A fantastic Christmas week in Yaxiik with my family! Top class villas, modern, outstanding accommodation. Convenient location- private and peaceful. Great Wi-Fi! Super communication with host- always contactable and offering recommendations. He organised bicycles to be delivered to the villa for us which was amazing! We will really cherish our memories here. Definitely book this if you want a relaxing, private holiday with a large group. 🤩

We truly enjoyed the two villas for our week stay at Tulum. We couldn't of had a more convenient location. The major markets were minutes away along with the beaches and downtown. I appreciated the recommendations that Jadar sent us during our stay. My entire family had plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and cooking. We also took advantage of washing since we had traveled from another stay in Mexico. I also appreciated the water jugs that were there and a few cold drinks in the fridge. The air conditioned homes were great to return to after a tiring day out and about. The security guards at the entrance were also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kristian's place to our family and friends and would return again ourselves.

We ve been a group of 12 people in 2 villas! The villas are very closed to everything by bike ( we’ve booked the bikes through them too) . The host was amazing making sure we have everything we needed in the right time. We have booked lots of excursions with them too and the communication was the best. Jardar was amazing and I can’t thank him enough for all the help. We will definitely be back and we will recommend the place to all our friends.

Great place, Celebrated my sisters Bachlorette here and it was perfect! Would highly reccomend. Location is amazing literally could not get better. Thank you for the best experience!!

Everything was amazing. The area was perfect, everything we needed and more was close by from restaurants, supermarket and beach clubs. The security guard didn’t speak English that well but there was a guy in the guards room throughout the day he was very helpful as well as the host. I would definitely stay here again. Even with the power in one of our units going out back to back. The problem was solved immediately. We loved it

Kristian and his team were so accommodating in so many ways from allowing us to check-in early, and always responding immediately with whatever we needed. We also accidentally locked one of our bedroom doors and he got someone to come out in the middle of the night to unlock it for us. Great host and would highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful place to stay. We had a great time and when we needed something we got fast responses. Thank you so much for hosting us. I really enjoyed my stay.

11 girlfriends and I stayed at the two condos for my bachelorette. The host was extremely responsive and set up our transport and chef service for us. We had an amazing time! I wouldn’t sleep more than 11 guests as the pull out couches looked uncomfortable, but the beds themselves were great. The condo has some construction outside in the morning but it didn’t bother us. Taxis are outside to take you downtown and the bike rental place is a ten minute walk. All in all a great stay!

Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about this stay. The host and the villa was amazing and Jadar was such an accommodating and communicative host. He recommended so much to us and made sure our stay was perfect! I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and everyone :)
