Everything about our stay at José David’s place was excellent. The apartment is extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail to make guests feel at home and ensure a comfortable stay. Communication with José David was outstanding from beginning to end—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. The place is really, really good. Relatively close to everything you need. Community with a guardhouse, house in perfect condition and first-class service because we were traveling with two children (one 12 days old) and they accommodated us so that we didn't lack anything. Really extraordinary!

Jose David is a very good host! Unfortunately, we found his Airbnb very late in our searches. Otherwise, we obviously would have stayed there for our entire trip to Nicaragua!! Something that was very important to us was the cleanliness of the place where we were going to stay, because it was our first time going with our baby! Upon entering, the house smelled very clean, the floors were clean, and the bathrooms looked like they had just been cleaned. Jose David responded quickly to messages. He's a trustworthy host! When we tried to arrive a few days before the reserved dates (because we were leaving another reservation where our experience was completely different), Jose David suggested an alternative place to stay to help us, since this one was not available. He even wanted to accommodate us by finding amenities for our little girl. At that point, he had already won our trust 100%! In other words, I wouldn't hesitate to return to any of his Airbnb listings.

José David was super friendly and made everything very clear regarding the facilities and use of the house. His assistance via message was very prompt. The self check-in and check-out makes everything easier and faster. Regarding the place, it's even nicer in person. The photos don't do it justice. The condominium is super comfortable and quiet. We stayed as a group of women and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommended.
