Karen’s place was clean, beautifully decorated and very accommodating. Check-in was very easy and both Karen and Juan Luis were responsive, kind and amazing to communicate with. The views were stunning. We were not there during whale season, but had the good fortune of getting to see a mama and baby breaching from the rooftop pool. The beds are comfy. Everything you could need is in the condo and the resort staff is very friendly. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay.

Karen’s place was phenomenal. It was so well stocked and beautifully furnished. The art work is all original and takes the place to the next level. The outdoor space is comfortably furnished to let you sit and enjoy that fabulous view. We saw so many whales and the sunsets were spectacular. It was my third stay at the building but my first in Karen’s and was the nicest. We would love to come back and stay.

I can’t recommend this accommodation highly enough. Karen is an exceptional host,warm, welcoming, incredibly responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the complex itself feels like a luxury resort with excellent amenities including restaurants, a rooftop pool, gym, and spa. It’s perfectly located close enough to walk or Uber to the beach, restaurants, and the Zona Romántica, yet far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet, even during the holidays. AND THE VIEWS are insane!! The only downside for me and minor - as a solo traveler during a peak holiday period, it felt a little expensive for me on my own, but it would be excellent value if shared. That said, I couldn’t have wished to be anywhere else for the downtime that I so badly needed.

Gorgeous view - looking right onto the ocean, and during our visit it was whale season so we could saw whales several times right from our balcony, during our one weeks stay. The airbnb is situated in a hotel-like building, with two pools, both with ocean views, its own restaurant service, lounge chairs and towels, and a swim up bar. The location is a 10 minute walk north (on the beach) from the beach in the romantic zone, which is busy and touristy. But also a 3 minute walk south to Conchas Chinas, known as the spiral shell beach, which is much quieter and mostly locals.

From the start, the hose was very responsive with immediate replies to any questions. The apartment was just like the pictures. The view was 1000 times better. The complex was amazing. Great pools. Excellent service from the staff. The rooftop had a full service bar and restaurants. The food was amazing. We will definitely return. JC was great and available if we had any questions.

Casa 11Sea was simply spectacular. Breathtaking views, very well appointed, very clean and very comfortable. Alfredo, the concierge, was very friendly, very detailed, and very responsive. The next time we are in PV will be be staying at Casa 11Sea. Thanks again Karen!

What a beautiful place to stay! It was perfect for our group of three couples. Thank you for the amazing place with all amenities we could ask for. Definitely would come here again!

Karen and Geoff's unit is quite the luxurious experience, and by far the best AirBNB experience I have ever had. The place itself is stunning, perfectly appointed with modern decor, all the amenities one needs (kitchen well stocked, beds so comfortable, and air conditioning so good!) and the building itself is quite the space itself. It was lovely to be in a space that is cozy and quiet while having access to enter the town and join the hubbub. If we could have stayed longer we would have. We do hope we can come back again soon. Not sure where else I would look for another AirBNB because this place tops all the places we've stayed at - it would be hard to compete with, and it's even hard to not be there right now enjoying it again!

This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Everything from the fabulous kitchen to the outstanding gorgeous views! The staff in the restaurants and upon greeting friendly and fabulous! We will definitely attempt to return soon! Thanks for sharing this beautiful condo!

Truly an amazing space. The unit is beautifully appointed and we loved being able to hear the ocean and hang out on the balcony. The building amenities were an added bonus too - we liked the option to grab a casual lunch on the roof and hang in the infinity pool. The location was perfect - close to be convenient but away from the bustle of the city. It exceeded our expectations - would book again next time. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying at Karen's place at INDAH! The condo was fantastic -- very stylish, comfortable and well-stocked. Karen was a fabulous hostess. The views were amazing. We loved the rooftop pool, gym and restaurants as well. The only thing that would have made this better was if it was beachfront -- It's a short walk to the beach, but worth it!

Do not keep looking for something else, this is the place you must stay. It has everything you need to have great vacations or only a weekend.

Definitely would stay there again, all the workers were very nice and helpful. Beautiful view, great massages and they came to the room. Everything was great.

This was a gorgeous property, one of the most beautiful we have stayed at and a perfect place to celebrate my sisters birthday! The ocean view veranda and rooftop infinite pool were our favorite spots to hang out, and the location was a short walk or Uber ride to Zona Romántica with lots of great bars and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

This was my first AirBnB experience, I was hesitant over the years due to horror stories I’ve heard. This was the furthest from an horror story, what a great first experience. The unit actually looked better in person. The views were impeccable and the staff were equally as amazing. Nothing but positives all around. The 3rd floor pool area was under construction, however the rooftop pool and bar area more than sufficed. Will definitely book again.

We Had a wonderful stay at Karens I was especially pleased how stocked the pantry's were with condiments and how well equipped the kitchen was; And of course as per the pictures they give you a hint to what to expect but seeing is believing, The pools are as good as it gets Had a great holiday. Karen's condo on the ocean is amazing! This was our 3rd stay in one of the Sayan properties and we are never disappointed. The unit was spacious and the views are always stunning. The building staff are all so nice and help you to have a stress free vacation, the food is quite good in the restaurant and staying in a condo with the option of room service is so helpful with young kids. We will definitely be back!

Better than advertised!! - Nicer than pictures convey. - Karen was very responsive and warm. - We had a blast. 13/10 would do again. - All the glowing comments in prior reviews are spot-on. - We have already recommended to friends and family.

Are stay here was nothing but Incredible! We loved every moment. Very spacious!! Clean , walking distance to beach, restaurants and clubs . 10/10 I would stay here again. We did not want to leave ! Ty Karen !

This was an excellent place to stay even better than the photos , very spacious and great views also has 2 great pools and restaurant. I would highly recommend this place and wouldn’t think twice to book again . Luis

We don’t often say the place looks better than the pictures … but … this 3 bed condo is exceptional quality and value for money. 2 of the bedrooms have huge shower and walk in wardrobes. Our most fun nights were sitting on the balcony watching the lightening over the sea. Getting around town is v easy by Uber. We should have done more round the town but the pool and gym kept us busy. Recommend the beach restaurants La Palata and El Doraldo. Don Chavas for tacos. Casa Kimberley for a posh night out. Coco for brunch. Am sure there is so much more. Cannot recommend this condo enough (we even saw some of the others in the building and felt that this was the best!!)

I have visited PVR numerous times, and Karen's Airbnb was by far one of the nicest places I've experienced. The amenities are excellent, the option of channels on the TVs stood out, and the views are amazing. The beach chairs came in handy, and my son utilized the workspace almost daily. Highly recommend

Great 3 bedroom condo with a spectacular rooftop pool and bar. We had a great time. Also easy walk to the beach. We had a great time.

Really nice Condo. The views are awesome. The rooftop pool is very cool and a great place to hang out. There is a nice restaurant on the rooftop that will also bring food to your room.Very close to the Zona Romtanica, so close to all the cool restaurants and city action. Karen was very communicative and responsive. Even when the AC in the master bedroom had an issue, the concierge and building maintenance, got it fixed very quickly. Great place in PV.

This space is to die for. As a group coming with 5 people we never felt too close or on top of each other. Everything was neat and tidy and the AC was much needed after hot days by the pool or beach. Balcony had some great views. The building has a few pools, only one we had access to due to construction. That being said, it was a great space and view as well as some amazing food. Can’t wait to book this space again.

This is a wonderful condo. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Karen, our host, provided great communication and someone was always available if we needed anything. We will definitely look to stay here again.

First of all, FABULOUS HOME and I can’t say enough about the host, Karen! Great communication, friendly & informative. Excellent condo with a perfect location. Even with the rooftop pool under renovations, the other pool was beautiful! We will definitely come back!

Karen’s place is absolutely stunning. She made the entire process a breeze and was super responsive at every point throughout the process from checkin to checkout. I would absolutely recommend her place. Unfortunately during our stay we did have to deal with some guests on a separate floor that did not follow the building rules regarding parties and noise levels, but at no fault of Karen’s. The building staff took care of the problem promptly, and we had no further issues with noise. The amenities were incredible, but for a couple days of our stay, the main attraction, the rooftop pool area was unavailable, however Karen proactively reached out to notify us about this. Thank you Karen for being a great host and helping make our vacation unforgettable!

Amazing room and even more amazing view!

Absolutely loved Karen's place. The views were unbelievable, and the layout was expansive - certainly easy for 3 couples or a family to enjoy. The building also has wonderful amenities, between two pools, multiple food/drink options, and a great gym.

We’ve stayed at airbnbs all over the world and can confidently say this was one of the NICEST ones. The condo was incredible but what made it even more special is how great Karen was to deal with. The pools were great, views of the ocean with humpbacks and dolphins breaching regularly and a sunset view that was awe-inspiring. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of extras like beach bags to keep us be pool/beach ready. Highly recommend this space and this host!

Our stay was beyond wonderful! Every detail was thought of to make our stay both relaxing and welcoming. The condo has extremely comfortable beds and gorgeous linens a very well appointed kitchen etc. the building has everything and the restaurants were lovely. Thank you so much!

We stayed in Karen's place for 12 days and we have truly enjoyed our time there. The ocean view was incredible and the host/management company was really responsive. The rooftop pool was stunning and my young kids (5 yr and 2yr old) loved it. All the staff was so friendly. The location was perfect for us as a family with little ones--it's not too far away from Malecón but not too close so that it was very quiet most of the time.
