Really, wow! The stay with Yaxx exceeded all my expectations! The place is amazing, super comfortable, huge and very, very clean. Rubí and Nico's service was perfect. They were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay again! All the services, the food, the attention and everything deserve a big round of applause!

Very nice house, impeccable pool, very well-kept green areas, large and clean spaces, amenities such as a pool table, ping pong table and children's games, space with a table and umbrella inside the pool that allows you to enjoy this space even more, well-equipped kitchen. Yaxx is always available, as are Rubi and Nico, who are super attentive and approachable to provide guidance and answer questions. Everything for a pleasant stay.

The house is really cool!! The garden and pool area is super spacious and nice!! The kitchen has the necessary cooking utensils! All the rooms have queen-size beds; I would change that to a king-size bed for added comfort!!!

I've been traveling for 30+ people for years and after checking Airbnbs 5 hours from CDMX or less, I chose this house. It was definitely the best house we've ever been to. It comfortably accommodates up to 36+ people in beds (not inflatable), has a section dedicated to the rooms and a common area, which makes the entire building feel very integrated. The photos don't do the garden justice, it's huge and even with 30+ people it felt super spacious. The staff who help cook are fantastic and they were able to cook and serve snacks for everyone without any problem. In addition, Nico helped us get everything we needed, making sure there was always ice and jugs. As a host, these things are highly valued because they save a lot of time and allow you to enjoy more! Jazmín was also very friendly and welcomed us to the house (which is no longer common today), she was very responsive, friendly and direct. Everything was excellent, I would come back without thinking.

My review of the stay is divided into 4 ratings, this being very honest to build trust for future guests: Cleanliness and comfort: The house was impeccable, rooms, toilets, common areas, pool, everything was clean and with full services, the comfort of the house is very good, all the areas of the house have furniture properly adapted to the space which generates a very good comfort, for example the dining table is wonderful and outside the hammock and campfire area is excellent. Host/staff: The host was charming, attentive and empathetic to the needs of the guests at all times, from the first message to the departure from the house. I also hired the catering service for my nephew's party and it was the best idea, the food, the waiters, the drinks, everything was amazing. I recommend hiring the service of the people who help in the house, Rubi and Nico, they take care of cooking and bringing it to the house

The stay was wonderful! We were several friends and couples for a wedding in Yautepec and the management of Yasmín, Rubi and Nico was spectacular. The house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant weekend!

Our stay in this house was good, Although we were a large family of about 40 people and the recommended capacity was 20, Yaxx saw the way to accommodate us and that we felt the most comfortable. The house is spacious, well equipped and perfect to enjoy as a group. In addition, the staff that welcomed us during our stay was always friendly and attentive. Generally speaking, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it.

Hello, I can certainly say that the property is more than beautiful, the purpose was to celebrate my father-in-law as a family, he welcomed us with a great gift, my father-in-law enjoyed it very much!!! I will also say that the house is a thousand times better than the photos, my family was delighted, the huge kitchen with everything equipped, the very comfortable bedrooms spacious and clean, the bathrooms impeccable, the large pool with huge space to spend time together, the beautiful garden very well maintained, the fountain is a magical place. We were kindly received by Nico and Ruby, who gave us the necessary directions to have a great time during our stay. Jazmin recommended optional support from Sofi and Nico for the kitchen and extra services, it was a good decision we made and the truth is they treated us excellent, very good seasoning from Sofi and she knows what she's doing (she spoiled us). The support of the three of them made us enjoy it to the fullest !!! Thanks for the experience and we'll consider coming back soon ;)

We were just unlucky to find the pool somewhat dirty due to the ashes of Popocatépetl, which was completely beyond the host's control. All areas of the house were clean and smelled good. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect in temperature and size, (there were about 30 of us). Jazmin was always attentive and offered me options for my needs, and she also gave us a wine upon arrival. The campfire space is also a great success and we had a great time.
