noise at all – it was super quiet. Great place to have fun as a family or as a couple. I highly recommend staying here; it was a wonderful stay.

Everything about our stay at Casa Tó was incredible - we truly did not want to leave. The house and outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous and stocked with everything you could ever need. The host was super responsive which was greatly appreciated. Rent a golf cart in town if you’re able, it made for getting around easy and super fun. Cannot wait to return!

We had a great time in Avignon! The house exceeded our expectations, and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with for all our questions. The kitchen and bedrooms are big. The pool was great. San Pancho is a very beautiful town with incredible quality restaurants. I would recommend it 100%.

Marianna and James were super responsive and very helpful during and even before our stay! The house was amazing and only a short walk from the beach and town! Definitely recommend!

We just finished staying in Casa Tó and enjoyed our stay very much. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and comfortable with screened doors to open at night for the breeze. Other times the fans throughout kept the house at a good temperature. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and with care. I would recommend this Airbnb property highly.

We had an amazing week at Casa To. It was really perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an open living dining room. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space & pool. We could walk to town ( fantastic restaurants!) and the beach. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Overall the accommodation is very good, you feel at home and with all the comforts to spend a few amazing days at the beach! Very close to downtown San Pancho, about a 10-minute walk. I highly recommend it and we would definitely like to return soon!! We only had a few small problems with the internet network and with the batteries of all the controls of the house, only one worked, otherwise everything was perfect!!

We were 3 couples and the space was excellent. Spent 10 days at this spot and felt comfortable and at home immediately. All the amenities a group or family would need. Beautiful and quiet setting on the edge of town. While we did have a rental car it was an easy 12 min walk to main areas of San Pancho. We walked to town every night for dinner and was very enjoyable walk. As others had said it is dark returning home at night but we always felt very safe. It was nice to return to this home late in afternoon after the beach and relax in a very private and quiet setting. Pool area is beautiful. The host had fantastic communication and we appreciated the local recommendations. We highly recommend this home :)

Ideal for family vacations, we felt right at home. You can disconnect, you don't have to leave the property and you can have a great time.

I found it to be a very comfortable house, yes it is a bit far from the village but you can easily get around by car. It's spacious, and its layout is very good.

Beautiful space and well appointed. We enjoyed the cross breezes and common spaces. A nice walk from town and the beach... This seems to be a growing part of town, so additional adjacent houses may be built in the near future. Local host (Mariana) and gardener/pool caretaker (David) were friendly, helpful and proactive- highly recommended!

We loved our stay! The pool and living space were the highlights for us, as it gave the perfect area for adults and children of varying ages a place to play, relax and enjoy each others company. This place is a 15 min walk from town and the walk is pretty remote (no sidewalks for part of it) so it wasn’t easy either kids. That was the biggest downside but it did offer privacy and quiet.

By far the best Airbnb we've stayed in! The place is beyond beautiful and even nicer than the photos. Myles and his wife were the bests hosts and communicated with us on everything we needed. The location is perfectly tucked away from all the action but a short 10-15 min walk from the beach. I couldn't recommend this villa enough and we will for sure be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful. The layout of the property had amazing airflow through the house. We didn't need to turn the A/C on at all.

Even more beautiful than the photos!! the pool was heated and deep - and great for our group of 6. Sun covered the backyard and pool and made for an amazing afternoon just hanging out on the patio. Everything we could need for the beach was there too! Umbrella and small travel coolers and beach towels. The 3 ensuite bathrooms was such a helpgful feature for our large group. Ceiling fans, AC and and nice lighting in all the rooms - Myles thought of everything with this place and was so helpful with any questions! Ten out of ten stay. Would return in a heartbeat. Only a 15 min walk from town, but golf carts are just about 80$ CAD a day to rent, was really fun using this for getting around. Recommend close toed shoes for the cobblestones if walking into town.

We loved Casa Tó. The house was beautiful, clean and the perfect set up for our family. The heated pool was great to have and we appreciated the beach items they had to use as well. We had those big windows open all day and loved the indoor/outdoor feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed to make many meals. It was a little outside of town but we loved that it was a peaceful jungle sanctuary for us and enjoyed the walks into town. We did rent a golf cart for two of the days which was good to do extra exploring. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t want to leave!

We booked this Airbnb on the day of our arrival due to the cancellation of a prior reservation, and from the first moment, the attention was excellent. They provided us with detailed information about the house and local recommendations, and made sure everything was in order during our stay. The house is beautiful and very well located. The rooms feature A/C, and the pool has a perfect temperature. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

The house is beautiful, much better than in photos! The communication was very good, we always had answers and help in anything, they have cleaning service with a fair and super friendly extra cost. We would definitely go back!

We had a really great time in this beautiful home! Well worth the stay. They really put into detail the possible things you may need for a swimming day. Bags, hats, umbrella, ice chest, and towels are accesible! Myles was a great host, and was always responsive to what we needed.

We loved our stay here! The pool area was amazing and it was very comfortable. It was perfect for our group of 6 for the week. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. One piece of advice for renters: I highly recommend having a golf cart or car rental if you are staying here given that the road to the place is about 15 minutes into town without much shade and is very dark at night.

We just left the beautiful casa to, It's a dream house with the most gorgeous private back yard with a pool that was a perfect temperature for all and sun most of the day. i couldn't keep my 2 year old out he loved it. we had a nice walk into town however with the cobble roads we decided to get a golf cart as it wasn't super stroller friendly. the house was equipped with everything you'd need for cooking and laundry toiletries etc. 2 of the 7 of us had food poisoning on the first day from eating in town but after couple days of recovery and being super cautious everything else was perfect. we check out the polo club for breakfast on the last day which we wished we had done sooner the food and views where breathtaking and it's right next door (down a dirt road) we would 100% stay here again!!!

Our stay at this location was absolutely delightful. As two couples with two babies, we enjoyed excellent privacy and ample space. The accommodation provided everything we needed and was conveniently within walking distance to the town. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

This is such a stunning home! Light and airy, with comfortable beds and large common areas. It was perfect for my large group. The location is ideal as well - it's just a short walk to town, so you get the best of both worlds: privacy and quiet + easy access to the fun little town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to others traveling to San Pancho.

We had a wonderful time in San Pancho. The place was difficult to find without the gps pin but the hosts were super responsive and helpful. The house was clean, comfy and perfect for our trip. It was close to town, safe and had everything we needed. The heated pool was an amazing feature. Highly recommend! We will stay again.

We really enjoyed San Pancho and our stay at Myles' home. The design of the home is striking - beautifully and thoughtfully laid out with everything you need to enjoy your time in San Pancho. The layout was ideal for us, we loved hanging by the pool, with large opening patio doors that let us spill right out of the living room / kitchen area. The kitchen was well equipped and there's a charcoal BBQ (bring your own charcoal) that we got a lot of use out of. As with most of the American-owned properties, the owner lists the property on Airbnb and then a local property manager does the management, so at first we found comms a little difficult as the owner wasn't really available to answer our questions, but once we got connected with Mariana, the manager, we had a great experience - she is very helpful, proactive and professional and was always extremely responsive. Only issue we had was with hot water, and Mariana (and David, also great) was quick to get it fixed. Highly recommend.

This is a real gem. If it’s available, book it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, so close to town, and really proactive hosts. I hope to bring my family here next time, it really is a perfect place.

Everything was excellent. This area is perfect for getting away from it all, and you can walk down to the village in 5 minutes if needed. San Pancho still retains that tidy, cosmopolitan small-town feel. Our hosts were outstanding. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful with great interior design. The pool is a great swimming temp and someone call to clean it every morning. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. Such a great stay!

We loved our stay! There was some electricity issues when we arrived & the pool wasn’t warm yet, but the host was very responsive and solved the issues right away! We loved how the location was in nature & a nice walk into town. The casa is beautiful, spacious & has everything you need. There were a few areas that weren’t cleaned super well but overall it was really great & we would absolutely stay there again!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you’re lucky enough to book this home snap it up! It was perfect for our girls trip. The beds were all very comfy, the house had everything you could ever need and more. Marianna was very communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything. The walk into town is about 5 mins and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Only issue we had was with drinking water from the fridge (it broke while we were there) and I sprained my ankle due to a sneaky step in the hallway. The best place in San Pancho! Thank you! We’d love to come back ☺️

Our stay here was FANTASTIC! It was better than the pictures and was perfect for 3 couples. It’s just outside of town with a somewhat short walk to the main strip and beaches. I’ve stayed at many places with groups over the years and this has been one of my favourites! Highly recommend! 😊

Highly recommended accommodation, it is a very nice and beautiful place, there is a lot of harmony since you enter, it had everything and more than I expected👌. It is an excellent place to stay in San Pancho, as the area is very quiet and a few blocks from the main street👍. They are very good hosts🤩, communication was always smooth, very attentive and friendly, always aware of what was offered. I would definitely come back!! Thank you very much for everything!!

Myles and Mariana are great host. Mariana(Myles wife) is who we communicated with throughout our trip and she was very communicative,nice and responsive. The house is great for adults and families. Our two littles enjoyed the pool to the max. Would definitely recommend booking your stay. If we are ever back in town we will be booking with them again. Thanks again for everything!
